    If I could leave a zero star review I definitely would. I put a 5 star so it would make the top of the list but they were rude on the phone and then wanted to charge an absurd price for a root ball.Not only was the price ridiculous but they wanted to cut a hole in my siding when I could reach it myself from the outside of the dwelling and cleared it through the clean out that was easily available.Negative 5 out of 5 stars. Cant believe they are still in business.Scroll further and find a reputable company

    Had an emergency today Saturday 9-14-24 with basement drains backing up and flooding the floor. Ike was at my house within an hour to diagnose and fix my problem of main sewer line blockage. Fast service and very fair price for a weekend service call.Ken M.

    Had an issue with a more substantial leak with our water heater over the weekend. Called Ikes, and Im not sure who I talked to, but they talked me through the entire repair job, including finding and installing the new part I needed. They never even came out, saved me lots of $$$, all with no profit to themselves. The gentleman on the phone was knowledgeable, clear, friendly, and made me promise to call him back after I completed the repair to make sure I was okay.All in all, I received fantastic help from Ikes, and will absolutely be giving them our business in the future.

    Our toilet wouldn’t flush, and, a more expensive plumbing company didn’t know whether our toilet was broken, or there was a drain issue.For some reason, I wound up calling Ike’s and their technician simply ran water down our drain; since there weren’t any issues, we didn’t have to pay for drain cleaning; moreover, the price we paid to install our new toilet was fair and the work was professionally done.So I highly recommend these guys!

    My kitchen food disposal was backing up into the utility sink in the basement. I tried All the tricks I knew to unclog it but realize the job was too big for me. I called Ikes Plumbing and Drain Cleaning and they sent someone out within the hour.Chevaughn was professional and detail-oriented.He was efficient and able to answer all of my million questions while still being extremely polite.He also made sure to clean up after any sort of water spills and the likewise.I would call him back to help with any project in a heartbeat.

    There was recently a major water leak in my apartment, and our building manager contacted Ike’s to fix the issue. Firstly, I want to give a huge round of applause to Mustapha! He was there every day of the project, and was always so kind and professional! He explained every detail to me, what had to happen, and what I could expect to be done that day. He was also very personable and I felt comfortable to ask him any question that popped up.I also wanted to shout out Harold, he gave me some great information and advice in the earlier days of our bathroom ceiling removal. He advocated for us and did so much to communicate with our landlord & other plumbers to make sure everyone was on the same page.Fantastic experience with these guys, and I’ll remember Ike’s for future plumbing needs.     We received quick and effective help from Mustapha; he came out and replaced a leaking valve on our water line, was a pleasure to work with, and performed a clean repair with a brand new valve.     Frikkin awesome company! My toilet started rumbling and making a crazy sound when i installed a new bidet. I had accidently broken the fill valve on this, i called a big name plumbing company who quoted me 500 bucks for this repair. When i called IKES they charged me a fraction of the price and told me that the part itself is super cheap. I love how honest they were and how quickly they came to fix this for me! Thank u so much 🤩

    I was so pleased with the service from Ikes Plumbing. Ike himself came to the house this morning to fix a problem I had. He went to the hardware store to replace something I had bought in the first place. He was very resourceful in coming up with a low cost solution and did it quickly.     Service and professionalism were exceptional. I have an old house with old plumbing and the cast iron flange under the toilet was corroded and leaking. Mustafa explained everything and fixed it beautifully and made sure it was done right. I trust his work 100%. I am very happy with the care that he took cleaning up and educating me on an old house.

    While the other two drain cleaning companies I called this morning told me that I had to leave my kitchen sink clogged until tomorrow, Ikes had a plumber at my door 2 hours after I called. (I cant promise that will always happen.) Mustapha was skilled, professional, friendly, thorough, and thoughtful. He explained to me everything he was doing (which I really appreciated), cleaned the drain carefully and thoroughly, tested it twice to be sure it flowed freely, and cleaned up nicely when he was done. I couldnt ask for more.

    Thanks so much to Ike for coming and helping us out this weekend. We have had abour 5 different plumbers come out to the house over the years, but we have never had anyone who actually diagnosed and solved our problem correctly. He got our drains going again and taught us a few things in the meantime- all with a smile and some great laughs. I would recommend Ikes to anyone with an issue! We will never call another plumbing service again.

    We love this company, ask for Mustafa. He was absolutely the best guy, he explained the whole process of running the camera and then the reasoning of doing snakes down the sewer drain as preventive maintenance.We hired this specific company because of referrals from next door.com. Very happy we did so, worth every dollar to save ourselves thousands after the completion of two bathrooms in our home.

    Ike is amazing. Very professional, prompt and courteous. He arrived on time, on a Saturday, with his helper wearing proper face masks to repair my leaking copper pipe in the basement. They used drop cloths, explained exactly what he was doing and why, how to prevent problems in the future, and other helpful advice regarding my old spigots. Finished in one hour, charged what he quoted, even though more materials required than what he estimated. Hire this guy, wont regret it.

    G and Devin replaced our toilet and vanity top/sink/faucet, and disconnected our old dishwasher. They kept in touch about their arrival time (in line with the scheduled arrival window), and were totally helpful in working around us as we painted behind the toilet and sanded the vanity cabinet-top after they removed the old fixtures and before they installed the new ones. G was super helpful in figuring out our condos water shutoff valve situation at the start of work. They did a really neat job with sealing and caulking all the fixtures, and cleaned up fully. They also checked in with us whenever there were choice-points during the work. Their billed time & materials costs were as expected based on talking with Tamara and Marissa in the office to set things up ... Tamara & Marissa were super helpful leading up to the job, clearly explaining services available & pricing, setting up the work order & adjusting it when our needs changed, etc. Bottom line - everyone was responsive & professional, the billing was transparent, & the work was great! Thanks to all 4 of you!

    I have worked with multiple plumbing contractors over the past 11 years working in property management. By far Ikes is the most honest, professional, prompt and courtiest of all.     I used Ikes to clear a drain clog in my basement floor drain. Jason showed up on time and was a true professional. The drain was cleared and he took the time to explain and show me a few things. However, a few days later, the same drain backed up again. I cannot say what caused the backup again, but what I can say is that when I called back, everyone (from Ike himself, to the office staff, to Jason) was courteous, prompt and made sure we were taken care of- a sign of a well-run business. They had Jason come from across town the next morning (only because I called late in the day yesterday) and he took another look at the issue. It was remedied again, and I feel confident in the service provided. As someone who has worked in service professions previously, I understand that things happen. Especially when working with something like a drain clog its impossible to say how another clog developed so quickly. So what really counts is how they handled the situation, and they did so with a high level of professionalism, and I would recommend them highly.
