Carlos Gonzalez, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and great to work with. His professionalism, workmanship and personal care exceeded our expectations. Gabriel and Jesse were on time, courteous, and wasted no time getting the parts I needed to address the problem in my fuse box that disabled my computer, router and printer. I had even lost the use of my stove. There were further complications. Carlos has diagnosed and isolated the chief problem and is searching for the appropriate parts to resolve the electrical problem. And meanwhile I can use my stove! Hooray! Praise the Lord.

Carlos came out to check on why Im having power fluctuations after the massive windstorm and gave me options on how to best resolve the issue. The man knows his stuff, he came professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Will definitely be calling him for any future electrical needs.Update: Carlos has been great over the whole weekend without power, communicative every step of the way, gave me the step by step process of how everything is going to go, sent out his guys to rewire the electrical box behind the meter, those guys were professional as well, got right to work, got it done without any mishaps, now we wait for things out of our control, i.e. Inspector and El Paso Electric.

Carlos and his team did a great job for a great price on my hot tub wiring. He communicated well, was flexible with doing a video estimate due to COVID, and got everything done quickly. Definitely would hire again!

Carlos was very professional from setting up the appointment to getting to the place on time. Carlos and his co-worker were quick to assess the situation and proceeded to fix my electrical wiring situation. All light fixtures were up and running and he even switched out some old outlets and switches for new ones. Very informative and knowledgeable in all aspects and will be reaching out for any other electrical services!

Do yourself a favor! These guys are the only electricians in the El Paso/ chaparral and surrounding area that are wanting to work! I was only planning on taking care of a small problem. After seeing there work, I trusted them to do all of my house and to service a family members house! The owner is a fun guy to deal with and the prices were reasonable.

I would highly recommend B&A Electrical. Carlos and his partner were very friendly and helpful. They helped me convert a 3 prong outlet to a 4 prong outlet, then were nice enough to help me with 2 light fixtures.

I am very happy with the amazing service I received from B & A! Carlos was very communicative prior to and during the appointment, as well as on time and very fast. The work they performed was very reasonably priced (replacing and installing 5 LED panels that are ceiling lights in my home, replacing the broken chain on a ceiling fan, and replacing the broken part of a light switch in my bathroom). Him and the other repairman who did the work in my home were very respectful and efficient and I will definitely reach out to them about all of my future electrical needs.
