    Brian was awesome! He got our old tank drained and removed from our home. He spent over 2 hours helping us. Eli was very polite, he got the water heater hooked up quickly and cleaned up any trash laying around. We had a good conversation with him while he worked.     Eli and Joe did an outstanding job in replacing my hot water heater (gas). They were timely, professional and highly knowledgeable about task at hand. They kept me informed throughout the process and walked me through the inner workings of the tank and recommendations for annual maintenance. The cherry on top was that they also provided a carbon monoxide alarm as an added protection. Highly recommended!

    Bought a water heater through HD and used their install services which happened to be Brick Street Plumbing. Mary was the person on the phone. She was awesome and even offered same day install, but I chose the next day. Tyler was the tech assigned. He was awesome. 100% perfect installation, on time and explained everything when he was finished. I would highly recommend Tyler and Brick street through HD. Before I went with HD installation, I called the local plumber who told me it would be a week before they could come out and give me an estimate, I called Lowe’s, who quoted me $3000 more than I paid HD.

Mr.Bobby and Ms.Cristy at customers point contact were very professionalism, and the Tech Mr.Mark stayed in late and cleaned all surrounding, his work was very professional with highly satisfaction and qualifications.

    Very happy with our new Daikin split units from Brick Street. We had several companies come in for quotes to update our HVAC and Darrin Viands of Brick Street was quick to respond and also to bring solutions to problems that other companies identified as unfixable or cost prohibitive. He clearly has years of expertise and helped us feel comfortable with what is a substantial investment. There was no fast talk or used car salesperson lingo! We had not heard of Daikin before this but with a little research we were able to compare and confirm reliability and performance of these to other brands. We were able to get the units installed quickly and the polite and experienced crew led by Marlin left nothing behind but beautifully chilled air.

    On my birthday, my water heater stopped working. Happy Birthday to me! It wasn’t fun. I have a home warranty through AHS. Although I am not very happy with AHS and their policies, at least they assigned my job to Brick Street Plumbing. Brick Street reached out to me the next day to schedule someone to diagnose the issue. They were honest to point out that they might not be able to fix the issue that day, and that they would not have a hot water heater on hand for replacement that day. I appreciated the honesty, and already knew that AHS requires some hoop jumping before things get fixed, so that was no problem. I was initially scheduled for four days later, but the nice lady I spoke with was able to get me in two days sooner. (I apologize that I forget the name of the person who scheduled me.)John came out to diagnose the issue. He arrived within the assigned four-hour time window and was kind enough to give me a 20-30 minute notice call that he was on his way. He was polite and professional, wore booties to protect my floor, and determined that my water heater needed to be replaced. I had confidence in his expertise. He took pictures of the model number to make sure the replacement unit would be comparable, and he scouted out how best to get a replacement in (and the old unit out) so they would be prepared.The next day, I received a notice from the home warranty company of the non-covered charges that would be associated with the claim. If you have ever dealt with a home warranty company, you know that often these charges seem like what you would be paying without a home warranty. But on the bright side, the quick response meant that Brick Street had quickly provided AHS what was needed to keep my claim moving. Kristy from Brick Street called me up to discuss the charges and to see if I had any questions. She was very helpful and let me know the available dates and times. Even though it was nearly 4pm, she was able to get me on the schedule for the next day, which saved me from cold showers through the weekend.Dakota was assigned to replace the water heater. I received a call from the office that he could arrive early if I was available, which was great news, and he still gave me a call when he was 20-25 minutes away. When he arrived, he did a walk-through of the area, and he was very conscientious about protecting carpets, walls, and surfaces. I was particularly grateful for this because it was rainy outside, and even though my outdoor steps to the basement were pretty mucky, he kept my carpet and floors perfectly clean.Dakota was professional and friendly, and he didn’t mind all of my questions about the replacement. I was impressed that he took his time to make sure everything was done well. He made sure that I understood how the unit worked and even reminded me to register the unit for the warranty.I have had a number of bad experiences with previous AHS contractors. One place didn’t submit my claim for more than a week, then ordered the wrong part…twice! Another place took almost two months to repair my washing machine because they kept misdiagnosing the issue. Brick Street Plumbing is not like that.Brick Street Plumbing exceeded all of my expectations. I would absolutely reach out to them again for my plumbing needs. Their office staff is nice, their plumbers are knowledgeable, and they get the job done quickly. I highly recommend them!

