    We dealt with a clogged drain upstairs going into the holidays and being a small business owner, looked for a local company to help us out.Debbie took our call, and was kind, knowledgeable and spoke to us not just as a number but as homeowners dealing with an issue. She got us scheduled right away, was upfront about potential costs and the process.She also offered us to call back for weekend service if things worsened.Steve was on time and after evaluation, gave us our options in an easy to understand pricing structure. There were no additional add ons or hour by hour labor. He was able to resolve the issue within an hour and gave us a better understanding of our setup going forward.We found the bill to be very reasonable.Will definitely recommend to others.     They work on manufactured mobile homes, which is good not all plumbers do. Steve installed a faucet in the bathroom and new shut off valves,fixed a loose shower-head pipe.     As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing... Zero knowledge of how to go about services combined with insurance claims and insurance adjusters. We had to get a full replacement of our main sewer drain on our 120+ year old house.Debbie, the owner of Rocket Plumbing and Drain, helped me maintain my sanity through this entire process. My initial phone call with Debbie immediately put my fiancé and me both at ease. First, we had a service performed by Steve (Debbies husband) to unclog our line, flush it, scope it, and a few other services. He was friendly and explained everything he performed before and after. About a month later (insurance chaos delays), our main sewer line was dug up and replaced under in 5 hours. The crew was great and respectful of our home. We were concerned with the new radon mitigation system because it was located so close to the problem drain, but it was not effected at all. The sidewalk blocks were replaced directly after their work was complete and there was minimal disruption to the lawn.We will be calling Rocket Drain for all future issues/services.

    Had Steve from Rocket Plumbing out to clear a very stubborn dual drain clog in a 100 year old home with some very corroded cast iron pipes. He ended up needing to mill one drain stack open to relieve the clog after multiple attempts to fit a scope through the line, a process that most other plumbers can’t or won’t do - two previous ones that we had before him never even offered it as an option. Was a three hour process, but solved the issue, after which he fully scoped the line and gave us an honest assessment of any future issues and possible fixes. Took the time to get it right and solve the issue that the previous plumbers were just band-aiding. Highly recommend his services for his knowledge, experience in the business and honesty.

    As a first time homebuyer its scary when the pipes are backed up and sewage in your sinks but Rocket put my mind at ease and really helped us.     Had an emergency plumbing situation Saturday evening. First floor toilet would not drain and was not being filed with toilet paper. When 3rd floor toilets were used (and no issues) the 1st floor toilet would spit out dirty toilet water. Called rocket Saturday evening and was told it’s a main pipe clog. Not to run any water. I was very fortunate that Steve was able to come that night within 90 minutes ! Expensive fix but worth it to have my toilets and plumbing functional.I’m thankful he was available for emergency services in a Saturday night.

    We contacted Rocket on the recommendation of our Allstate agent Andrew Beaver. Found a leak in our tub drain and found two of the pipes rotted through. My wife contacted them and spoke to Debbie and within a little over an hour Steve and his son showed up at our door to check out the issue.     After several calls to various plumbers (many didnt return the call), another plumber who wasnt able to hepl with our issue recommended Rocket Plumbing. Steve answered the phone and quickly set-up a time to review our sewer line clog in an old house. After working several hours in below freezing temps, it was determined that the drain to the main needed replaced. After getting a gameplan, Steve completed the project of removing a large section of a concrete walkway and digging down to expose the drain pipe. It was a much larger project than we hoped, but were thankful that Steve stuck with it and now our drain pipe will be good to go for another 50 years.
