    Outstanding!! We were very pleased with the prompt and professional service we received from Rockys Plumbing. Our main water line sprung a leak and they responded and replaced it quickly and for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone! I could tell they are men of integrity- very courteous, conscientious and were mindful of not letting the dogs out while they were in and out of the house and the fence was down to get the excavator in. A++++

    Boy do I have the Plumber for you !! I called Rocky’s Plumbing in Chickamauga , Ga. to establish water connection and install a Combo washer / dryer combo unit. I was quoted a very fair price and a few hours later Rocky, Jody and their helper were back and quickly had me in business . Not only did they do a great job but Jody borrowed my vacuum cleaner and cleaned up every trace of dry wall dust, etc. I would recommend these guys without reservation and plan to use them exclusively for any further plumbing needs I may have.     I’ve been having a PSI issue so I called and they were on another job but told me they would swing by right after.     Plumbers arent cheap, so you might as well get the best. Thats these guys. They remodeled my shower and completely replumbed the house infeed lines in less than 3 days. Rocky even installed a nice sprayer faucet in my kitchen that he had on hand for no extra charge. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.

    I had a water heater emergency that was too big of a job for myself to do. I called Rocky and Im so glad I did. Him and his crew came out and installed a new water heater. They did it very quickly and neatly and explained a lot of stuff while they worked. They fixed my outdoor hose faucet while they were here as well so now I can wash my car again. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber!

    Incredible communication late at night on a Monday when I was in a jam. Super flexible Tuesday morning on coming to my house. Once here they fixed the problem efficiently and on top of all of that are reasonably priced. My faith in humanity is restored and I have a working shower again :)

    Will not use anyone else, they are the BEST . Had a bad plumbing issue. Jody stopped at my location on his way to another job, just to make sure we had a bathroom in the house to use. The situation was way worse than anticipated. They were able to resolve the issue completely and it was very reasonable priced!!! If you have issues make sure you call them first.

    I called Rocky because I had a leak that created a lot of damage and someone suggested the pressure may be too high. Sure enough it was greater than 120psi. Rocky came to the rescue and replaced my pressure reducer and added an expansion tank all at a very reasonable price. I use Rockys Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. I also have had family members and friends use them as well with complete satisfaction. Rocky and Jody are always promt when they are called and they are always professional.     Rocky’s plumbing came in to save the day yesterday. We just bought a house and within 24 hrs the toilets weren’t flushing, sinks not draining, etc. I had another plumber come out before we bought the house and they recommended all the plumbing be replaced. So I knew something was going to happen just didn’t think this fast. I wanted a second opinion and Rocky’s came out and said the plumbings not pretty but there’s no reason it shouldnt work properly. He was able to pinpoint where the clog was most likely happening and it was a 4ft section of original cast iron pipe. He was right. The cast iron was completely clogged. He was out the next morning with 3 guys and a mini excavator replacing that section. Everything is working great now. He saved me money by properly diagnosing the issue. Honest, responsive, and reasonably priced. Thanks again Rockys.

    Rocky’s PlumbingJody with Rocky’s Plumbing is an excellent plumber, along with Cody. The first thing that was noticeable about Jody was not his plumbing skills, but it was how he returned calls and text messages. How impressive!His plumbing skills are impeccable. In no time, he was able to assess the situation and he knew what to do. When he was explaining what needed to be done, he was patient with my husband who is mostly deaf and with me since I know very little about plumbing. When I asked a question about the recommended plan, Jody gracefully took my pad and wrote out the plumbing terms and cost. He explained things in a way that I could understand.We left out one plumbing issue, by oversight. We mentioned the problem once Jody arrived and he said he could take care of it in the same visit.A couple of weeks later, we contacted Jody again about some leaks. He came and repaired the leaks in a brief time and did not charge an additional fee.Our home has new pipes and a tub that doesn’t leak, along with a repaired kitchen sink.I highly recommend Jody and Rocky’s Plumbing.

