With all the chaos going on in the world today, having my kitchen sink and pipes clog up on me was overwheming. I received a reccommendation on Next Door for Clear Water in Lynwood and gave them a call. From the moment I spoke to the receptionist Robin, I knew I was in good hands! She was pleasant and helpful and scheduled someone to come right out. Jay and Isaiah arrived within the hour. Jay assesed the situation and thouroughly went over the reccommendation for repairs. He patiently listened to and answered all of my questions. Both he and Isaiah were courteous and respectful of my home. They maintained social distancing and wore their masks properly. Jay quoted a price that was fair and reasonable. The work was done promptly and they cleaned up thouroughly after they were done. Sincere thanks to Robin, Jay and Isaiah for making my day a lot pleasanter than it began.You have gained a loyal customer.

Total pros!!!! Their prices are very fair for their time and expertise. Jay is able to assess any and all crazy plumbing situations and come up with a plan that makes sense to resolve the issues at hand. Everyone we’ve been in contact with from Clear Water Plumbing has been such a pleasure to work with and they’ve been so patient with our condo association. I’d highly recommend them to anyone with small or large plumbing repair needs!

Two gentlemen came to my home and were very helpful. Jay and Tiger (I think) were their names. They explained the problem, fixed the problem, and explained a more permanent solution for future consideration. I didnt time them, but I would estimate they were in and out on under an hour. Nice guys. They lady on the phone, Robin(I think) was also very polite and helpful when I asked for a price quote and scheduling time window. By the way the plumbers arrived within the 30 minute appointment widow I was given. I will definitely call this company for my future plumbing needs.

Honest, trustworthy and dependable. Extremely professional experience. We were having trouble with our water heater pilot light keptgoing out and being difficult at times to restart. Lavelle stayed on the phone with tech support from the manufacturer explaining what he was seeing. The problem was figured out and the part number that was needed was obtained. Lavelle then obtained the part, came back and installed it.We also needed to have our kitchen faucet replaced. Lavelle asked what type of faucet I prefer. Offered me a couple of different brands and installed the one I wanted.I cannot recommend this company enough.
