    My experience with Collins Electrical was excellent! I needed power run 150’ from my house out to my new shed for woodworking and lighting. Mitch recommended two 20amp circuits after understanding my goals. Communication was clear and quick and the team was done in about 6 hours! They dug a trench, tapped into my breaker panel, ran all the wiring for the shed, gave me plenty of outlets, easy plugs for overhead shop lights, and a switch near the door. Everything was flawless from start to finish. My wife and I felt the price was fair, but Mitch made it feel worth every penny by being kind, approachable, friendly, passionate, and knowledgable. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and my experience, so I’d highly recommend Collins Electrical for all your electric needs!Update: we had the same exact experience when we hired Mitch to install a generator port and rewire our panel. Amazing communication and service from start to finish!

    Mitch and his team were awesome to work with! Collins Electrical installed a ceiling fan in our nursery. I was at work while they were in our home and Mitch kept me up to speed with texts, pictures and phone calls throughout. Their work is clean, professional and they seem to be all around good people. It’s nice to find a trustworthy contractor and to not have to worry about shipping around! I’ll be using them again for future projects

    Collins electrical was so speedy and professional. Our conversations were precise as far as the scope of work, times, and price. I needed a charger installed for my EV car, the Ultium charger for GM products, to be exact. Collins was the third suggestion on the list of approved electricians. With the best price and professionalism, I couldnt pass him up. Got the job done in a couple of hours, and it looks great and works perfectly.     Fuses on the fritz? Home electric giving you fits? You cant go wrong with Collins Electrical. I highly recommend giving them a call. We had Mitch and David at our house to help us with wiring and an outlet with a fuse that wasnt working. They also installed an overhead light in our kitchen. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They were personable and you dont run into that as often these days as in the past. They did great work. It was great having them here and were planning to have them help us with other projects soon.

    This was the second job Mitch has done for us. The first time he identified and resolved problems with two exterior house plugs and replaced them.     Mitch was great to work with, and we can’t recommend him enough. We recently moved from out of state and our home needs quite a bit of electrical. He was honest about what was necessary and what can wait. He also gave us the name of other electrical companies he trusts in case we wanted to shop it around.     You can tell on the first meeting that Mitch is reliable and honest. He did everything we discussed (240V line for ev charger house to detached garage). He even installed it two days early; when does that happen?! He is a great electrician and really just a great guy. Oh, and he is very fair on cost. Although almost no one can ignore cost, I would honestly go with Mitch even over a 5-10% lower bid, based on first impression. I sincerely hope his business grows. He is certainly off to a great start.

    I want to share with you people what a wonderful experience I had with Mitchell Collins. I had him install a 5000 BTU electric heater in my garage. He was absolutely professional right from the first communication up until the very end of the job. He is a very pleasant young man his pricing is fair and honest , and it was an absolute pleasure to have him do this job. I was so thrilled with the experience that I recommended him to my parents for their electrical needs and if you have any projects that you need an electrician for I would highly recommend this excellent young man .     I have used Collins Electrical to;Run power from panel to new over range microwave.Add a bathroom fan to ceiling of spare bathroom (had to run power to it and run vent outside).Upgrade light fixtures in several spotsAdd ceiling fan to our bedroom (had to run power).In each case Mitch gave great advice about the best way to do it (which also saved me money). The best compliment I can give him is that he did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for the price that he quoted.Highly recommend

    Mitch didn’t plan on staying from 7 am to 3:30 pm but did so until he got the job done. He has a very good work ethic. I don’t always trust people I don’t know but felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. He explained everything to me what he was doing and why. Mitch even labeled the fuses so I knew what they were. RGE even came for him twice which surprised me to help him. He is very respectful and does what he says he is going to do.     Mitch & his team were an absolute pleasure to work with!Mitch is the friendliest person, and was super collaborative in the process of figuring out what work we wanted his help with and how. Our house was built in 1926 so has lots of weird and old electrical issues, and Mitch gave incredible advice and suggestions as to how to solve certain problems.They upgraded and replaced several outlets and switches in our home, put in a new 3 way switch, ran electrical in our basement for lights, replaced an outdoor light fixture, inspected and cleaned our panel box, and installed a surge protector for us, among other things.We will certainly be using Mitch & his team in the future for any electrical needs. They were prompt, worked so diligently, and were affordable. What more could you ask for?!

    I found Mitch through neighbors on NextDoor. He repaired a double floodlight fixture on a tall pole in our backyard after a tree falling in a windstorm damaged it. What I appreciated then was first his flexibility in fitting us in before company arrived that weekend. Secondly, he was willing to work hard to repair the fixture rather than just jump to replace it. Weeks later we decided to remove an exterior switch near our front door originally for a well-pump from the 1950s, which was no longer in use. He did the job quickly, efficiently, and both jobs at a reasonable price. Some final plusses are that Mitch is personable, hardworking, responsive, a good communicator, and pleasant to have around. We’re quite glad we found him.

    I called up Collins Electrical because I needed an EV charger installed in my garage. Mitchell was very accommodating and answered every question I had. He gave his professional advice as how best to go about with the project, as I was quite unfamiliar with the types of outlets involved with an EV charger.On the installation day, Mitchell showed up right on schedule. He walked me through exactly what he was going to do and where he was going to place all of the electrical hardware. And he even hung my EV charger on the wall for me after installing the outlet. He was very friendly, professional, and I will certainly be calling him again for some future projects I have in mind.
