    We had a light switch on the fritz and were worried the wiring was bad. We called Mister Sparky in the morning and Brent answered promptly - he was great to communicate with and he was able to squeeze us into the schedule the same day. Robert and Jesse were excellent - very friendly, explained what was going on, estimate for repair, and everything was completed quickly. Ill definitely call on them again for any electrical work - very prompt, courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

    Bobby was super friendly and did a thorough inspection and found our electrical issue right away. I plan on hiring Mister Sparky again soon to install a light fixture. I would recommend this business without any hesitation.I had Bobby back to install the new light fixture. The service was fast and friendly. I’m very satisfied and glad they had time for a small job like mine.I had Bobby back again to make repairs from an electrical fire. We needed to replace circuit breaker, add arc-ground fault outlet for safety when using a space heater & add new wiring for a new wall outlet. After the fire I wanted peace of mind that the repairs would protect our home and I trust Mister Sparky for all our home electrical work.

    Mister Sparky did a great job installing some recessed lighting in our living room. Everyone we worked with was honest and knowledgeable. It was a hassle-free experience and Ill definitely work with Mister Sparky again for future electrical needs.

    Bobby and Nate were prompt, courteous and professional. What more could you want?! They determined it was an Xcel problem and not a faulty equipment/circuit breaker problem on our end, which was a gr8 relief. We will absolutely call Mr. Sparky with any future problems!

    Excellent service!! We called and got an appointment same day. I asked for them to accommodate a certain time and they even arrived early. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and customer oriented!! Also showed us how to fix something else ourselves while they were here. I’m glad we found a company we could trust!!

    The breaker for our living room outlets tripped and we were unable to reset it, it would just immediately trip again. Mr Sparky came out quickly and was able to solve the problem and fix it in about 15 minutes.

    It was 5:30 pm on a Friday night when I came home and found half my house was without power, including the water heater, microwave, and all the smoke detectors were beeping. Searching for an electrician who would come out on a Friday night on an emergency basis, I found Mr Sparky of St. Paul. Brent was very kind on the phone and sent Nate over. Nate checked everything in the house, including the circuit breaker box and all the outlets and could find nothing wrong. He disconnected all the smoke detectors so the beeping would stop and plugged the water heater into a separate outlet so I would have hot water for the weekend. When he reported this in to Brent, Brent contacted Xcel Energy, the power company, using a contractor line. Xcel came out to the house and determined that it was their underground power connection that had burnt out and it was entirely their problem. They set up a temporary new connection outside the house and said they would be back to repair the line next week. Without Brent contacting Xcel, I would not have known to do so, since it did not seem like a regular power outage. Through the whole process, Brent and Nate were very polite, helpful and responsive until late in the evening when this was resolved. Thank you! Dont hesitate to call Mr. Sparky!

    BLUF--VERY satisfied with the service and the price! Was the second time weve used Mr. Sparky with excellent results. We had too many high usage appliances (air fryer biggest culprit) that were tripping the breaker. The owner is the one actually answering the phones, and when I explained what was happening, he was able to send Micah right away even though I didnt have an appointment, which was exceptional customer service! Micah and the crew diagnosed the issue, gave a several options with several price points, and actually fixed it immediately, even staying late on a Friday to make sure it was finished.

    Rob was super knowledgeable. He installed two difficult sconce lights on an outer wall and went the extra mile by installing our flat screen tv. Not a fun job. A big plus, the owner (Brian) and Rob are extremely genuine, I wish I could invite them both over for the Holidays. Best judge of character, my pup loved them both so you know they are good people.

    These young men knew what they were doing and they knew the legalities. They kept me informed as they checked things out and I just felt so comfortable with them and my dogs loved the attention. They didnt have the right part they needed so they went and got it and didnt say well Ill have to order it and schedule another time to fix it they came to do the job and didnt very professionally and quickly. I already know I will use them again when I am ready for the next thing that needs to be taken care of