    Lowes was supposed to deliver and hookup my washing machine. Delivered but not hooked up. They claimed my hot water hookup was corrodedIt was not true. So I called Rocky. He came and got me hooked up and running in less than 10 minutes. He had sympathy for me and the fee was waived. He has compassion for senior citizens such as myself. I did use Rocky once before for a large job and he did it with experience, all parts were in his truck and it was done in one day. Best of all he came in a timely manner and called when he was on his way. Prompt service is its best advertisement.

    Called Rocky’s for an estimate for changing my electric water heater to a gas tankless water heater on Wednesday. Rocky and Jody came a few hours later. They were both very knowledgeable and very courteous. They explained what they needed to do, had it figured out and gave me price (that was VERY reasonable)! We agreed they would come on back Thursday morning. They arrived just when they said and got it done safely and professionally. They were very clean and answered all my questions!!     Typically, plumbing services are usually needed at a moment’s notice.I requested Rocky’s Plumbing services concerning an unearthed drainage pipe.     I had a leak where the main water line meets the meter. I called Rockys Plumbing at the suggestion of some friends that had used them in the past. They arrived when they said they would and gave me options to fix the issue. I chose to replace the PVC water line with PEX to prevent future problems. Jody and Cody completed the job quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. They were very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

    It’s Christmas Eve and we have experienced a rather colder than normal holiday season. I was inside cooking a meal for about 10 people when I walked into my garage and noticed a spewing pipe. After calling around frantically, these group of gentlemen were the only ones to answer and help us out with this rather unfortunate situation. Rocky Plumbing answered right away and they were at our house within less than 2 hours. Not only were they able to get over to our house quickly, they managed to fix the issue within minutes while I got back to cooking. They finished before I was done with my pasta! Not only do they work quick they have great pricing as well, even for an emergency call on Christmas Eve. Im blessed to have had these professional gentlemen as quick as they were. Recommend 10/10 and will call them again should I ever have any issues future.

    We had leak under our floor, buckling the wood floor and then a huge leak in the yard. Called a couple plumbers and got no response or no shows, so frustrating. Luckily, We found Rockys Plumbing after an online search of all places, but so thankful we did. Rocky & Jody are great, they go above & beyond. We had a great experience with them!. They fixed both problems and then even stayed after to watch the meter and search for the reason it was still spinning. They searched everywhere in our house where water & pipes were until they figured it out and fixed those things as well. They did a great job, they are were professional, polite, very informative, super friendly. They actually appear to like what they do.     Fantastic group of guys…very professional, and I will definitely be calling on them again, as needed! The faucet that my water hose attaches to had been leaky for years when the water was turned on and I’d just been putting off getting it fixed since it didn’t leak when it was turned off. Jody and coworkers were next door doing a major job for my neighbor today and I asked if they could take a look at this small job before they left and they said of course they could. Jody came right over and had it fixed in a matter of minutes, and for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

    About a year ago I had a back-up in my house at 6:00 a.m. and googled for a plumber. Preferably one who was available at the moment. Rocky was the first one that popped up. I noticed his excellent reviews and gave him a call. Yes he did answer at 6 a.m. and yes he was here within the hour. He fixed the problem and was very thorough. His pricing was incredibly reasonable. So when I had an unrelated issue happen this week, I looked him up again without hesitation. The quality and care he put into both scenarios was something you don’t see a lot of. I never felt like he was trying to rip me off or sell me something I didn’t need. He gave me options but never pushed anything. There is no question why his review rating is so high.

    Rocky and his crew done an AWESOME job!! We needed our whole house plummed with up to date pipes. The crew came out and had it done in a few hours. We needed our water heater upgraded and Jody went above and beyond the call!     We are new homeowners, and we ran into a situation where all of our incoming and outgoing pipes stopped working. Rocky and his guys had to completely install all new pipes throughout my house and yard. My pipes had become patchwork piping over time, and now they are ready to last for the next 100 years. Our sewer system was also clogged up by the last tenants, and Rocky was able to flush the system for us. We are so grateful for his service!

