    Was very impressed with CDC Pools business practices, work crews, quality of work, timeliness and finished product. I obtained three similar quotes and decided to go with CDC in part due to their showroom which was a great help in choosing tiles, pool surface color and cool deck color. All of their crews were efficient, friendly, and on time following emailed and texted advance notice. The foreman stopped by on multiple occasions and promptly responded to any questions I had. Invoicing was immediate upon completion of each item and the electronic payment process was very easy and per contract terms. The quality of work was fantastic and it was clear that all crews took pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier and I’m not particularly easy to please. I would highly recommend this firm.

    We loved our experience with CDC. Lee was our sales person. He took a lot of time to go over options with us and help us get exactly what we wanted on our pool update, replacing equipment, the pebble tech, tile line, and adding a heater and water features. They were pretty close to the scheduled completion date. We heard stories from friends with other companies that had huge delays, very happy that wasnt the situation with CDC. Would recommend! After making the call to CDC pools, Cassie was quick to respond to set up an appointment and provide information about the company and our options for our pool makeover.     We had several bids for the resurfacing of our pool, but ended up hiring CDC, in part because of the warranty they offered, but also because Jerry (the salesman) was quick to respond and answer questions. He even sent us pics of tile via email because we told him with two small kids that driving across the valley was the last thing we wanted to do. We were leery about the work taking months (happening currently to a neighbor) but Jerry assured us that barring any unforeseen weather or circumstances 4 weeks would be tops. The team that worked on our pool was quick, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves daily. The pool was done in 3 weeks and is now ready for use - well as soon as it warms up. My only feedback for CDC (and I had told Jerry this) is that the contract language is a bit contradictory with the payment terms regarding them wanting full payment prior to completion, but then stating a customer can hold back funds if punch list items arent complete. There were no issues on our end and no need to hold any funds, but I did make a note in our contract that we would in fact hold 10% back until final completion. Jerry was fine with this and noted my concerns. I would recommend them again.

    Spirit in the Desert Retreat Center recently used CDC Pools to renovate our pool and spa. From the first meeting until the final bit of work was complete, CDC was great to work with . They communicated with us each step of the way and, when there were unforeseen issues, they gave us options.I would highly recommend CDC Pools to anyone who needs to remodel or resurface their pool or spa.

    An old leaking plaster pool prompted the need for resurfacing. CDC was recommended to me by my pool maintenance company. They were extremely prompt and kept me well informed throughout the process. From initial estimate through pool completion, it was only a month (and this was during the holiday season)! When a few unexpected issues came up, they were quick to respond and trouble shoot. I was very impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work and will refer friends and family to them in the future.

    I had the pool resurfaced and a heat pump installed. I love all of it and the quality of the work makes me confident it will last a long, long time. Cassie was great in helping me figure out what I wanted. It was all planned out well and done on time. Danny was the super on the job and went above and beyond every step of the way. If you want to learn how to take care of a pool, he is your guy. I highly recommend.

    After having our pool for 27 years we decided to remodel. Jerry provide the estimate. He listened to everything that we wanted, which he included in the estimate. Then helped pick out our materials. The job superintendent, Sergio was always available to answer our questions, and we had a lot of questions. All the crews were efficient and polite. Everyone at the showroom was very helpful. WE LOVE OUR NEW POOL! After having every project weve ever had done turn into a disaster it was nice to work with a company that completed the project right the first time.

    CDC Pools just completed our remodel and we are thrilled with the outcome!Cassie Selle was our initial contact. She was very accommodating, as well as friendly and knowledgeable. Sergio Leyva was the Superintendent and directed the entire project. The work crews were always punctual and very polite! Both Cassie and Sergio were quick with responding to our many questions throughout the process and the crews are true professionals.To no fault of theirs, we had to delay progress while other work was being done. They understood, did not rush us, and worked around our schedule.We did our research and so glad we chose CDC. There are many pool companies out there, but CDC truly cares. The final product is superior to others Ive seen and the workmanship is impeccable.We could not be happier and highly recommend CDC Pools for your pool remodel needs.

    In May 2024, after receiving multiple competitive bids, I contracted with CDC Pools to do a complete renovation of my pool and water feature. Jerry Herzog was my initial contact and was supportive and available throughout the process. He proposed a 4-6 week window from demolition to completion. He met me at CDCs home office and assisted me in choosing the right colors, textures, tiles, and other features for the renovation. Jerrod Beck was the project supervisor and he worked in concert with multiple on site teams, as well as Toni, Emiliano, and Revy from CDCs business location. CDC Pools completed the project in four weeks and did a fabulous job. I couldnt be more pleased.

