Great service and people who knows what they are doing. Had the pipe under the kitchen sink fix as it was leaking. They cut the old pipe and replace with PVC pipe and replace the p trap. Had shutting valves replace as well and also replace and old hose bib outside(which it was old). I believe price was good as they spent hours fixing the kitchen pipe! Definitely recommending them!!! Overall I am very happy and not worry about that pipe messing up on me in the future.

Im Mrs Matthews I called Mr plumber to do a gas pressure test on my gas line. Mr Rick and plumbing crew they were really professional and I know their ratings can only be a 1 to 5 but they are so good at being so respectful toward me I give them a 10 because 5 is not enough. thank you for all the work you have done for me and I would refer you all my family and friends thank you once again Mrs Matthews and may God bless each and every one of you all that had a hand in this service thank you

Mr. Plumber and their team helped me get a gas permit for a property that needed an inspection in order for the city to approve it. They were very efficient and on time. The price was comparable to other companies, but their professionalism and willing to accommodate a date that worked for both of us really made the difference. I have recommended them to others and they have always get excellent service.

It all started with the shower not draining and then the toilets not flushing. Come to find out the pipe under the house had a crack and was allowing dirt to fill into the pipe. This happened just one day after bringing my mother home from the hospital. Perfect timing right? Before they left on the first call they made it possible to use the toilets without any issues. Showers had to be 5 minutes or less, but that was ok. When it came to the price they worked with us and were able to keep it within our budget. I cant thank them enough for that. Once everything was all done and we were able to take a nice long hot shower it became clear that Plumbers are the real heroes. Thank you again!!!

This is my first time calling a professional plumber. I was quoted a price that included 4 hours worth of labor. The plumber finished a little more than an hour. I was charged the full quote price.I understand that there may be some overhead for the company. However, I was left feeling slighted based on the quote and the actual time the job took.I dont know if its standard practice or not.Maybe it would be better to get a quote for the project and not an hourly rate.-----Side note: There was an issue with debris going into the house and clogging a line to the toilet. They came right back and fixed that without an issue.The job was to replace a ball valve. Cost was $497.50

The crew at Mr. Plumber is great. I had a sewer line back up in my house that flood the first floor that forced a Bathroom remodel. Mr. Plumber installed a new shower pan and tub drain, they also moved my water lines for my vanity helping me to transform my outdated bathroom into a luxurious master bath. In addition Mr. Plumber repaired the pipes under the house that caused the water back-up. The entire staff at Mr. Plumber made me fill as if my project was top priority.
