I cant say enough positive things. From initial contact to estimate to scheduling to job completion, it was so easy and pleasant to work with Michael. He was responsive, knowledgeable, fair, professional, and just a very nice guy. My deck looks great and I will not hesitate to work with him again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Mike and his crew. They truly care about doing a good job and doing things the right way. Mike worked with us within our budget while also detailing any expenses that may come up during the process. They revived the wood, sanded, repaired/replaced deck boards, and stained 2 decks for us using Sherwin Williams products. For these stain products to adhere correctly it’s all about the wood prep. They were within budget and on time. It looks great and we highly recommend their services!

We can enjoy our deck again! I called three companies on the same day, and Michael called back, came out to my house to talk about the job, AND provided a detailed estimate before the other two even returned my call. Our painted wood deck was old and peeling with some warped boards and a splinter danger zone. New Appearances power washed it, sanded it, and repainted with solid stain and was very careful to get the boards as smooth as possible so no splinters! Would highly recommend this company - great communication, hard working and very polite.

I am very pleased with the exterior painting work that NAP&R did for me. I had them repaint the aluminum siding of my house, and also refinish two wood porch ceilings. Michael, the owner, is really customer-focused and took the time to meet with me and inspect the job and offer suggestions on what materials and methods would achieve the best possible results. He bid the work at a very fair price, and did everything he said he would do (he even thew in a few free extras like painting my iron railing and pressure washing some walkways while he had his equipment out). I have to say that Michael and his crew take a lot of pride in their work and goe the extra mile with wood surface preparation so that the end result is really amazing. He also is very selective about his choice of paints, stains and primers to ensure that the work will last a really long time. He used premium Sherwin Williams materials for my job. Professional crew, professional job, and reasonable price. What more could I have asked for?
