    I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my time and experience with American Construction. From the time we met the guys at the Philadelphia Home Show, to the time of our in home visit quote to install, the whole entire process to replace 10 windows and a new front door that seemed so stressful to plan together was made so simple by this crew!Greg our Sales agent who walked us step by step, picking and suggesting everything possible to make sure what we wanted happen. Our project manager Dave was TOP NOTCH! I cant stress how professional and eager the ENTIRE team was to make our house the perfect house we vision.Being an older home, we knew there would be challenges and the team was willing to take it on and everything resulted with amazing results.     This company did our roof 2 years ago and we had a recent wind storm where a section of the fascia came loose. To be honest I was expecting to get a run around when trying to get it fixed. But when I texted Greg, our original sales guy, he got back to me right away and had a crew to our house within 48 hours. Fixed as new, and they didnt just nail the old piece back, they actually fabricated a brand new piece of fascia and replaced it. I fell like this type of customer service deserves 5*.

    Great communication, great quality. American Construction spent a lot of time answering all of our questions about our roofing project. They scheduled us right away and cleaned up after themselves. Joe, my project manager, even found some issues that were caused by the last roofer that worked on my home and fixed them free of charge. You don’t need to look any further for roof replacement. These guys are the best! Definitely recommend and approve their work.

    My home was damaged during a storm, and American Construction recently performed repairs, including among others the full replacement of my roof. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient throughout. I really cant say enough about them -- from the owners to the installers. You can tell that they take pride in what they do. Im very happy to have worked with them, and wouldnt hesitate to do so again.

    I recently had 12 windows installed by American Construction and I couldnt happier with the experience. From start to finish, Greg and team were incredibly professional and responsive.     Excellent jobs from project mangers to installation crews to office admin assistant. Very pleased and satisfied during the whole process. They are upfront and straight talks about the pricing. The window products they provided are excellent. Minor thing to suggest: providing more choices/pricing/quality points for patio doors. Little bit disappointing on the Metal Industries patio door I have installed. They are not cheap but I have some concerns on its design and manufacturing qualities. However, American Construction has no control on this but installer could push much hard to manufacturer for quality and values or drop their products. Overall, I would highly recommend American Construction and likely will ask them again for future needs.

    Greg and his team installed Hardy Siding, new outdoor lights, and gutters on our Beach House in Beach Haven West. They were great. From start to finish the team was very detailed oriented. We communicated often while the project was going on, not only with Greg but with the team lead on site. The main project foreman was also working the project the whole time which I like. Not like some other companies where the area foreman jumps from job to job every day while sometimes not even showing up while the workers on site are just heads down and not communicating with the homeowner. The fact that I can talk with the leader and on site project owner the whole time was great for us and was so worth going with American Construction. Even when we had a couple of hiccups, which is pretty normal with every big job, they were quickly resolved without a lot of stress or drama that I’ve unfortunately had with other contractors over the years. They even offered some cool financing programs that I highly recommended and definitely used. When the project was closing out I walked the entire house a few times with the project leader and he fixed anything that I pointed out without a problem or drama. I liked they also had a magnet on wheels that they rolled over my whole property picking up any nailed that they missed. The project finished on time and on budget and were more than happy with the team. Again— highly recommended Greg and his team at American Construction.

    American Construction just finished siding my 90 yo home and remediation of asbestos tiles. Their work is beyond reproach. The quality of the work is terrific. They use the highest quality materials. The sales/project manager Greg Dobkin was incredible. He was responsive and accommodating throughout the entire project from explaining costs and getting me the best deal possible to making sure I was happy every step of the way. I highly recommend this company!!

