    The team of Dad, Travis and Alex were better than excellent. They were prompt, professional, courteous, skilled and very knowledgeable. Any questions I had were addressed in a manner I could easily understand. They worked diligently from beginning to end. After the install was complete, Alex took the time to make an extra trip to pick up a 60 amp circuit breaker to replace the 40 amp breaker. They provided very efficient work with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Dad,Travis and Alex.

    They were nice and showed up while it was snowing so thatā€™s a plus. I didnā€™t feel like I got my moneys worth for $99 service call when I had to buy a new heater anyways and didnā€™t really get a service. They said they could come back out and fix the problem but it would be $88 just to revisit my house not including the price to fix itā€¦ thatā€™s wild to me. Professionals are professionals though and trades charge more.

    Seth come out and quickly assessed the problems I was having with my furnace and heat pump. The heat pump, which is very old, was a quick fix and it is working great now. The furnace will be a bigger job but was given options of repair or replace. Seth was very professional and courteous. Assessment and repair costs were very reasonable.

    Complete Comfort is the only Heating/cooling/generator business in this region that is reliable. I contacted three before CC and was given the runaround from two that that never showed up. The third arrived late and spent a couple of hours looking at my generator and said they didnt know what was wrong with it.CC was contacted an appointment made and kept and my generator is fixed.I liked them so much much I had them service my heat pumps. They will have my business from now on.

    We had an entire HVAC system installed by Complete Comfort (including a new tankless water heater) and the whole process went smoothly. They had to remove the old to install the new, which was a wretched job in itself. After the exceptional installation, another knowledgeable technician came out to fine-tune and clearly guide us through the many features of our new equipment. At the end, they gave us an impressive personalized binder filled with everything necessary for us to familiarize ourselves and answer every question we may have. If I could give them 100 stars, I would.

    Was amazed to get same day service! The tech gave us notice he was on the way so we were able to get our dogs inside. He was very patient and knowledgeable answering all my questions. He was able to get my AC unit recharged and restored to working order very efficiently. Very satisfied with the repair. Will definitely continue to use their company to service our units

    Just had a visit from Seth today and very satisfied! I called about water not draining from my HVAC unit. He got it fixed up and it was back to draining when he left.     Alex came out to inspect our outside unit and had the diagnosis in less than an hour. I received a call in a couple of business days to set up an install time. Seth had the unit repaired in less time than anticipated. The total timeline from diagnosis to repair was less than a full calendar week (diagnosis on Thursday afternoon and repaired the next Thursday before noon). Overall, it was a bang-up job by both Alex and Seth to get us back up and running in no time. Highly recommended.

    Everything went great with the install of my new HVAC system and crew showed up on time as scheduled. Also made the process seamless from the very beginning by making it easy from an easy to understand layout of different system options to the financing options. System works nice and smooth so far. I am hoping for a long lasting system that will last for decades to make it worth the investment. They say its hard to stop a Trane I hope that slogan holds true.

    This company is top notch.I managed a off grid generator replacement at a cabin for a good friend.Complete Comfort company was our choice for the contractor. They are the dealer for the Generac brand of generators and also offered complete project service from sales, delivery, installation and startup.The finial project walk-through is scheduled for next week.There have been no issues and I dont expect any.Dad and his crew. (Nathan, and Branson) showed up at the job site on scheduled time and gave a full days work.There were NO CELL phone brakes. In fact. I dont think the employees had cell phones on themselves.Each of the employees having their own speciality, offered and gave their assistant to the others when it came to digging the 18 trench, installing conduits, leveling the generator mounting pads, setting and mounting the generator and pulling wires.Then their special knowledge was put to use.Terminating wires and function tests of the generator.If youre looking for a turn-key standby or off grid generator purchase and installation, Complete Comfort is your company.

Complete did our other house in 2019, if service has changed theyā€™ve only gotten better. They were very attentive during our preinstall walk through (my son met with Eric the company rep who did the initial estimate and I was there during the install) and listened closely to what my son told me should be the install plan. They made a couple of suggestions that really made sense.I was really impressed how the three men worked together to install the split unit. They answered all my questions gladly and found two things in the electrical panel from another contractor that was done wrong and fixed those to make sure everything was safe for my son and his family.Mr. Cochran and his crew were first class men and first class employees and installers for Complete Comfort. It is rare in todayā€™s world to get a response back from a company so quickly much less a response AND a repair done so quickly. I really appreciate the customer service they provided and I recall that we received the same level of care and attention when they installed our unit a couple of years ago. We contacted Complete Comfort a couple of weeks ago because our air was not workingā€¦ they came last week and evaluated our systemā€¦ today 3 nice men worked for 12 hours endlessly and replaced our 20 year old unitā€¦ they were polite, friendly, clean and very professional. They cleaned up everything, took all of the trash with them and now we are all set. We not only recommend the company but the workers are top shelf.

    I called this morning because our tankless water heater had stopped working and ā€œDadā€ came out and figured out the problem extremely fast! He was super nice and polite and talked me through what was going on with it!     We had an issue with our Generac generator system, it would not switch back to the regular inline power from the power company. Complete Comfort sent a technician to our home in Whitetop VA and solved the problem in less than an hour . David Cochran was professional and helpful with tips if the problem happened again . It 15 degrees outside and he never complained. This is my go to company from now on .

    Installed a GAS Tankless Water Heater at my house. They installed over 60 feet of new gas lines and connected two old water heaters into a new tankless system. The UNLIMITED HOT WATER was essential to us having two kids as well as saving money on our electric bill by not having to heat 100 gallons of water 24 hours a day. It is super quiet and take sup no space allowing us to remodel and have more room in our Master closet. This company even came back in the following days to ensure everything was working as well as to tidy everything up. I could not be more impressed with their Service and would recommend to anyone that needs any HVAC work. I will be using these guys to replace my aging Heat Pump as well.

    We have used this company numerous times for our HVAC needs. We purchased a new trane system and quality mechanical contracting installed the new system as well as replaced all of the ductwork in our home.The HVAC system we purchased can run off gas once it gets so cold so we purchased a 1000 gallon tank and had it buried in the yard in the gas lines were run from the tank into our home.     Complete Comfort is the best! We had bought brand new air conditioners from another business but their installers didnt know what they were doing. The other business tried three times to install the units, each time the refrigerant leaked out. We called Complete Comfort and Seth was able to tell us exactly what was wrong with the way the units were installed. He installed the units with out any problems and now they finally work!!
