    I cant say enough wonderful things about Alan. I have been having issues working through Home Depot and Lowes trying to get one of their recommended plumbers to work on my home, with nobody returning my calls. So what a wonderful surprise when, after waiting a few days for the last Home Depot-recommended pro to call me, I decided to search online for alternatives. I saw how many 5-star reviews Premier Plumbing has, so I called Alan. He called back the same day, scheduled me right away, arrived on time, and was completely professional, pleasant, and efficient. AND he was so reasonably priced, too! I am telling all my neighbors to hire Premier Plumbing - I am so glad I did. (I even called Home Depot to see if a manager there will start recommending Alan!)

    This is the first plumber we have found to be responsive in our area. He showed up right when expected. He offered good advice. He had to make a return trip to complete the work after ordering a part so he did not charge us on the first visit which gave us peace of mind that he would come back to complete the work. He worked well around our children and was courteous and professional. Upon entering our home he took his shoes off which I’ve never seen done before. Overall, this is a respectful plumber and I recommend having this company perform work at your home or business. He also offers evening hours which is helpful for working families. Try this business out. You won’t be disappointed.

    Super professional about his work. Cleans up after hes done, even offered to sweep. Very fair prices and actually shows up on time unlike every other plumbing service in a 50 mile radius. He had the main drain unclogged in less than an 10 minutes after removing the toilet. When he was finished he shimmed and resiliconed the toilet. Would highly recommend for any plumbing service, excellent work and excellent attitude about his work.

    Alan was wonderful! Came out to a rental property for me and ended up pulling tons of wipes from the drain and toilet they the renter had flushed! Tan the camera and checked for any other blockage and replaced toilet! Complete life saver!!!

    He and his assistant showed up when the told me they would. Didn’t waste time getting the job done and wasn’t upset when I added a couple of other things to his list. The price was absolutely reasonable for the amount of work that he did and more importantly the amount of work he saved me from having to do. I would absolutely call him again for installations, leaks or clogs.

    Alan answered his phone the first time I called and gave up front pricing before coming! He came out the same day exactly when he told me he would and called me again when he was on his way! He also fixed our issue so quickly he only charged for 1/2 hour!! We won’t ever use anyone else. You’ve got to call Alan first and don’t waste time calling anyone else!

    I have found a great professional plumber!! I asked friends for a recommendation and Premier Plumbing and Drain did not disappoint. Alan Ratcliff was quick to respond. He was on time and found the problem quickly. The tub was original to the house and so was the faucet. He had it order the faucet and I was glad to see the 10 year warranty. He goes above and beyond. Very pleased and will recommend to family and friends.

    The plumber Alan showed up on time and from the time that he started to work the job was extremely professional throughout the entire process. Even though the job was beyond a simple sewage line blockage he never gave up and continued to approach the job from other angles. He was unwilling to give up until the job was finished.     Premier Plumbing and Drain helped us when we were stuck in a bind. The hot water wasnt working for one of our STRs and he was quick to respond and get out there and fix what needed to be done with the hot water heater.     Ive used Premier Plumbing on two occasions. One was to replace the seal and flange on my toilet. The second was to repair a pipe and valve system from my icebox to my water heater. Alan was professional, he does nice/clean work, and everything looks great and most of all - no leaks. He called ahead to say hes on the way and arrived on time. He completed the tasks in a timely fashion. I couldnt ask for more, he gets and A++ from me and I will be calling again in the future. Thank you Premier!

    Alan is a literal saint. I highly recommend him for anything and everything. We moved to Saltville, VA in 2021. Two weeks into living in our new old home, a major pipe burst. We called Alan.     Buying a new home on septic and hired Alan with Premier Plumbing to inspect our water main line and run a camera out to our septic. He went ahead and marked our septic lid with a small pole so we can easily dig it up for when it needs pumped. Highly recommend. Professional and punctual.