    American Construction is a stand up organization. While doing some work on our neighbors house, part of our property was damaged. When American Construction found out about it they wasted no time in making sure that we were taken care of, to the point where theyll be my first call if and when we need work done on our own home.     I can not say enough about the professionalism, integrity and quality of work that is part of American Construction-Windows-Roofing -Siding. I purchased an older home in 2017 and the siding did not look bad but 6 years later I noticed lots of problems. My biggest problem was it was always so cold in my home. I had a few windows replaced and the attic insulated but that did not really help. When the windows were replaced I noticed significant deterioration underneath the siding and asked the contractor about it. He told me it happens and replaced the windows but did not reframe them. I thought about selling my house to avoid dealing with the problems. I had three different companies give me an estimate for the siding. The first was way too expensive. The second company Cherry Roofing and Siding in Cherry Hill, gave me a competitive quote but were unable to do the job. . I later found out that the company is having internal problems and they are not doing a great job for many of their clients. I was very fortunate that they never touched my house. I almost gave up, but then I decided to use the Better Business Bureau. I found American Construction. They have an A+ rating. They are also located in Cherry Hill. When I called I was able to talk to one of the owners Gregg. I told him about my negative experiences with the other companies and he promised me nothing but integrity. Gregg kept his promise, his team was incredible. As I said earlier my house is old and had lots of deterioration underneath the siding and because the siding was poorly installed there was also some water damage. I expected the final price to be more than the original quote, but it was well worth it. American Construction replaced all of the damaged plywood, gave me new insulation , framed the windows and put on James Hardie siding. Not only did they restore my house, they were quick and professional. They started on Monday and by Thursday the project was finished. Friday they came back and cleaned up, placing all of my personal items back in their original spots. Doing something this major on your house can be very stressful and inconvenient. . American Construction took all my stress away and I did not suffer any inconvenience at all.. I feel like I have a brand new house. I feel so much better about living here now that I know what is going on underneath the siding. I have peace and joy about my home because of American Construction.     The staff at American Construction is attentive, thorough, and comprehensive. When looking for a contractor for a new roof, I was referred to American Construction by a friend and colleague. The owner, Chris, and Project Manager, Greg arrived and walked the interior and exterior of my home, including the attic to ensure they were making the correct recommendation and most accurate pricing. They were able to schedule my new roof about two weeks later. They have excellent communication and service. Their crew was efficient, friendly, and hard-working. They were also able and willing to complete a few small minor repairs to my home because they saw that they needed to be done. I had an excellent experience with American Construction and I highly recommend them.

    We had a large project to do including a new roof, gutters, removal of vinyl and asbestos siding, install new siding, trim, fascia. After being recommended by the siding manufacturer, we met with Greg, the operations manager, to go over everything. He answered all of our questions and concerns and explained exactly what they would do (even showing us a computer image of what the house would look like). His crew was great! Arriving early and staying late, always cleaning up at the end of the day. Their workmanship so impressive. For such a large project, it was done in a timely manner. Greg answered all of our questions during the project and made us feel at ease. We definitely recommend American Construction as our home turned out beautiful!

    I can not say enough good things about this company. Greg was wonderfully informative and professional when he arrived for the estimate. My husband Tom & I were impressed with the service from the get go. Greg was very active communicating updates prior and during installation. His service alone was outstanding!As for the installation, I was very impressed! Joe, the on site supervisor, and the crew went above and beyond to respect and protect our garden. Every crew member was wonderful and very professional. After installation they cleaned as though no construction crew was there.As for the product, the new roof and gutters are amazing. The difference is outstanding! I didn’t know how important a new up-to-date roof was until we had one! The house is cooler from the updated ridge vent, the central air conditioning doesn’t have to work as hard to cool down the house.The price was better than all other estimates for the same service.I am thoroughly impressed with American Construction!     Recently hired American Construction to complete the installation of 16 Vytex windows on our home. We met with Greg Dobkin multiple times at our home to answer any questions we had and go over the product which best worked for what we were looking to do. I wouldnt even consider Greg a salesman. He spent countless hours and days devoting his time to us to make us feel like valued customers and to make us feel comfortable with our decision. He will work with your budget and provide the best quality. He made the point that we were spending a decent chunk of change to have a company come and do major work on our home, so why shouldnt we feel super comfortable in the company we choose. Well, I am more than happy that we went with America Construction. Greg built a level of trust that you don find with many companies. I trusted them with our home because I trusted him and the work he stood behind. If down the line we have additional exterior construction needs, I wont hesitate to reach out to Greg and American Construction again, because of the trust we built and the results of the work they stand by. Companies like to throw around the phrase valued customer, but the difference with these guys is that its real. 5 Stars.

