    We are very satisfied with the work that ERC did on our house! Several years ago a storm left us with hail damage. We arent from the area so we initially went with a different company, not knowing ERC at the time.The job was completed, OK... and then later we ended up with recalled and defective siding, an absolute nightmare trying to get the initially company out to fix it, help with the process of filing claims, ect.I had met ERC through their daughters and was fortunate enough to ask Cory for advise. We switched over to ERC for all further communications with the claims process, demo and re-siding the defective area. ERC took the time to help us with the claims portion, order materials and all of the other construction stuff I know nothing about! The labourer on site went ABOVE AND BEYOND the job he was assigned, even fixing a couple gutters and joints that had dislodged that had been put on incorrectly from the previous company. They did great work and had great communication through the process.I would highly recommend ERC for any siding, roofing and gutter work. They will be the first people we call in the event we need something else done in the future.

    We are very happy – make that extremely pleased! – with the work ERC performed on our house to replace our roof, gutters and fascia. We spent the better part of two years trying to find the right contractor for this project and discussed, met with and got bids from a number of contractors before choosing ERC. ERC was informative, responsive, reliable and professional throughout the entire process, from initial contact through the process for developing the bid, through the completion of the work, and including the communications and invoicing with the insurer. Our project was not an easy “cookie-cutter” project, but ERC did an excellent job of handling all of the complications, as well as some significant weather challenges during the project. Of note, we particularly liked the fact that ERC had a dedicated foreperson on the job (and owner) that served as a single and effective contact person during the project and ensured the quality of the work and that the project was completed in a timely manner. ERC is a family-owned company that clearly takes pride in their work and the results show. We would highly recommend them to anyone based on our experience!

    Working with Cory and ERC was a great experience from start to finish!     I recently found ERC Construction on Angies List and hired them for a big home improvement project, including getting a new roof, installing gutters, and fixing some siding. Im really happy with the amazing work they did. Im a picky customer who likes to do thorough research before making decisions, so I had six different contractors come and check my roof. After all that, I chose ERC Construction, and they proved to be the right choice.ERC Construction was really professional and did an awesome job communicating with me. They kept me updated throughout the whole project and quickly addressed any questions or concerns I had.They were also flexible and able to meet my request for special shingles that are resistant to hail, have special properties to minimize air pollution (Malarky Vista Class 4 shingles). This choice ended up saving me $450 on my home insurance every year. It shows that ERC Construction is willing to go the extra mile and is committed to delivering great quality and long-term cost savings for their customers.To sum it up, Im thrilled to recommend ERC Construction for all your roofing and siding needs.     After the 2020 hail storms our insurance company determined we needed a new roof and six new skylights. I called several roofing companies and interviewed staff over the phone. Cory at ERC Construction impressed me the most. As the owner of the company Cory was direct and informative. He did not disparage his competitors, was easy to talk to, and competently walked us through the insurance process. Cory coordinated gutter installation with Leaf Guard making sure we did not lose the original warranty and he was onsite and on the roof during much of the work. “I just want you to be 100% satisfied,” was Cory’s response to any question we had. We definitely were satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Cory and ERC Construction.

    Cory came out the first time during the pandemic & was extremely professional. I was so impressed that he gave me a detailed breakdown of costs and an aerial view of the roof. We had to postpone at that time but after hail damage in May, we needed to get the roof done. I called Cory and he was out within a couple of days-again so professional and thorough. My roof was completed within a few weeks, gutters, a couple of weeks later and everything looks fantastic! I am so impressed by the crew & gutter installation guy. Each were done in one day.     ERC did a great job! I talked to Tim at ERC when I noticed icicles hanging from my soffit and inches of ice on my roof. I knew I needed ice dam removal. ERC scheduled the service within a day and their crew took care of my issues. The crew let me know exactly what the process was and offered suggestions as the service progressed. I was very impressed by the service and especially the clean up after. I would recommend ERC to my family and friends.

    I hired ERC Construction after talking to Cory and learning about his customer approach. Cory is an owner/operator. He handles everything relative to your loss. In my case it was my roof and gutters which had to be replaced due to damage caused by a severe hail storm. He worked directly with my insurance company and arranged for the roof and gutter replacement. He was on the job site to to inspect progress and kept me up to date via his customer web site which provided photos of the work in progress. Finally he had our city inspector review and approve his job. Overall the experience of getting a new roof was painless. I highly recommend Cory and ERC Construction for your next roofing job., whether it is new construction, replacement, or loss due to weather.Extremely satisfied customer.

    In June of 2022 Christ Church in Otsego, MN experienced significant hail damage that required the replacement of all our roofing and metal siding. We chose ERC as our contractor and couldn’t be happier with the results.     We had Cory come out to check our roof and were planning on having it replaced soon. While he was here he informed us that we had hail damage, which we did not know. He was so helpful meeting the insurance adjuster and walking us through the whole procedure. He is great, we asked plenty of questions and he always had professional, informed information. The crew was phenomenal and worked from 7am until after 7:30 at night taking only one lunch break, such hard workers! Next we had our gutters and downspouts replaced, again his crew of one man was wonderful and did a fantastic job, making the house look better then it had before the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend ERC and Cory to repair your home, he is friendly and prompt and does great work!

    I needed some help to replace siding and gutters on my house following a large DIY painting project. I contacted ERC for a quote as my office is just down the parking lot from their office so I see their sign daily.ERC replaced a section of siding on my house and replaced the gutters. Everything turned out great! We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and great service and it was affordable which was important as it was an out-of-pocket expense. Tim and Corey were great to work with. My project wasnt very large or complicated, but they made sure it was done right! I would highly recommend! Thanks ERC!!

The siding replacement hit a hiccup and took longer than expected and the communication on the delay was a little lacking, but every other interaction was professional and courteous.

    I received the recommendation to use this company from a neighbor, who was in the construction business back in the day. I had him replace my old roof. I have never had a contractor so responsive to my texts, and the time line was very quick between my initially contact and the completion of the project. My house is surrounded by gardens, and all my plants were nicely protected for the project. I’ve had bad interactions with contractors in the past, this was a joy.

    I’ve worked with a few roofing and siding companies over the years and none compare toERC. They provided an excellent finished product. It says a lot when Cory the owner is the one that came to my door.In past years I have taken a day off work when I had a contractor doing work on my home. With ERC’s interactive website Cory was posting photos and giving updates as work was being done. This was great it saved me a vacation day!!!It was great having a company that took care of everything from start to finish.
