Our experience with Goodwin Plumbing was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was professional, competent, and eager to please. Richard quickly diagnosed the problem with our water heater, replaced a valve, adjusted some settings, and we were back in business!

Michael was very knowledgeable and found the plumbing issue within 5 minutes of his arrival at my office. I had another plumbing company come out the week before and they found nothing wrong with the system and charged me for their inspection. Michael was very professional, explained to us what the issue was and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Goodwin Plumbing and Michael!

Our water heater quit on us after 19 years. I shopped around and got quotes from a bunch of companies. Goodwin Plumbing was my choice. They came on time the next morning and were finished in an hour. The tech, Austin, was courteous and professional. He did all the things they promised he would do (like clean up!). Consequently we had our hot water back sooner than we expected. I highly recommend Goodwin Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Ill be using them again!

They came highly recommended by a very hard to please family member and they did not dissapoint. They fixed a drain pipe that had came loose from a tub in my crawl space (shoddy work by a wanna be home flipper in my area). After making the repair they did a detailed inspection of the rest of the pipes in my crawl space.The guys that came to our house were on time, professional and very courteous. Price for the repair and inspection was very reasonable, I was actually expecting the decimal to be to the right one more number. So I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw the bill.I highly recommend Goodwin Plumbing. You have a new lifetime customer. Thank you!

Had toilet supply line leak between the upstairs bathroom and the kitchen below. Plumber was close to ontime (and notified me he was running later than expected. He found the leak pretty quickly and managed to cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling right below the leaking supply line. It allowed us to repair the ceiling without having to replace one or more sheets of drywall. He quickly replaced the leaking line ( that the original installer had nicked) with a new line and tested everything and cleaned up before leaving. Very fair price. Good, efficient work. Professional. Will use them again.

The technicians arrived within the time frame I was given. Both technicians were friendly and professional. They quickly got to work and fixed the problem. They showed me the defective water faucet they removed and where it had broken. They sealed up the opening in the brick where the new faucet went thru. The parts they needed were on their truck. I will definitely use these guys again next time I need plumbing repairs....

On Sunday, we discovered a small leak from our ceiling down in to our kitchen soaking the sheetrock. I called and left a message and at 8:03 on Monday, they called me back and set someone to arrive between 9-11. At 9am, Jackson pulled up. He was super friendly and repaired the leak while being funny and professional. I will use them again, if needed, and would HIGHLY recommend them!

Contacted the smiling plumbing company and they said it would take $4,000 to replace shower plumbing. Said that the valves were not available. Mr. Goodwin found the valves after looking at Lowes He replaced both shower valves for $80 a savings of $3,920. I would strongly recommend his honesty over these large plumbing companies.
