I needed to get some work done before my house sold, around Christmas time. I called everywhere and they were all booked up. NCE was the only company I could get to come out. Tim made the time to come out and get me an estimate/ talk through the work that needs to be done. He was very honest on time frames/ the cost/etc. and we got done what needed to be done. Very pleasant to work with him and everyone at the company, I’m incredibly thankful they were able to help me out with such a short time frame! Y’all are awesome! Highly recommend for honest and friendly service!

I noticed my furnace wasnt heating on the first cold day of the season. I went was able to schedule North Country from their website for the next business day morning (I didnt want to pay an emergency/weekend surcharge). The technician, Jonathan, showed up on time, explained and showed me the issue then resolved it all within an hour, but waited to ensure everything was working properly before leaving. Overall, I was impressed with North Country from start to finish.