    What a great experience with CDC! A big shout out to Tim who went above and beyond to listen to our needs and to provide some great suggestions. Tim took the time to listen to us and to help up decide what look we were going for. He was patient in going through the many choices of all their products. He even took the time to take us to a residence to show us an example of a finished product (much easier to visualize than looking at a small sample). He was amazing to work with……he even took off his shoes, rolled up his pants and waded into the pool area at CDC to help give us a better look at how each tile would look against the pebble choices. He was responsive, communicative, and showed great patience with us even when we threw him a curveball by making an addition at the last minute (highly recommend the glass beads). On the job site, we worked with Kevin. Kevin was great to work with! He answered all of our questions, told us exactly what to expect, he and his crew were always on time, and Kevin kept in great communication with us during every step of the process. Kevin professionally managed his crew, who worked extremely hard in the blazing Arizona heat. Kevin’s crew showed up and kicked butt when they said they would. We are glad we chose and highly recommend CDC!

    June 2021: Update on the continued fine, prompt service when we have needed small repairs and fixes. This is three years after our install, and we couldnt be happier with our pool and decking in both the front and backyards! Read below:We contracted with CDC Pools in December 2017 for a large ($35K) overhaul of an old diving pool that still had a whip system to clean the bottom, badly cracked cool decking, and a cracked concrete slab. Since the cost of this job was going to be larger than our first home purchase in 1977 (gulp), we wanted to make sure that we hired a skilled, qualified company, that knew materials, could provide helpful design suggestions, and one we could count on the fully complete the job to our satisfaction.After obtaining competitive bids, we decided to go with CDC. Cassie Selles, who contracted the job for CDC, was nothing short of amazing. She knows her company, knows pool remodeling ins and outs, and was able to give us advice on materials. (Artistic pavers vs Travertine, minipebble vs plaster, pool color etc.)Our job began on January 11th and was to be completed by February 28. Due to adept scheduling and crews, our job was complete on February 3rd! (Cassie came out this morning and we added additional paver work to the front of our house!)Here’s our information that will help you as you consider CDC Pools:1. Bid and pricing: Not the cheapest bid, but competitive, and we felt well worth the expertise and security we would have knowing that company is a long time valley company that would stand behind their work. If you are remodeling, confidence in the company’s expertise is important so that you can address any issue that comes up with an old pool. We had no additional costs because of the careful bidding from CDC.2. Scheduling and crews: Because of the stable crews, we were extremely pleased with the progress of our project. We watched the paver and chip out crews work very long days and with care for our property. It was always left clean and we had no complaints from neighbors around us. We knew when crews were coming, asked them to use only a designated gate for entrance and exit, and they were respectful of our requests.3. Job supervision and management: Our supervisor Sergio, Cassie, job foremen, and the CDC office staff were available to answer questions and communicate when we needed them to. Justin, the job foreman for the paver crew, made time to meet with us personally to answer questions about the Artistic Paver material and to address specific drainage issues. As with any job, as property owners, it’s important to make sure you ask questions and understand what is being done and how things are going. CDC was always available to us.We hope this helps you as you consider your pool remodel. It’s a big job, you want it done right and you want a company that will stand behind their work long term.     My experience with CDC pools for our pool remodel was excellent. You’re always a little nervous when contracting this stuff out, but we decided to go with CDC pools because of its reputation, and the professionalism from our salesman Jerry Herzog. Every project sometimes has its hiccups, but CDC bent over backwards to help us get this project done on time. The remodel has transformed our backyard and turned it into an oasis.Jerry continues to deliver excellent customer service for us and always answers his phone when we have questions with the equipment. Being a salesman myself, I appreciated Jerry’s honesty and realistic expectations through this process.     When I decided to resurface my pool, I did look into a couple of companies. A friend told me that his friend used CDC Pools two weeks ago and was very happy. I can say that they did not disappoint. The whole proses from a full pool to a resurfaced full pool took only 5 days. It took longer to drain and fill the pool than the resurfacing. The pool was drained on day one and chip out started the following day followed by rebar repair and cleaning on the same day. The following day was the resurfacing. They were completely done in 3 hours. The following day was acid wash and refill. When the pool was full they came and fitted new auto fill, skimmer door, vac door and chemicals. I would recommend this company and definitely use them again. Thank you CDC Pools

