After a referral from a friend, I called Pro MRI to see about removing and replacing my totally-broken garage floor, replacing the walkway from the garage back door, and pouring seven 4’ piers for my new deck. Tim was great to work with and even managed to squeeze me into their schedule within a week so my deck project could stay on schedule. I was home when they did the work, and I was so impressed - he has a great crew who obviously like working together and worked hard and fast to make sure everything was done exactly right. They also hand-cut a design into the walk that looks beautiful. They left the site clean and came back to cut the expansion joints. I heartily recommend them to anyone who needs concrete work! PRO MRI Contracting. Around a week ago, I called the owner (Tim) on the phone for an estimate to dig up the grass/dirt next to my driveway and to lay down gravel for an extra parking spot at my house. On the phone, I was given a very detailed plan for the job and reasonable rate and they started working yesterday. The employees worked extremely hard and finished up their work today! They even fixed some driveway sections too! I really enjoyed how the owner Tim kept me in the loop over the phone while I was at work and treated you as a real person compared to just another concrete job. If you’re looking for a fantastic concrete contractor who does remarkable work, is very punctual, reasonable, and is a great communicator...look no further! PRO MRI Contracting gets a 11/10 from me!! Tim and his team was very professional! I found Pro MRI on a Google search to give a local company at my residence in Geauga County a chance on my concrete flat work. I deal with many contractors in my career. His work ethic will get his young company far in life with how much he cares and follows through with his details to my requests. We needed additional space on the side of our driveway. Tim quoted us a fare price. He and his crew were on time and preformed the job in a very professional manner. A piece of concrete broke while doing the excavation. Tim not only replaced that piece but made it look better than original. He and his crew worked well together and I would definitely use them again.

Had a good time working with Tim. The patio was a success. 11 x 20 upper pad and a 7 x 7 lower pad for the grill and smoker. My uploaded picture doesnt show the edge finish work using timbers but that turned out great with the timbers set perfectly level with the slabs.