    My 5 years old Rheem Performance Plus water heater started leaking. The heater still was on manufacturer warranty. I went to the Home Depot to find out how to replace it. Home Depot connected me with the Brick Street Plumbing. The company contacted me right away and setup an appointment to swap my leaking water heater with a new one. Next day my water heater was replaced. I did not have to do anything myself.The job was done professionally and with care. Thanks a lot to Cristy, Joe and Tyler.

    I wanted to share my experience with having my water heater replaced today. The technician name was Ely and he was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable as it relates to the entire system of water heaters. His expertise was demonstrated as he explained the installation process, the type of water heater and the safety features therein. Elys professionalism has become rare these days and I truly appreciated his expertise, his knowledge, and his friendly demeanor which definitely represented Brick Street Plumbing very well.

    Writing a review for my home’s water heater work done today (06 September 2023.) The technician that came is Eli, and he is a truly great person to work with. My water heater is up and running in tip top shape, and he cleared his entire work area as if nothing happened.Overall, I had a great experience with this company.Background: I was referred to Brick Street by my HSA Home Warranty. They initially checked out what was wrong with my heater, then proceeded to report to HSA about their findings. The whole process of getting the costs took about 3 days in total, starting from when I made the inquiry up to the costs that I will pay out of pocket.Given that this is my first major home repair, I wanted to check out other companies and see if their pricing would be as competitive or is more expensive than Brick Street. After having people come over, their costs were about quadruple the amount of what Brick Street costs (which is I think can be attributed to the HSA home warranty’s contribution.)I recommend this company and HSA for any repairs that you may need. They are upfront with their pricing, and are willing to offer some discounts if you inquire about it. They will also work with you and help you out in every step of the way.More power!

    I highly recommend Brick Street Plumbing. They worked with me from the time of the Hot Water Heater purchase through installation. I dealt with Cristy (Office) and Tyler R. (installer). They were great representatives for the company. (see below)Cristy stayed in touch during the paperwork and expedited the verification of purchase so I could use a coupon that was about to expire, on the water heater. Cristy was very professional, and friendly. The installation took place within the time quoted.Tyler R. performed the installation and was professional, knowledgeable and personable. After the install was complete, he explained everything I needed to know about the water heaters maintenance and warranty coverage. He made sure everything was brought up to code. The site was left cleaner than when he came.

    Eli came out to install a new water heater for my family and I, he was friendly and informative and had the whole process wrapped up in 2 hours. He even came out earlier in the day then what was quoted, and when we thanked him for his work he said he was just happy he could get hot water back for us. Everyone from the receptionist to the technician was extremely friendly and helpful. It was such a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend!

    I had Brick Street Plumbing replace my HVAC system. The installation went quite smoothly and Im happy with the result.Their sales staff offered me a particularly good price for the equipment they ultimately installed. (but the salesperson was pretty pushy.)They did not apply for any energy usage audits with my power company and did not offer any rebates as a result. Thats my only real complaint.There was one small issue with the fuses they initially installed but Brick Street made it right about a week later and its been running great ever since.

    Updated review: Tried another claim with ahs. Assigned BSP. Heart sank. But happily they sent someone knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue immediately and submitted.I was worried about uncovered charges, but in the end AHS approved all but about 60.00Still unconvinced I awaited nervously on install day.Tylerr showed up on time, was super nice. Pulled old and reinstalled new in perfect timing.Tylerr took the time to fully explain all modifications and the new water heater, What to expect as far as how long before hot water, and he verified everything from a return of water pressure to no leaks. He also went over all warranty information (both on the equipment as well as his new plumbing work).While it may be situational, if I got someone like Tylerr every time I would engage Brick Street with no qualms!

    I have American Home Shield and they scheduled my plumbing issue with Brick Street Plumbing. Now I looked at their reviews and instantly cancelled the service. Months later tried to do the same thing and they were scheduled again. I called AHS only to find out they were the only company available. While BSP has consistently bad reviews, within 20 mins of scheduling the service through AHS they called and scheduled the appointment. My window was from 8-12pm, the plumber called at 7:56am and arrived at 8:40am. He was prompt, professional, and did great work. I’d definitely use BSP again as the service I received was remarkable.