    I was very pleased with Rocky! From initial contact until he left, he was a good communicator and responded to calls and messages. He sent Josh to do the job, which started as a toilet install with new flange and turned in to much more. What should have been a short call ended up being many hours. I mentioned a leaky faucet and he checked the pressure guage and I needed a new gauge immediately. They altered their schedule and stayed with me until I was completely taken care of. They even went and picked me up a new faucet. They were friendly and talked with me while they were here. Their cost seemed very fair as well! I definately will use them for all needs in the future.

    It appears i failed to post my original review a year ago when Rocky & Jody came to install my bidet. I live in an older home, and not long after their initial visit, it became necessary for me to replace ALL my water lines running from the meter into my house. This fine team came in and executed a flawless job, and even corrected some problems that a previous plumbing company had left me with. Then ... I called my superhero team in yet again, as upon my return from Christmas vacation, I found a stream of water oozing into my garage. These fine gentlemen came yesterday evening, and within 15 minutes had detected the problem, corrected it, even chatted for a moment, and were backing out of my driveway. I cant say enough GOOD THINGS about Rocky, Jody, and their associates. Thank you for always being here for me!!{note: this is my original UNposted post from 2022} -- Rocky & Jody -- my two knights in shining armor! Not only did they come to save the day -- but they didnt make me feel dumb or stupid for what Id done. I pride myself in being able to do many tasks myself, and with this particular project -- it was a no-brainer, should be EZ install of a bidet. All was going nice & easy for me UNTIL I got to the part where I needed to disconnect the water supply line from the toilet. And that dang part wouldnt cooperate to unscrew for me no matter what I did. I putzed with it until a leak developed -- and thats when I said time to call the pro!I reached out to Rocky. He & Jody came into my home and seriously -- within 15 minutes -- had not only corrected the problem, but went the extra mile and finished the install of my bidet. And the entire time (although limited) they were both so kind & professional -- & KNOWLEDGEABLE -- & their lively sense of humor was a welcomed & appreciated addition to their expert repair.     These guys re-plumbed my entire house and added a drain for my new laundry set up. It was done in 1 day and it lasted through a deep freeze right away. They also saved Christmas when my electric stove died 3 days before and the warranty repair wasnt able to come. I called them instead, and they ran some propane piping to my new gas stove delivered the same day. In a flash I was cooking Christmas dinner. These guys are not the cheapest but they are fair, they SHOW UP and get things done right. Ill be hiring them again and saving myself the frustration of doing it myself on the plumbing portion of my projects.

    I called Rocky on Sunday afternoon to come repair a leaky pipe under the house. Rocky and Jody wanted to come right then, but since it was Sunday, we decided to wait until Monday. They arrived at the appointed time prepared for what ever kind of problem I had, and I had problems! The burst pipe was repaired lickity split. They checked my tankless water heater and found a serious electrical problem. (I recently had a different plumber replace several parts on the water heater). The recommendation was to call an electrician to check it out or maybe install a tank type water heater. A short while after leaving, Rocky called with an idea, and they came back. In no time flat, they procured and installed a water heater and all the necessary pipes and fittings. They cleaned the clogged faucet and had everything working good as a brand new house. These guys are trained professionals and very respectful young men. If you have a water problem and you want it fixed RIGHT, call Rocky. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you! Thank you!     What appeared (to clueless me) as a small leak was actually a big problem. Rocky looked at EVERYTHING, diagnosed the problem & even pointed out a couple of things that could be done as preventative maintenance. I really appreciated him pointing out the preventative maintenance so I could go ahead & have him repair it, while also hopefully avoiding potential problems in the future. His immediate response & same day service was much appreciated. It was a bonus to find out that his team does more than plumbing. They also do any other home repairs one may need. He was very responsive, polite, quick, thorough & professional... can’t get much better than that! I’ll be calling him for all of my household needs from now on.     WOW - I am so blown away by these guys! Our sewer line was somehow clogged on the main pipe, and no matter what we did, we could not get the toilet to flush, and the nasty smell was lingering in our house. These guys came out same-day, within a couple of hours, and were able to diagnose and fix the issue within 30 minutes. They were able to involve the city in their repair, and they didnt even end up charging us for the service. They even told us about the pipe, which appears to be damaged by tree roots, and offered a very fair price to repair it in a couple of months. We will be calling these guys for absolutely everything! Thank you so much! We appreciate your help on such short notice, and we appreciate your recommendations! Well be seeing yall in a couple of months for that repair!

