Matt was able to chase down a problem when Duke Power did nothing. Called Duke they came in my driveway, knock on the door and left. They claim that they checked n nothing was wrong when I was at the window n saw duke power came n did nothing. Matt were extremely professional, friendly, trustworthy & respectful. Matt was an awesome guy with professional knowledge and skill. Price was reasonable. Will use again and highly recommend him. He did an awesome job.

Friendly, reasonably priced, trustworthy business with professional knowledge and skill. Another local business did not offer service at the time I needed(evenings).ICAT did. They got to me in a reasonable amount of time. Matt is a great guy. He spoke clearly and honestly. He let me know what needed to be done and how it could be done. He got the job done quickly, yet properly and safely. I will be calling again soon. I highly recommend ICAT.

I just want to say how outstanding & pleased I am with ICAT Electrical in regards to my installation services today at my new salon!! They were in communication since day one about coming by & checking out what I needed done. They called when they were available (which was a day earlier than expected) & came before the estimated time off arrival. I was very pleased with the go-getter attitude & professionalisms of the guys who came & I will never use anyone else for any electrical needs at my homes or businesses. Hands down the best and most reliable company in the area. Great communication and he got here sooner than any other company I called. He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it. ICAT will be my go to from now on, as my house needs a lot of repair. I would recommend them to anyone needing any electrical work.

Matt came to my house less than an hour after I called. Well wasn’t getting water to the house and I thought it might be a bigger issue. He checked out my system and pointed out a defective pressure switch. Their rates are very reasonable and billing and payment was super easy. I will use them again!

If you need electrical work done, these guys are top notch. Came out ASAP after the storm took out our power and we needed additional work done before the city would reconnect. Did all the work, had the inspection, and had power restored all within the same day. These guys are phenomenal!

I hired icat to complete a kitchen addition. Everything was fine when they came out and did the first part of the install. They went and got the permit and did the rough in with no issues. The rough in passed insp. I paid the 75% and I was supposed to pay them the remainder once the came back after drywall to complete the install. Drywall has been done for a while now and I have made numerous attempts to contact the through email, text, Facebook and phone calls. They did reply to a Facebook message one saying call them Monday which I did but they still didnt anwser. Not sure what the issue is. They seemed very perfessional at first but seems impossible to get them to come finish what they started.UPDATE they did come back and complete the job. Still waiting on final insp

I.C.A.T. is my go-to electrical company!Hired I.C.A. T. twice in a little over two years. Hired them once to run power to the south monument of our HOA for holiday lighting. Used them last week to install a 240-volt, 30-amp circuit in garage to power a corded 5,600-watt heater.Installing power for the HOAs south monument was the bigger project and required coordination with Duke Energy, City of Charlotte, and the HOA. Both projects were great, on-time, polite crew, and good pricing.
