    Highly recommend 3 Brothers Plumbing & Heating. Have used them for years and have found them to always be prompt, reliable, and very professional not to mention their work topnotch. Most recently called them short notice to complete some critical work needed for the sale of our home. They promptly scheduled us and the work was completed within a couple of hours. Their service tech proactively contacted another service tech to assist and they completed the work in tandem. Highly impressed with their work and professionalism!! The you 3 Brothers and team!!

    3 Bros had no appointments left open on the day our water heater stopped working - the representative who answered my call said she’d try to get ahold of a technician who might be finishing early that afternoon - one was, she did, and he stopped by to assess our heater - after a couple of minutes, he’d determined the thermocouple had quit working - he replaced it within 30-min of arriving @ our home and was on his way - 3 Bros was recommended to us by a retired contractor, and they did not disappoint, providing courteous, prompt, effective, and reasonably priced service - thank you, 3 Bros!

    Service was quick, friendly, and high quality.     I use 3 Brothers Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs! They are very quick to respond to your needs, and they always send a crew that’s very polite and dedicated. I have used 3 Brothers Plumbing many many times, and I have never been disappointed. I have had my water shut off valve replaced in the boulevard to a microwave fan installed. This time they installed a hot water heater. As I stated, I have had many many things done by 3 Brothers Plumbing. They show up at the appointment time and the job is always completed in timely manner. They never hesitate to ask me if I have any questions or to tell me to be sure and call if there any questions later after they leave. Prices are affordable and workmanship is always extremely professional. Jackie, the secretary Is the absolute best!!! She is so friendly, and will always get you scheduled in!     Id give them seven stars if there were that many. I had a main water valve leak, and they managed to reschedule me to get me in the same day and helped me coordinate with the City for the curb stop shut off.     We needed a kitchen faucet replaced & a plugged up tub drain cleaned out. Tim did an excellent job. He had to cut off a part of the pipe under our kitchen sink & replace it due to the bolt being on so tight after 27 years that it would not come off. He has a great attitude!

    Our propane 50 gal hot heater died sometime Friday night. Did a bit of research early Saturday morning and called 3 Brothers, Jon answered the phone (on a Satruday morning!) and after a quick discussion on timing and price, he left, went to his shop and picked up a new water heater, drove up here and replaced it in 2.5 hours which included travel time I think. We were all set by 12:30pm on Saturday! He worked fast and efficiently and we were pleased with the price, even though it was into the weekend with emergency hours. We drained it before he got here which I think saved a bit of time. Very pleased! Thanks Jon!

    My appnt was originally for 12n -1. I got a call at 1030 to see if he could show up earlier. We agreed on 11a. The gentleman showed up at 11a. I showed him the boiler and he explained what he would do as regular maintenance, replace the air filter, clean the burners etc. He did all that and then reset the system using my washing machine drain located in the basement near the boiler to get the air out . He then restarted the system and said there was an issue with the pump. He waited a few minutes and said I needed a new pump. He had some instrument that he used to see if the pump was working.He replaced the pump and said everything was working. This was about 150pDuring the time he was here he received several phone calls and he mentioned his girlfriend’s mom was in the emergency room. Before he replaced the pump he was on the phone and then seemed a bit distracted.When he finished replacing the pump I asked for an idea on the cost and he said he really couldn’t say but he used his phone and said approx $750 and that he’d been here for 4 hours. I said three and he said he would figure it out.He took his tools and I had to clean the floor (not a big deal) and realized he had not put the washing machine drain back. I put the drain back.He was nice but as I said he got phone calls and then seemed distracted.

    I’m still in the process of getting the job proposal on a new build and Dom has been very helpful and patient. I have a lot of questions since I know very little about plumbing and Dom has been helpful and gets back to me quickly with answers. I’m sure they will do a great job with our building. I recently needed my heater checked and repaired so I called 3 Brothers for that and Cole came out, checked my furnace, cleaned the pilot and found the board was also not working properly when he checked his work. The heater would cycle strangely as well and now the parts I need are on order. These the folks at 3 Brothers are quick, professional, knowledgeable, and I feel comfortable when interacting with them. That’s a 4/4 for me.

    When our water heater stated leaking early Sunday morning, I called their 24 hour number and they called me back within 30 minutes. Being Sunday they couldnt get a replacement for our power vent heater, but Monday morning they found one and were there that afternoon. They were great to work with, would recommend them.

    Our pressure tank had to be replaced in an emergency and they came the same day and fixed it before the arctic cold hit. they came back and replaced our 3 - 26 year old toilets and put in new shut off valves in less than 2 hours. they replaced our old hot water heat system with a high efficiency system a couple years ago. highly satisfied with their work.

    Kind and helpful dispatcher was able to find someone to fix my drains that day. The plumbers who arrived were very highly experienced, knowledgeable, and very friendly.     Our heating went out late one evening and Jackie took care of us and had someone out first thing the next morning. They offered to have someone out the same night but would have been time and a half but with the temperature being quite nice we saved a little by waiting till morning.     I called three brothers and explained my situation to them. My disabled husband and I had been without hot water for two weeks. The plumbers I called were either too busy or never returned my calls. After figuring out what kind of hot water heater I needed, I told them I was ready to have it installed. When they heard about my situation A plumber was at my residence with the hour. It took a few hours to remove my 32-year-old hot water heater that was heavy with sediment, but the work was done well. The plumbers were professional and very friendly and very considerate. I am highly impressed with a company that actually considers their customers to be people with true needs. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

    I first called shortly after my husband died when my water heater wasn’t working. It was either a Friday or Saturday night and they sent someone out right away. Since then they have replaced the water heater and installed a water softener system. They installed a new kitchen sink and faucet for me. And recently my shower wouldn’t turn off on a Friday at noon! They sent someone out to repair in with in a few hours. Fortunately Earnie, who had done all of the rest of the work, had told me how to hit the breaker to turn off my well pump if I had a water issue. Yay for him or my water would’ve ran until they got here!They have been wonderful to work with, come when I need them and do excellent work. Also, I think their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

    Richard came out and was very friendly. He figured out the problem was in less than 15min where All Season Heating and Air sent a tech out 3 times and couldnt figure out there was a leak plus our systems were mis-matched...(again installed by All Season). They were very polite, worked with our schedule and didnt leave a mess and were very attentive not to bang around their equipment on our walls or doors. Immediately Cole walked me thru relighting it over the phone.Then about a month later, furnace wouldnt work.I called Cole, he said he would come look at it.