    Our experience with American Construction & Roofing was excellent. We had a full roof re-shingle, ridge vent installation, bath vent installation, and fascia repair performed. The project manager, Greg, was very thorough on his initial inspection/estimate. He found multiple issues that 3 other local companies failed to recognize, and was the only one to ask for access to the attic to inspect the current state of the plywood and look for any signs of active leaks.Greg was in constant contact with us through the project and made sure that he was available for any questions we may have had throughout the entire process.The crew that performed the work were very thorough and made sure that they left the property exactly how it was when they arrived.I would recommend American Construction & Roofing for any of your roofing/siding/window needs.     Greg Dobkin signed us up and answered all of our questions beforehand. Joe Gura oversaw the installation on our new roof, and the job was completed in 2 days. Tony Agurra was in charge of the crew, all of whom took great care of our gardens and cleaned everything up so that one would never know they were even there. All of our questions were answered as construction took place , concerns explained, and the day after the roof was installed, severe storms came through our area, and everything was fine with the new roof. I highly recommend American Construction, as they are professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable, making us feel very comfortable every step of the way, and checked back to make sure that we were 100% satisfied.

    We were in the market for new siding and gutters. Upon meeting with sales rep Greg Dobkin, we were very impressed with his virtual presentation and felt very comfortable working with him. American Construction checked all the boxes for us (local, reputable, reasonable price) so we contracted with them. Once the job began, American Construction alleviated any concerns we may have had. Their approach is ‘we will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy’. And they delivered. Very professional all the way through. The owner (Chris) was on-site, along with the project team, and wanted to make sure the job was done correctly and that we were happy. From a client service perspective, American Construction was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.     Just had a new roof installed on our home and everyone from American Construction was top-notch. From our initial conversations with Greg to talks with Ryan the office manager all the way up to a 10 minute talk with Chris the owner, everyone was extremely professional and easy to get along with. They were honest and up-front with pricing and admitted that they might not be the lowest price being offered, but they proved to be the most competitive for the products they were installing. On install day, our project manager showed up at precisely the agreed upon time to go through all of the materials and supervise the project and within a matter of 6 hours the crew of 10 WORKERS had all old roofing materials taken off (including 2 old attic fans and an old stack for a woodburning stove) and all new materials put on and looking great. They really do amazing work and were happy to have peace of mind about our new roof for the next 25+ years.     Great company to do business with from start to finish. Greg, the operations manager, came out and completed a thorough review of what we needed. He answered all our concerns and what he stated they would do Ovidio, crew foreman ,and his crew fulfilled. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job with expertise. We were impressed with the quality of work performed and the cleanup. You would not have known there was a job crew on site. We had a slight issue with the wrong shingles being delivered. One phone call to Greg and the situation was immediately rectified. Greg and the owner, Steve, couldn’t have been more apologetic. We are so happy we went with American construction.

    I could not be happier with the job American Construction did on my home. They replaced a large picture window, sided the house, and did some roof repairs. Great communication from Greg and Molly! Greg really went the extra mile to help me select the window, siding and trim, and to make sure we knew about all the features of the siding. Dominic did a fabulous job installing the window. The siding looks excellent, and the roof repairs were done expertly. The crew cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.     Great group of people to deal with. I received a few other quotes on my front door and sliding glass door, as well as some of the upstairs windows. American Construction really stood out in terms of product quality and overall professionalism. They showed up early for the consultation and really wowed us with their presentation of the product line. Not to mention, they were just genuinely nice guys and really worked with us to find the best option for our home. They set us up with a payment plan that we could afford and got to work the following week. I was especially happy with the attention to detail they showed when cleaning up after the job.     I cannot say enough good things about American Construction and in particular Greg and Molly. We recently had our home vinyl sided along with a new roof, gutters, etc. Greg was more than patient in helping me pick out colors, and Molly was diligent about staying in touch and providing updates on materiel delivery and a start date.Our home looks wonderful!!! The attention to detail, like the capping around the windows, is what sets American Construction above and apart from the rest. Ours was a very big job and the owner came by twice to make sure everything was going smoothly and we were happy with the results.     After 35 years, we finally wanted to have new siding done. We also wanted to replace the windows in the main living area. After getting three different estimates, we decided to go with American Construction. The thoroughness and details of the information of the estimate were very impressive. And we were not disappointed. Although we had to wait some time for the actual job to be done because of the disruptions in supply chain due to covid, it was well worth the wait. The crews were punctual, hard-working, and gave attention to detail. All questions were answered in a timely fashion, and we had a great deal of trust in who we were dealing with.     I recently had my roof replaced by American Construction - March 2020. I worked tirelessly with Greg Dobkin and the owner since November 2019. They were the only roofing company that went above and beyond to work with my insurance company to get a claim approved - which saved me 6K! NO OTHER ROOFING company thought there was a viable claim. American Construction knows their business and as a single mother with a limited budget, this was a huge blessing. They came in and replaced the entire roof in one day and their staff was friendly and thorough. Greg, quite literally, held my hand during the entire process. They were in constant communication during the entire process and they did an amazing job. It is now May 2020 and after a good long month of April rain - I can say that the roof has not shown any signs of leaking.     Great communication from the office. Great price, and we priced 3 companies. The windows were measured and then came in quickly. Our foreman Joe really watched over everything. The installer Dominic knew what he was doing and went over and above in some areas. His helper Anthony worked well with Dominic and cleaned up everything. Our windows look great and are airtight.     So happy with American Construction! They replaced the siding, gutters, fascia and soffits at my house and it was a total transformation.     The team at American Construction Mgmt was hands down one of the best Ive ever worked with. We had new siding, 3 windows, and gutters installed. From the top (Chris) down to the techs that did the work, I have been very pleased with not only the work they did, but the kindness and concern of those I dealt with. We had a family emergency during the middle of the siding work being done. Mauricio and his team were caring and conscientious about their work and about our situation. I had to leave them every day to go to the hospital and I never felt like they would change how they worked. I was not wrong.     On short notice, American Construction came out to inspect the entire exterior siding and stone veneer of a home my husband and I were under contract to purchase. Greg was super helpful and kind, taking the time to explain and inform me of every thing he found while walking the perimeter.We discussed flashing, correct drainage and caulking, the importance of weatherproofing, and the possibility of past termite damage in rotted wood. The only other time I learned so much about a home was during inspection.The next day, Chris and Greg both called to talk over the estimate they were creating and discuss my needs for my estimate to take to the seller of the property. I plan to use them for any future projects. I can’t describe the relief I felt at working with them. The honestly deserve more than five stars.

