    Tyler was right on time and did a great job recommending how to handle scheduling service for our 2,500 tight tank. He made sure the yard looked the same as it did before he opened the tank. He was courteous, neat and quick - great guy!

    I recently used Helgersons for some septic work, and they were fantastic. Tyler was especially awesome – super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood what was going on. I felt really confident in the work thanks to Tyler’s attention to detail.Overall, Helgersons really impressed me.     Recently had my septic pumped by Helgerson’s. The office was very friendly and booked me an appointment within a week. Tyler pumped my tank and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure to walk me thru what he had done. I will definitely use Helgerson’s again.

    I recommend Helgersons! They did a great job putting in our septic system 9 years ago.I recently had them come to empty the septic and they were problems with the lid. Tyler did everything he could think of to fix the problem. He went far and beyond and kept his sense of humor the whole time. Plus he fixed the problem. Thank you Tyler!!

    I had a relatively small job at my home. I contacted Helgersons and Dave came out the next day to look at what I needed and provide advice on how they could help me. He provided thoughtful solutions that met my needs and I appreciated that even though the job was small by his standards that he understood its importance to me.The crew that came to perform the work a week later was excellent. They were friendly, listened to my requests about how the work should be done, asked my opinion on what they were doing (ex: would I like them to save a particular bush) and did a great job.I highly recommend them.

    Couldn’t be happier with their customer service. Long story short we had a backup in our house. I called 5 other companies (One of them we have been a customer with for over ten years, no call back) and Helgerson’s was the first to call back and showed up within an hour of calling them. This was an emergency call and I paid extra (which is fine and totally understandable and a fair rate in my eyes for an emergency call) their technician Josh that came out was great. The main drain for our septic system was clogged. He was very professional and helpful. Keep in mind this work was done on a Saturday night in the rain as well. Helgerson’s just gained a new customer. Looking forward to being a customer of theirs for future work. Highly recommend them.

    Called Helgerson Excavation to have septic tank pumped. Job was scheduled for 10/23/23. The truck arrived that morning on time, and the operator swiftly attached the hoses and began pumping the tank. John was very personable and explained therequirements to properly maintain the system. He also checked the baffle in tank. Very professional, well done.

    I called Helgerson’s on Monday for a sag in our main sewer line and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Jeremy and Josh did an excellent job replacing the pipe and putting our yard back to how it was before they started. They were courteous, professional, and worked well as a team.     My house was in the process of being sold, and I was under an extremely tight deadline to replace the septic system due to fact that the buyers would lose their financing, and the sale would fall through. I wont list all the complexities of the job, but there were several challenges, time being the most crucial. The extra effort that was put in to complete the job on time was amazing to say the least.     This company is fantastic. We hired them to do a grease trap cleaning and they were awesome. They took my call right away, got me lined up for the next day, called me when they needed to bring in some extra gear, and helped get the issue fixed right away. I would HIGHLY recommend them.     I want to say that we have been using Helgersons for many years, and recently found ourselves in need of a Title 5 inspection and routine clean out of our septic system. This is a wonderful company, and every, and I mean EVERY, person we have dealt with has been professional, polite, and more than accommodating. From the owner to the new employee driving the clean out truck, they are always great to work with. They were here yesterday to do this work, and you cant tell by my lawn that they were even here!     The whole experience with helgerson was great ! The woman I spoke to on the phone to set up my appointment was wonderful. She went over all the pricing and explained everything in detail . This was my first time getting the septic pumped since buying my dads house . The driver was here early and so nice.