    Thomas was professional, polite, and cleaned up after the job. He was able to complete the repairs for less than the original estimate. AHS wasnt very helpful since most of the repairs were not covered, but Brick Street was great to deal with.

    I had my doubts after seeing the wall of negative reviews but the service tech (Rodney) showed up within a half hour of the notification on the day specified. He came in the first hour of the arranged window as well.Diagnosed and repaired the kitchen faucet leak and replaced it with a stainless unit that was a massive upgrade from the 20 year old original Delta.No problems, maybe I just got lucky?EDIT: They came out again for a warranty replacement of our hot water heater 10 months after this initial repair.The tech, Mark, was on time, professional, and completed the task quickly.I have had two good experiences with them so far.

    We have had service from Brick Street twice in the last 10 months. First time for two toilet fixes and today for garbage disposal fix. Both times I received a call back within 24 hours and the service people arrived on time. Our home warranty uses Brick Street and we have been very happy with the service and response times. Jody in the office is very helpful and both service men were nice and professional. I also received a call and text to let me know the service person was on their way.

    I purchased a water heater from Home Depot and Brickstreet Plumbing was the company contracted to do the install. Crista worked with us to schedule the service and the payment process, which all went smoothly. Very helpful, flexible and communicative. Jacob was our installer and he was upfront and professional. Not sure about the other reviews but I had no issues whatsoever.

    THIS FOR KENNYAs to my stupidity the shower panel is cracked just enough around the handle that water as able to seep through dripping on to dry wall underneath but Kenny was a life saver and showed me what was wrong he caulked both sides of the rail and then even tightened up the drain. Thank you so much brother!! 5 stars 100%!!!! I feel like other customers are just karens and Kyles basically becuase you knew exactly what the issue was. Thanks again Kenny!!

    My water heater went out, and we called AHS. They sent out a local plumber (not Brick Street), and they wanted an extra $1100 to install our water heater to bring up to code. I decided to call Home Depot, and they sent Brick Srreet Plumbing from WV to Maryland. Cristy from Brick Street was assigned to my case. She was very knowledgeable, very friendly and polite. We chatted through text, and I sent pictures of my water heater. I told Cristy what water heater I wanted, Cristy provided a quote on text within minutes. Cristy sent a contract from Home Depot via email, and I paid my deposit. Cristy from Brick Street Pumbing sent a very polite young man named Tyler to repair our water heater. Tyler with Brick Street Plumbing did an amazing job repairing our water heater. Tyler was polite, knowledgeable, and didnt mind me asking questions while he was working on my water heater. Tyler is a great young man. The whole process with Brick Street and Home Depot was FAST, FRIENDLY, and PROFESSIONAL. MY PLUMBER with AHS was terrible and wanted to overcharge me. I used Home Depot, and Brick Street did an amazing job overall. The entire process was stress free and charged a good price with quality work. Sounds like AHS is the problem. AHS was more difficult to work with than Home Depot or Brick Street. Brick Street was great, and I will use them again. Thank you, Cristy and Tyler, for your fabulous service and quality work!

    Right before Christmas we found ourselves with no water and in a literal nightmare. We called our home warranty company who arranged a service with Brick Street Plumbing. Kenny arrived to our home on literally the coldest day of the year to date but without hesitation he promptly started diagnosing our issue and discovered it was our well pump. He was right on getting it fixed too. He called the insurance for approval, headed out to get the materials and equipment needed, and though he later got help from another great tech, Tyler, he about pulled that thing out by himself. I asked a ton of questions and he was so informative. Several hours later we have a new pump and we have not had a problem since. I would recommend this company especially for a well pump but particularly I want to give high praise to Kenny and Tyler. Thank you so much for everything :)