    They offered a fair price for a fair assessment of work to be done. Unlike other quotes which were 4x more, they made me feel good about selecting them. Then when a tree fell on my roof just before the job was supposed to start, I was impressed by the ownership and leadership they had while helping me walk through the insurance process, as well as their initial response the day it occurred. The roof is finally finished and it looks amazing! The crew took a lot of care with my personal property and landscaping and were friendly, detailed and thorough.     We recently attended the home show in our area knowing that new windows for our home were on our radar. Our home was built just less than 20 years ago however, the only issue with our home was the quality and installation of the builder grade windows.There were a number of window companies at the show. All were fast to say how great and cheaper they were. From the moment we met Greg, Joe and the others from American Construction at the home show, we just knew they were different. These guys just were extremely knowledgeable on the quality and construction of windows. It was about educating us not selling us as the others were all about.Besides American Construction being a smaller company, they made us feel very comfortable with their hands-on approach; having personal contact with the people we met who would oversee the process with us and ultimately keeping our needs in mind.We had set an appointment with American Construction along with one other company. There was no comparison! I was convinced that the product we chose - triple ply windows throughout our home were superior plus the craftsmanship and most important its efficiency made these windows excel over other windows we had looked at. We were also impressed with the features like beveled window grids, metal window lifts and a better security lock system.We do know that the installation is as important as the windows you choose. I watched how they insulated and installed these windows and even replaced the wood in and around the windows to make it perfect! There were no corners cut here. The crew at our house the day of the installation were truly professional and you could see they knew their work. They were masters at their craft.The energy we are now using to heat our home has definitely been cut down substantially and the drafts that we were experiencing before are nonexistent!     I had a new roof installed several years ago. Two months ago I developed a leak in my 2nd floor office ceiling. I contacted the local roofer who installed the roof and was told it would be several weeks before someone could come out to see the problem, I was not happy with that answer.A family member suggested I contact Chris Bruner from American Construction, located in Cherry Hill. Chris was contacted immediately, I explained the issue with the water leak. Chris came out to our home in Cherry Hill that same day to inspect the problem. Chris observed the ceiling water leak in the bedroom area as well as inspecting in the attic taking pictures of the leak and damage. Within 2 days he returned with 3 members of his crew with extra roof shingles, plywood and specialized rubberized gasket material to stop any future additional leaks. The crew removed damaged shingles and wood roof sheathing which took 3 hours. While working Chris and his crew were taking pictures of what they were doing so I could see exactly the damage and subsequent repair.After repairing the affected area the roof crew inspected and caulked other questionable areas while identifying other improper workmanship.I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend Chris Bruner of American Construction of Cherry Hill. I can not praise his professionalism enough, with honesty of methods in identifying the problem area in a most rapid time frame, while making all necessary repairs to prevent future leaks in our home.Robert Lieberman

