Had an issue pop up on Saturday evening, and was able to schedule Zoom for a Sunday morning service call. Jake showed up at the promised time, was very courteous, and helped me confirm my initial diagnosis of the problem. Jake was awesome!Giving 4⭐️ only because we weren’t able to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the service I required (grinder pump replacement) was outside of the scope of the services Zoom could handle. Would call again if I had a smaller/simpler problem I couldn’t fix on my own.

To start let me just say that Wyatt and Travis were amazing! Our time was initially scheduled for later in the day, however theyd finished a job in our area and asked if they could come sooner. Once here, they evaluated the situation, assessed what was necessary to solve my issue and before I knew it, they had made all repairs with lightning speed. I needed an emergency plumber that day and this company was not only super compassionate, but also had an opening the day I needed it. I called many other companies who claim to handle “emergency” cases, but the earliest appointment I could have gotten was in five days.Wyatt was incredibly helpful! He explained what would happen with each option and the effects it would produce (how long it would last, what would need to happen down the road, etc.) Very thorough. First let me start by saying my nightmare begin around 10pm on a Friday evening… Zoom Drain was responsive, but said they couldn’t get someone out until the Saturday morning. In the meantime I had called 7 other places. Two places told me I had a collapsed sewer line, two told me that it was a clogged toilet and they weren’t that kind of plumber. (All 4 made statements without looking at it). I never heard back from the other three places. At 6:45am on Saturday morning I heard from Zoom to confirm that I still needed someone. At 7am, I heard from Wyatt, who was the technician assigned to me…I gave him a run down of everything that was happening… he said that he would come out and give me an estimate. At 8:15, Wyatt called to tell me he was 26 minutes away. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. He looked at all of the issues individually, made a determination of the problem(s) and gave me a price…best case and worst case scenario. We agreed to start with the best case and it worked! Wyatt was extremely professional, yet fun…he was very knowledgeable and neat! I learned that he was actually supposed to be off that day, but since I was so frazzled, he came to my rescue, with a broken hand! He even allowed my son to watch and learn and answered any questions. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone with plumbing/drain issues. Thank you Wyatt for saving me! ❤️

We have a clogged drain that would always comeback after using typical treatments, eg. Drano, baking soda vinegar. Yesterday it took hours for it to drain. We had enough and decided to hire a plumbing service. We hired Zoom Drain from the positive feedback we read online. Jake and Travis arrived on time. They made a quick diagnosis and receiving a reasonable quote, the job started. The job took less than an hour. They also warranty their work. We will recommend Zoom Drain to family and friends.

Main sewer was draining very slow, with waste water almost spilling out of the outdoor clean out. Old clay pipes and about 180ft long.Zoom drain provided text book service and left me with an excellent experience. Text messages on technician estimated arrival time as well as who will be coming to my house. Dante, the technician, assessed the situation and gave me options (Snaking/ high pressure cleaning). Went with snaking which included camera inspection. He ran the snake a couple of times as well as the camera. Camera kept on getting stuck and was half submerged. We discussed what the issue could be, sagging clay pipe due to ground settling/ excessive root growth/ potential of partial collapsed line. I decided to go for high pressure cleaning in the hopes to get a clearer camera view on the line status. For this additional service, Zoom Drain only up-charged the delta from snaking to high pressure cleaning (So I only paid what I would have paid going with high pressure cleaning first hand). Camera still got stuck and Dante kept on running the hose multiple times with different attachments in between camera checks. The final attachment did it and the camera went freely through the pipe, showing no damages to the pipe at all as well as completely draining again.Most other services I called and described the above mentioned situation to, immediately came to the conclusion that they will need to replace my pipes due to collapse, without even looking at them and that I was facing about 20k in replacement cost.Dante was very friendly, professional and didn’t leave until the job was done (by the time he left we already were well beyond regular business hours due to his dedication. He ran the snake three or four times as well as the water jet and the camera about seven times)I would recommend Zoom Drain in a heart beat, as they, on top of all the above, also gave me a six month warranty for the cleaning.

I had a clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposer after hosting Christmas dinner. Fast forward a few days of trying myself to fix the clog I finally gave up a decided to call Zoom Drain. They had a crew (Dante, Jake, and Justin) out in under 90 minutes to remedy my situation. They were all extremely professional and worked quick. They gave me a fair estimate and also offered additional services without being pushy in anyway. They were quick, thorough, and left the areas they worked in cleaner than they found them. They also took the time to educate me on what was safe/unsafe to use in my drains should another problem come up in the future. They actually called to see if it was okay to arrive earlier than my original time window. I was offered three options, each explained throughly. Both technicians were patient and polite answering my questions. My drain was further from the main than usual, but they were able to clean it out. At the end they went above and beyond by calling my water department because they determined the main was clogged as well. They asked the department to contact me when the clog was resolved. I am very pleased with the work and will call them again if I have other plumbing issues.
