    Great service cool people honest company. We had a partially collapsed sewer main with three years of grass weeds grown in fully blocking the sewer. The rapid flow team had the skills experience and tools to get the job done quickly and cost effectively. Iā€™ll definitely call them again for any plumbing needs that may arise in this 100 year old house! šŸ’ÆšŸ˜

    Rapid Flow team was amazing! Start with Devanni, He came in to check the sewage sump pit and got the the work done right away. He was very professional and did a great job. He Also referred me to his company for plumbing work. And Randy the plumber guy came out to replace the ejector pump. He is an Angel to me- all the stress was released from me. The Service was great from start to finish. Randy repaired the issue , and he went over everything and he made sure it all work as it should when he was done. Everything was great/ very decent price compared to 2 other company. I am so grateful that I call you guys. The manager was very professional and kind too

    We had a clogged smelly drain in our trash room and Rapid Flow came and snaked it and got it all cleaned out in no time. I thought it was going to be a major headache, I called on a Friday and they were able to see me same day! I was thrilled. The tech was very polite and Iā€™ll definitely use them again.

    Jason was terrific. He explained everything he was doing: using the video system, he pointed out the different sections of pipe as he cleaned out the roots -- you could see where they got in -- between the joints of the old clay pipe sections.Now were waiting to hear about installing a liner to fix the problem permanently.It was not cheap -- probably about average for emergency drain clean-out service -- but he came promptly, and I believe it was a good value. He was courteous and professional, highly recommended.

    We use rapid flow every time. As we are a plumbing company and donā€™t try to clear drains anymore. When I have a client that brings in other drain cleaners that donā€™t cut it they let me make the call. A call or text to Tommy and an expert is on the way. When you call these pros The person that cleans your tub drain isnā€™t the person that jets your main. A shout out to Jason who goā€™s on the ā€œspecialā€ calls. Arive diagnoses and handles it. Heā€™s found out developed plans and relayed to the client what we have to do and gets it done in an impressive amount of time. All with a smile I am a master plumber that bows to these mechanics!! Keep up the impressive work!

    Raymond came to my apartment today to snake my kitchen drain. WOW! Yesterday I had the MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with someone who works for a different company. I was literally shaking, afraid & preparing for the same person to come back. Thankfully, RAPID FLOW SENT RAYMOND. Immediately I stopped shaking. Raymond assured me that this was no big deal and no big job, so dont worry about anything. He wont flood my rooms, or splash sludge all over everything like the last guy did, yesterday. I did what was asked of me. Clean off the area. And he did thr rest, amazingly in 5 minutes, everything was DONE, CLEAN, and that man couldnt have been more respectful and kind to me. I am beyond grateful and impressed at how easily and quickly he get everything done. But most of all, how comfortable and calming he was and made me feel, and know, that everything is okay, after that horrible guy 2 days in a row. Excellent, exceptional above and beyond service!!     Great service. Called at 7:30 in the morning and the tech was onsite within two hours. Jason was professional, friendly and explained everything he was doing as he did it. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again should the need arise .

    We called Rapid Flow on a few occasions over the past year for a unique and recurring issue regarding a lot of footage (over 170) of underground piping that became damaged. Jason came to the house and took the time to not only fix the immediate issue but properly diagnosed the root cause. He went above and beyond (even on the weekend) to make sure his work was thorough and his recommendation was solid. He coordinated with Ritchie and his team to completely remedy the issue. Jason, Ritchie and the team are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, transparent, and easy to work with. They kept me informed along the way and did great work. The price is very fair for quality work, and I trust their recommendations! Thanks guys

    Unbelievable service. I had a clog in my tub drain and within an hour of calling, my drain was clear and Jason was already on his way. On a Sunday. On a Sunday!!     The reviews here donā€™t lie. After I read the positive reviews I decided to give Rapid Flow a call. The operator was really pleasant and professional. She got the technician to call me back in less than 10 min. The technician Jason came to my house within 30 min from when I spoke with him. The night before I spent an hour trying to unclog the bathtub with a plunger šŸŖ  and the drain clog snake. The snake could not go very far down the drain something was blocking it. Jason told me there is a trick and you have to have the right tools as well. He was able to pull a huge amount of hair out and solved the issue in no tine. I am happy I called them. Jason did a great job. Thank you Jason!

    Mark and team legit saved my condo. They came in and uncovered the true source of smell and where drain flies were coming from. Due to this we found out that there was a plumbing line issue. This saved us a ton of money from a competitor that was pitching us an expense fix that would not even have solved the underlying issue at hand. Cant recommend these guys enough.
