Amazing customer service! I was having electrical issues - and on the weekend nonetheless. They immediately jumped to action. First recommending that I call CenterPoint as it might not need servicing from an electrician due to the nature of the issue. When I arrived home it was still not working so I called Attic back and asked that they come out. In the meantime CenterPoint had sent a second technician and that tech fixed the problem. I called Attic back and let them know I did not need anyone to come out but I would pay their initial fee as they had already deployed someone to my home. They refused my offer and said they were just glad it got fixed! Wow!!! That’s what great customer service looks like and should I have any future issues I will definitely call Attic.

We had an electrical emergency with half the power going out in our home. Attic electric responded the same day and did not leave until the problem was fixed.the price was fair and he also gave a lifetime warranty on all labor. We would recommend to family and neighbors.

I attempted to wire a smart switch myself and burned up two of them. He came in and hooked it up perfectly the first time. Also there was a broken screw in the wall mount and he got that out too. Forty minutes....... no more problems.

Charles is a miracle worker! My wiring was all messed up in my kitchen, and even though it was a lot to figure out the circuitry to make it work, he was patient and willing to help! Extremely professional and respectful and tool time during his lunch to help out. Was able to fully install my two smart switches despite the previous homes builder/electricians poor work. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