    Wanted to give 4.5 rating - 5 stars for the pool and .5 star off for the cool decking – but can’t so rounded down.After 23 years our plaster play non-diving pool, spa and cool decking needed to be updated/remodeled. After speaking with a few companies, we decided to go with CDC Pools.Cassie was great to work with and helped us decide on tile and pebble sheen finish.Jason was our site manager and was easy to contact and returned calls/texts quickly.Everything concerning the interior of the pool and spa went as scheduled and we could not be happier with the finished product. They did an excellent job on the tile and pebble sheen (those guys really are craftsmen). I decided to replace the 2 round drains in the bottom of the pool with a flat channel drain so our robot would not get stuck anymore nor would we hit our feet on the drains - and this was done expertly as well. Also, the old spa jet inlets/outlets protruded from the side an inch or 2, so as to poke you in the back if sitting in front of them. They are all now flush with the wall looking and feeling much better. The only issue I had was a few inches of grout that needed to be redone on the dam wall.The cool decking was another matter and while below are not large issues, to me most could and should have been avoided. I was told decking would not be painted until interior work was completed to avoid any possible damage. Came home and it had been painted - after demo but before interior had been started. This I could have lived with but the real irritation was that the plugs you unscrew to put an umbrella or volleyball net - 2 had been painted over and could not be unscrewed and the 3rd had been taken off and painted over covering the threads so you could not screw that one in. Also, the cover for the skimmer had not been painted but the auto fill and tablet covers had been. The decking finish did need to be touched up due to damage while the interior was completed and after the pool/spa had been refilled we scheduled a time for this to be fixed. I stayed home that day as I wanted to go over everything with them. Scheduled time came/went and after a couple more hours I contacted site manager Jason to inquire where they were and was informed they would not make it - so I wasted half day waiting on them which would have been fine, as things do come up, but I should have been informed of it. 2 days later I contacted Jason again as to when cool decking would be done and was informed, he thought it had been? NO, but they did get to it within a couple of hours of my call. Ultimately all was taken care but it wasn’t as smooth a process as I had hoped or experienced with the pool interior.So, I do recommend them as our pool looks great but if having them do cool decking make really sure communication and expectations are set early on.

    We are very happy with the final results of our pool and deck remodel. CDC does quality work at a fair price. Everyone we dealt with from sales to the work crews were friendly and professional. We did a roll bond beam remodel, pool and deck resurfacing. They quoted 4-6 weeks to complete the work, but took 8 weeks due to lots of rainy days - this was not an issue for us. We preferred to have it done right, rather than too fast with issues . Our pool is 20 years old and had the old rolled bond beam. The original pebble-tec had been popping off for the last several years and I was tired of doing patch work every year. Our friends used CDC for their pool remodel and were very happy. We had 4 companies bid the project and CDC was the second highest bid. The main reasons for choosing CDC were our friend’s recommendation and our sales rep Lee. Lee was great through the entire process! He was very patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. Lee did not try to “up sell” us and never felt hurried to sign the final contract. He gave us the time we needed to feel comfortable with the final remodel work and cost. The first job superintendent quit in the middle of the project, so we were a bit concerned. Our concerns were no more once Nate came aboard. He treated our remodel project as if it was his own pool. For example, our main sewer line clogged from the pool clean-up crew’s debris hose that they put into the sewer line. Called Nate on a Friday at 3:30pm and he stayed until 7:30pm. No plumber was available, but he was able to remove the debris in the line and we have had no problems since he fixed it.For a balance review, there are a couple of things that I’ll point out: 1). They do require full payment before the work is completed, so you will have no leverage if there are unresolved issues. 2) The deck crack repair method is very basic. I already have hairline cracks come back after only a month and they do not warranty the deck from pre-existing cracks. 3). The paint they use on the decking is lower grade paint and I will most likely have to re-paint deck in a couple of years. Having said that, I would still recommend CDC because we were made aware of these things prior to signing the contract. Again, very happy with the final results. Thank you CDC!!

    We enjoyed working with CDC Pools. The work done was top notch, most everyone was professional. The first foreman we had was not that good. We had to call him several times to get something scheduled. He didnt communicate with the office so they wanted payment for work that wasnt completed. We have a new foreman, or project manager, who is outstanding. The crews that came out were courteous, did nice work, and kept everything clean throughout the whole process. Overall a really good experience. Would have given 5 stars except for the first foreman.