    I just have to say these guys were awesome. I called to get a quote for a toilet repair (hopefully that was all I needed) from where my 3 year old had put something in it. When I called they were very professional gave me an awesome quote. I asked when they could come out since it wasn’t a major emergency (we have 2 other bathrooms) and come to find out they were in my neighborhood and we’re here 20 minutes later.     Called Rocky for a leak I could hear it but not find it. It turned out to be the water main out side of the house. They were able to come back first thing the next morning and had replaced the making and fixed a few other issues all before lunch.     Fast and friendly. They had to replace my waterline from the road to my house and install a new faucet with pressure regulator. They were at my house within a couple hours and worked in the freezing cold until my line was replaced!!! Would highly recommend!

    These nice people at Rockys Plumbing were able to come out promptly and fix a problem other plumbers said they would not work on They can out as promised and within 10 minutes figured out an automatic livestock waterer that had been leaking into my horses bedding . I can not say enough about how nice Jason/Josh? was who came out. He diagnosed the problem and now my horse has dry bedding on cold winter nights and I do not have to tote 5 gallon water buckets to his stall I have sold my farm and will be giving the their card to the new owners. I have added his info to my phone contacts to have for the future.

    Recently moved from flinstone to south carolina , my grandmother called me panicked about a leak she thought was in her yard . she called MULTIPLE people all with price way out of her budget. After spending a few days calling around my aunt was able to call rocky . my grandma spoke so highly of him i couldnt believe it . shes never spoke so well on someone that has worked on her house before. Said he came out the same day she called and checked everything out . came back the next day had it fixed with in 45 minutes . she said he was so polite and such a good wholesome Christian man . she said she will 10/10 recommend him to anyone. And even shared his number with some of her friends . i just want to give him a huge thank you for taking care of my grandmother . its hard to trust people now a days . it truly warms my heart that she was helped so quickly and politely .

    These guys are simply the best of the best. Water pipe burst in the yard today so I called Rocky. He said he was on a job but he’d be there when he finished up.     I sell hotdogs at the Lowes store in Fort Oglethorpe and see these guys in there all the time. Based on my observations and communications with them... they are some of the busiest and hardest working group of guys. They obviously know what they are doing if they are staying that busy.As I am interacting with other patrons and they start talking about plumbing needs, Rockys Plumbing is the only one I would recommend. I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years and I have learned to tell when someone is full of it, or actually know what they are doing.     My hot water tank started leaking while my hubby was out of town (of course) and needed to be it replaced. I called a few of the bigger companies and then called Rocky who was recommended by a few people on face book. He came out to the house and gave me an estimate which was a bit less than the bigger companies and he was able to do it on the spot. After a quick trip to the big box store to pick out the one I wanted, he was installing my new water heater and expansion tank . They were done in less than 3 hours from the time I called him till the time they left and that includes , driving, shopping and answering about a million questions patiently while taking out the old and putting in the new, and checking the pressure reducer . They were very polite and friendly and fast, I will definitely be calling him again for any more unexpected plumbing issues that may arise. Thank you Rocky
