    Dean Construction did a large remodel of 3 bathrooms. The team is amazing. The quality of their work is incredible and were able to tackle any changes I threw at them. I appreciate how they worked with me, listened to my ideas and also provided honest feedback. I trust them in my home and will use Dean Construction again. My bathrooms are beautiful.     Dean’s Roofing & Construction were great to work with for a large home renovation. I would recommend Wayne and his crew if in need of home renovation. Always available and quick to respond to any change request we made on the fly. I was very happy to find a company that was willing to take on the complete scope of the work we wanted and not shy away from certain projects.

    TL;DR: Deans Roofing and Construction kept communication high, fixed our problem, and stands by their service.Full Review: We had a leak in our roof and had contacted several companies to give us a quote. Deans Roofing and Construction came out, did an entire inspection, reported hail and wind damage and helped us work with insurance to get it covered. They communicated the steps we needed to take to get things rolling, were very transparent with the process, and everything worked out exactly as they said it would... with one exception.After roof was installed we had another leak in a totally different spot. We had contacted Deans Roofing and Construction the next morning to attempt to get it resolved. They had people out not within the next week, not even within the next day, but within the next 45 minutes. They discovered it was a problem with the permanent anchor (one is on every house in the neighborhood from the original build). It was sealed extra good and no problems since. Deans Roofing and Construction stands by their service and I would recommend them to anybody.

    Wayne and his crew arrived on time and completed my roof in one day! As a commercial project manager I was extremely impressed with all of the prep work that went into protecting my siding and driveway prior to removing the old shingles. They swept, cleaned, and ran a magnet over my yard and driveway dozens of times to ensure no nails or chunks of demolished shingles were left behind. It was like they were never there outside of the new shingles on the entire roof. The team performing the work on-site were top notch and worked together like a well-oiled machine. I would recommend them to anyone who wants professional work done and a team that cares about the details. Lastly and most important to me, as a PM in the construction industry, communication. I knew where were we every step of the way. Waynes ability to communicate the process and working with my family made this process significantly easier than I thought.     Deans was easy to work with and quick to get the job done. They installed a ridge vent on my roof and were able to work with me to fit my budget. Greg did an excellent job with communication and I would have confidence to work with him again for future projects.

    I spent the week working with Wayne Dean, Chris Lutz and Chris Raine of Dean’s Roofing & Construction. I was installing some equipment for them and throughout the week I couldn’t help but notice the motivation and work ethic of this whole crew. They’re all stand up guys, they all work nonstop and they all do quality work. I would definitely recommend considering Dean’s Roofing & Construction for your next project.

    I highly recommend this company. I did a remodel. I explained what I wanted to do, Wayne suggested a couple things he thought would make it better. I’m so glad I listened to his expertise.     Wayne Dean was very reliable and professional. He was very reasonable in cost, he replaced the wood on my back porch and laid roofing. His crew showed up right on time and worked to get the job completed faster than I expected. I highly recommend Dean’s Roofing!

    We had Deans Roofing & Construction complete another home improvement project for us. They replaced our roof last year & this year, and just a few weeks ago we had them remove and close in a man door and window air condition unit that the previous owners had permanently installed. We had siding that needed to be installed due to the removal of these doors. Wayne took special care to get a sample of our current siding to make sure what he had to replace would match exactly. Wayne not only replaced the siding on the now closed door ways he replaced the siding on that entire side of our home. Wayne takes care & pride in his work as if he were working on his own home!! We are already thinking of our next improvement project and will absolutely be calling Wayne. 10/10 would recommend and will 100% be using them again in the near future.

    We called Deans Roofing for an estimate Wayne came out and got on the roof and said we needed a new roof. He came out again when the insurance adjuster was out. Wayne is very experience and knowledgeable in this industry. He worked with our insurance company to get an entire roof replacement and gutters we were thrilled! The work was done in 1 day for the roof and a couple hours for the gutters. There was no mess to clean up afterwards. We were so pleased with the quality of work and the customer service provided. I would highly recommend Deans Roofing owner Wayne for your roof repairs or needs.

    Wayne Dean did an excellent job on my remodel which involved basically the whole house. He is very detail oriented and strived to make sure that everything was the way I wanted. He made great recommendations which looked better and saved me money! He uses quality materials which I know will last many years to come. I would definitely recommend him and will use him for any additional projects I have.

    Deans Roofing was our first pick for a roof leak we noticed on our three year old home. Wayne was over within hours to assess and cover the damaged area and instructed us what to do from there. He was very honest with the options and suggested we reach out to our builder before he accepted the job. Finding an honest company these days is hard to come by! Having this experience with them is adding another reason why I continuously recommend them to friends and family often.

    We had storm damage and called Deans Roofing & Construction for an inspection and Wayne was very polite and on time. He inspected our roof found we had missing shingles and other damage we couldnt see from the ground. Our roof needed replaced and it was scheduled and completed within days of the initial inspection. There professionalism & honesty is above other roofing companies, it was such and easy transaction. During our initial inspection our neighbor asked him to inspect his roof as well, they also had their roof fixed by them.

    The roof of our barn had damage from a wind storm and Wayne did a fantastic job in repairing the damage and securing the roof panels to prevent more damage and he took care of us for an affordable price. If we have an issue in the future we will be sure to call him.
