Toby Cornell is not only the best builder, hes also a genuine, good hearted person. We built in a golf course community where expectations are high, and it says a lot when majority of the home owners here hire Cornell to build their luxury custom homes ranging 6,000-12,000 square feet. Before signing we asked several neighbors who hired Cornell Custom Homes their thoughts, and without fail, they all say Toby is honest and has become a friend.You always hear the horror stories of building but Toby and his staff made the entire process as easy as possible. I also need to mention Cornells on-site supervisor Noel who is amazing. They are kind, honest, knowledgeable and professional. The best part of all they take care of you if you need anything after the project is complete. Ask around and youll find Cornells reputation is stellar amongst clients and subcontractors. The prices are reasonable and the work always results in a beautiful and amazing house. Toby helped us build a custom 12,000 sq ft home with beautiful craftmanship. Even after the build was done, Toby follows up with us and ensures our satisfaction with his craftsmanship. As a client, I wouldnt be more satisfied and happy with the results and the care that Toby put into this project.
