    I had new front stairs with railing installed as well as new front door and storm door. They also fixed a leak on the my porch. Everyone was terrific to work with on every project.     I contacted PBHI because I saw that they used a particular brand of siding (certainteed) that I was interested in for my 1920s home that was in need a full exterior redo (new roof, chimney rebuild, side porch rebuild, two new exterior doors, new siding, and new gutters). From the moment I called, the entire team worked with me to exceed every expectation I put before them. In understanding what I wanted, Cam B was able to recommend a different siding product that gave the exact look I sought them out for, but at a more affordable price. Marissa, Logan, and Mike answered my tireless questions in the office as we worked through the project this summer and fall with patience and expertise. Al, Todd, and the entire siding team offered daily updates, communication about challenges, and check ins to make sure I was thrilled with the progress. I am so happy pulling into my driveway every day looking at my new home, but sad that I have no further need to work with PBHI team. They are truly amazing and have made my dream a reality!

    I had a broken piece of siding, original to my 1980s house. They dont make a replacement in the same size/look and PB & Sons was able to come up with an excellent solution that matches perfectly. You would never notice any difference and the new one looks great. Also, the worker who came to do the install was the nicest. He worked very quickly and cleanly. I was very happy with their work and appreciate their extra efforts to help with a unique problem.

    Its been about a year since we got our quote and 6 months since work was finished. We had them quote masonry work for the two fireplaces and two dormers, which were in such disrepair, rain was coming into the house.I dont want to jinx it but I feel like its been long enough, with the rain and snow weve had, their professionalism and expertise has made our home safer and drier and Im really grateful for their work.     Everyone I dealt with was fantastic. I had a front door, slider and window installed by them and am so happy with the results. The entire process was smooth. The team is very responsive and professional. They came out for the initial consultation and was very helpful in offer suggestions. They then have someone come back out for final measurements.     We were very pleased with the quality of the work the Beaulieu crew did for us on our home. The roof repair, new siding, windows all around, and the decorative facade on our garage all came out beaufifully!     Beaulieu and Sons sided my house and gutters. The workers did a good job. Put in beautiful large bow window and several small windows. The carpenters did a great job as I had hidden water damage and had to replace a garage header and several boards. Removed a deck and discarded all wood. On time every day and politely answered all my questions. I would recommend them for your next job.

    I hired Beaulieu for window replacements in my condo. They were courteous and listened at our first meeting. I was really busy with work as I planned the window replacement, but office staff was always available and followed up on all my concerns. I was especially happy that they could keep the marble sill below my kitchen slider even though they were replacing the full window. The day of the actual replacement I was away, but my neighbor who lives below me said that they worked quickly and smoothly, with little disruption to the neighborhood. I did not see one scrap of leftover material when I returned- they cleaned up everything. They also placed phone calls to me to update me on the work. I am going to consider Beaulieu again when I am ready to replace a door and the window above it. I am thankful it was all such a smooth process.

    I needed some work done to repair some siding and vents that were damaged and to replace some shutter that were showing their age.I contacted several other companies. Some did not respond, some set up appointments and never showed.Phil Beaulieu & Sons Home Improvement set up an appointment. We talked about some options. I received a quote quickly. The work was done on schedule and I am happy. I liked that I was kept informed for the whole process. It was explained that the weather could effect some of the scheduling but everything was done within the original timeline. These are certainly different times for businesses and customers. The reassurance of knowing where my project stood the whole time added to a confident feeling.I have a few more projects that I will need done and I will certainly be talking to them again when I am ready for those to proceed.

    We were given the most courteous and professional treatment from Cameron and Niko. Everything went as planned. Cameron stayed in direct contact with me right up until the ordering of our skylights and roofing materials. We had multiple conversations prior to this job being put into place. Niko then kept in touch with me at the time of the ordering of materials and then was on site watching all work being completed multiple times during the day. He then followed up the following day after the job was completed to do a walk around our property. Our house is absolutely beautiful and everyone in our neighborhood has been stopping by to give compliments. All of the assistants at Beaulieau were extremely friendly and helpful as well.     Repair of dry rot and insect damage on an older home with wide width clapboards. Respected my decision to not replace with vinyl siding on a 100 year old house. Able to do the repairs, I expected the project would be bigger than initially planned. You open old houses and always find more than you expect! Also replaced 5 old basement windows. The work done was exceptional and professional. It was worth the wait, as the contract was originally created in January. I would use this company again.

I KNOW OF THE COMPANYS REPUTATION AND WAS WILLING TO GIVE THEM A TRY, IF ANYONE EVER HAS A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A WORLD OF GOOD AND CALL THEM FIRST!!!! AL NOT ONLY ALL BUT PROMISED ME HE WOULD FIND THE SOURCE AND FIX IT, HE STOOD BY HIS WORD AND RELENTLESSLY APPROACHED THE PROBLEM FROM EVERY POSSABLE ANGLE AND WITHOUT ANY DOUBT IN HIS MIND SOLVED THE PROBLEM!!!     Beaulieu rebuilt a porch for me about a year or so ago. The most recent very windy day we had, some trim from the house blew off.     From the moment Fran came by to quote work for our family I felt confident Phil Beaulieu and Sons would do a great job. We had recently purchased a home and needed work done immediately. Our now current home, would not be half as comfortable without their kindness and assistance. They stayed on top of the project with updates and phone calls and whenever I called with a question they either had the answer immediately or followed up within a day. The contractors that repaired our chimney were very friendly and didnt mind that I buried them with random chimney questions.     We have used PBHI exclusively for over 40 years! They installed replacement windows over 20 years ago, have sided our home 3 times, put on 3 roofs, one of each of these was due to a micro burst and they even handled the negotiations with the insurance company for us. Recently they remodeled the inside of our garage and it is now a space to be proud of!!! They pay strict attention to details, their work is perfection plus. Professional and courteous at all times.     Phil Beaulieu construction did a fabulous job repairing a bedroom balcony and repairing and reinstalling a cupola on the roof of our barn.     Phil Beaulieu workers were at a neighbors home and I asked them if they could come and look at my roof. I had noticed some leakage in my back bedroom with all the rain we had this summer. Sure enough my ridge vent needed to be replaced. Within 5 to 7 days they were at my house at 8 AM and within 2 hours it was all replaced. They were professional, on time and priced reasonably and had fantastic follow up and follow through. Highly recommend them for all home improvements.
