My water heater was not working. I have a Home Warranty and they contacted Hockensons. They were out the next day to fix my water heater. Rhonda was amazing helping me get all the paperwork completed and staying in contact so we could get my hot water working before the weekend. Thanks for all the help!

I knew nothing about this process and they were helpful from start to finish by answering questions, doing the work and following up afterward. Rick is hands on and in the thick of it from start to finish. Ronda was so helpful on the phone and was so thorough with the paperwork. I recommend them 100% for all of your plumbing needs.

Have had them out a few times. From faucet replacement to water quality concerns. Always direct and honest when giving advice on how to solve problems. Hes done basic work and more extensive work. Every time the final bills come they are cheaper than quoted. Very professional work and great prices. Highly recommend