    Updating this review based on a new experience; I wont delete the original review (you can read it below).After our first awful experience with Brickstreet, when we started having new problems with out water heater we asked our warranty company to assign us to a different company. After a lot of back and forth the warranty company refused and we were stuck with Brickstreet or canceling our ticket. I had a feeling we needed the water heater replaced (and I was right) so we had no choice but to go with Brickstreet so we didnt pay out of pocket.The second time around, we learned they just came under new front office management and the technician we had this time around was fantastic. We had the water heater replaced in a week and they were very responsive to phone calls.-------------------------------------------------Original review:We have not had hot water in our house in 10 days....in the middle of December. Scheduling of our initial appointment, and the initial appointment itself were relatively fast (it took 3 days to get an appointment). The first tech that came out was friendly and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He needed to order a part to replace (the thermal coupler) and said hopefully it would only take a couple of days. That was Tuesday...it is now the following Monday. We have called twice to follow up and get a status report. Both time the customer service specialist said they would pass along our message to the techs and they would reach out to us. We never heard back from the first time, and the second time was this morning. We havent heard anything yet.If you have small children or any other circumstance that absolutely requires hot water in your house, I would recommend finding someone who can guarantee to have the problem solved faster than 2 weeks. If this company wasnt assigned our claim through our home warranty I would have found another service provider already.I will update this as our problem gets resolved.Update: we have called 2 more times and sent an email - still no response.Final update: After 14 days without hot water we called a different contractor to come fix the problem. He ordered the part we needed on Thursday, and had the heater fixed on Friday. TWO DAYS, and this company let us go 2 weeks without hot water. Our calls and emails STILL have not been answered. Please, for the sake of your sanity, find a different company to use.

    After reading the previous reviews withis company i was skeptical going through AHS and home warranty.Our technician Josh arrived a bit late but was apologetic and ready to solve our garbage disposal problem.He immediately figured out the issue, replaced the garbage disposal and even gave us a few lessons and maintenance tips. Plumbing and electrical are not my specialty so it was good to see someone that knew what they were doing.I will recommend Josh and the company to others and will use them again when needed!

    I too used AHS to schedule service. While I found their scheduling a bit unorthodox, it was still fast and highly effective. I put my service request in on Monday. It was confirmed via text on Tuesday and scheduled. Greg and Jordan arrived mid-morning on Wednesday right on time. They quickly identified my problem and fixed two leakey toilets within 45 minutes. My wife and I were extremely pleased! I highly recommend!

    I had a plumbing issue in the basement in December, called several plumbers and all of them quoted astronomical charges, but the Brick street plumbing responded very quickly, fair price and very professional. Their technicians are very courteous and well trained. I can recommend this company with confident. Dont hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs.

    Frank came he was kind and friendly. He arrived promptly, I got a text an hour before saying en route and a phone call when he was 20 mins out. He identified the issue with the disposal quickly and replaced it within a half hour. I had kids getting ready for school and appreciated him getting everything done quickly while chatting with us as we got ready.I will say we called and they couldn’t come for a few days. Which wasn’t an issue considering it was a garbage disposal and not an emergency. It was through our home warranty so I can’t comment on price or value.Overall I’d recommend him.

    We had just moved into our new house and the AC wasnt working.. had to put in a claim with the home warranty and once they got in touch with us, Chris, gave us multiple ideas if what the problem may be, it was an extremely easy fix and he was able to save us putting in the claim. He gave us additional information on our oil heat system which we have never had any experience with before. Chris is awesom and very helpful. He saved the day!

    I had some trouble getting things scheduled at first because I was arranging the repair through American Home Shield instead of just paying cash out of pocket. But the installation of the hot water heater went well and they went out of their way to find another tall 50 gallon hot water heater to replace my old one with one that would fit in the available space.

    Frank came to our home to fix a problem with a leaking pipe. He figured out the problem very fast and was very responsive and knowlegeble. He was the second person coming from this company to check the issue and I can say only positive things about him.The only thing I can compalin was that we were waiting a bit longer to get our appointment with Brick Street plumbing and someone to come and check the poblem( Im talking about the first time we got to them through our HW).

    Brickstreet plumbing is by far a superior plumbing company. One if their techs, Timm, came out to our house to assess a leak we had and he was able to locate the source and cause of the leak within minutes. After a short trip to home depot to acquire parts he needed for the job, he got to work. He worked with such passion and perserverence you could tell he was born to be a plumber. He also was very personable and when we spoke, i felt like i was talking to someone i had known for years.     You will not find a better company. Darren is the NICEST KNOWLEDGABLE sales person. The install team was GREAT! They tore my old system out and put a new one in. It was very hot weather and they were working in the attic. They didnt complain once. The system they installed is Stellar and has a great warranty. These guys are the BEST!!!