    My journey began in late Jan. on a whim......Ive been in my home for 20 years. My windows had to be 40+ years old. I called 3 different contractors. Once I read the reviews for American Construction I immediately cancelled the other 2 appts. From start to finish, the undivided attention is incomparable. I knew what I didnt want to spend and Greg (sales consultant) was kind in understanding. Also, my only option was a Saturday for installation. The job got put off 3 or 4 times due to weather. Greg stayed in touch consistently. Finally my install took place this weekend 3/3. Dominic & John could not have been more polite, courteous, and friendly. These guys showed up right on time and busted their asses all day. (9 windows) I never even heard them speaking to each other. It was just hustle, hustle!! No breaks, No lunch. Greg & Joe (foreman) showed up later in the afternoon. They hung out till job was complete. They did a walk thru with me. Any little items I may have found...they corrected. They will not leave until you are completely satisfied!! I had noticed some caulking that needed to be done, in addition I noticed my slider not working properly. Dominic stopped what he was doing and addressed that situation and corrected it. Couldnt be more pleased with my new windows or the professional & courteous service. 5 STAR HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    I cannot say enough about American Construction. Our roof was honestly not in good shape. We knew it was most likely going to need a major overhaul. We were very nervous getting estimates from different places not knowing what to expect. Then, Greg came out and gave a comprehensive, detailed, no nonsense estimate. He was the ONLY estimatator who went up in the attic. He shot straight and told us what we would need. He explained everything, soup to nuts. Despite the crazy weather Greg kept us up to date the entire time, letting us know what was going on and when. When the day of the job came the crew was courteous to us and our property. They tarped everything off, covered our stamped concrete patio to protect it, and WOW were they a well oiled machine. Joe came on board and helped keep everything on track and kept us informed through the entire day. They left our property better than they found it when the job was done. The entire team, from start to finish made what was quite frankly a very nerve wracking, worrisome project, a breeze. They made it so easy. I mean this whole heartedly when I say, you will not need to go anywhere else for your roof and gutters. Their reputation speaks for itself.     I needed a new roof. Not familiar with modern roofing systems I did what anyone else would do- I grabbed the first guy I cam across. I got a quote and decided ,let me get another quote just to be able to compare apples to apples. What I found was that the more people I called the more information I got and not all of it was equal. It wasnt until I called American Construction- which I found via facebook. Chris the owner took as much time over the phone to answer my extensive questions and were the only Contractor to go up in my attack and inspect the condition of the roof decking.I immediately saw their value and booked right away.     We are so happy with our new roof and siding done by American Construction. From start to finish, the owners, the project manager, and construction workers all did an excellent job. We were so impressed with the great customer service, workmanship, and professionalism.The project manager, Greg, came to our home, answered all of our questions, and helped us pick out colors with use of digital technology so we could visualize our options. We were able to choose exactly what we liked. The team who installed roof, siding, and trims were punctual, polite, hard working, and meticulous from the siding and roof removal to the installation and the clean-up.Our house looks brand new. Even the new insulation has made such a positive change in maintaining the temperature in our home. Much thanks to Chris and the entire team, who took such care to make sure the best possible service was provided at each step. We would highly recommend American Construction for your roofing, siding or window work. They did an outstanding job.

    Thanks to the team at American Construction our family was able to upgrade our roof to one of the highest quality roof shingle products on the market. The CertainTeed shingle is the best looking shingle out there it looks really amazing. The warranty cannot be beat. Beyond products the American Construction team spent over 3 hours with us before we made a commitment to hire inspecting the interior sheathing, truss and overall condition of the old roof. This is so important because details and time make the job go perfect with no surprises. They treat you like family and communication was the best experience I highly recommend..     Corey from American Construction & Roofing was the consummate professional from start to finish. I needed two storm doors. Corey was punctual and communicative. He provided a proposal/estimate within 24 hours of looking at the work. On the day of the job, Corey and his team of workers were on time, cordial and competent.     I called American Construction for an estimate on windows. Corey was quick to return calls and promptly arrived on the scheduled time for an estimate. Corey explained his recommendations and provided the full estimate within a day of meeting with me. His prices were in line with other estimates I received. When I was unsure about the windows themselves, he got a sample window for me to see. I am going to accept the proposal, since I was very happy with the window sample and very happy with the excellent service provided so far.