    My wife and I just had our pool resurfaced and and just wanted to say how happy we are with the work. Nanette was our superintendent, she was great, she stopped often to check status of our work, answering our calls and texts, and kept us in the loop about phasing of the work and when crews would be on-site. As for the crews they were very professional, efficient and knew their jobs. And when day was over everything was cleaned up and you would never know they had been there. Again thank you CDC pools and to Cassie ours sales rep for a great job.

    We cannot say enough good things about our experience with the CDC Pools, from our sales rep Jerry Herzog and project manager Jerrod Beck to all of the office staff, schedulers, and work crew! We had our existing pool remodeled to make it shallower, added a large baja shelf, and replaced the PebbleTec and tiling on both our pool and spa. Their workmanship was outstanding, the staff was always responsive and friendly, and they managed to get the project done on schedule, despite having to work around frequent bad weather. Our pool came out exactly as we envisioned and we are thrilled to be able to use it more than we ever could before. CDC came recommended to us by another friend who used them and we are certainly recommending them to others!

    I am giving CDC Pools 5 stars as every text, phone call, message was returned and all of my questions and concerns answered. Communication is HUGE for me.There were a couple of minor bumps along the way but everyone of them was corrected or answered or explained immediately.I initially signed a tentative contract with another pool remodeling Company, my pool maintenance Company (Don) stated that he wanted to have me check out another pool Company that he recommended. He gave me Cassies name at CDC and I emailed and called to set up an appointment. within 2 days Cassie came out and gave me a quote with removal of plaster, removal of tile, add mini pebble, glass beads new Agate tile and tile chips. This quote beat the other Companies I looked at as well as the warranty couldnt be beat either. I gave Cassie a check on the spot and was looking forward to the pool remodeling process.Everything was completed on schedule, Sergio (project manager) answered ALL of my questions with consideration He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.All phases were coordinated effortlessly (from what I saw) .My completion date of 30 August was blown out of the water as they had my pool done from start to finish in about 2 weeks.I love our refinished pool and I will not hesitate to recommend CDC to anyone that is in need of getting their pool done.a huge thank you to Cassie, Sergio, the demo crew, tile crew, resurfacing crew to the acid wash and polish to the final checks and new parts package with Zac.     After interviewing several companies, I chose CDC Pools to re-do my pool and deck, and I am not sorry! My salesperson, Cassie, and my job superintendent, Sergio, were both professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Communication is important to me, and both quickly responded to emails or phone calls. I was kept up to date on scheduling of the different phases. Those involved in the physical labor worked incredibly hard and did a wonderful job. The new pool and deck look fabulous, and I would not hesitate to recommend CDC Pools.

    We recently had our 30+ year old pool remodeled by CDC pools. New pebble tech, tile, cool deck and filter system. Cassie, our sales person was great! She helped us with picking out the right colors for everything. It was also nice that they had a showroom where you could see all the different finishes that were available. From start to finish, the job went well. Ray, the job supervisor, kept in touch with us and let us know when things were going to happen. The overall experience was great and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending CDC pools to anyone who needed a pool remodel!

    During Covid, crews were short and mistakes were made. However, CDC stood by their product and over-delivered on our expectations by completing an absolutely amazing pool refinish. I offered to meet them more than half-way and just have them redo the steps that were troweled poorly and replace damaged tiles. They instead re-finished the entire pool and did absolutely top-notch work. I highly, highly recommend CDC.

    We love our remodeled pool and travertine deck. CDC Pools did a great job. Jerry was always prompt on returning emails and phone calls. He was great to work with. All the crews did a good job.     Excellent job overall! CDC Pools performed resurface and re-tile of pool and spa. Coordination and communication from CDC Pools are first rate. I was receiving emails, receipts and texts for all activity by several departments of the CDC staff. Superb real-time updates on the activities taking place or to be scheduled. Excellent support following the completion of the repair and the filling of the pool to include inspections of pumps and chemicals of the water. Our home was a vacant home, but i had full confidence in their presence at the home. Yes, I would recommend CDC Pools for their professionalism.

    We hired CDC Pools to retile and replaster our pool, and to refinish the cool decking. We are very pleased with the outcome. The plaster is smooth and feels good to the touch, and the tile and deck are beautiful and match well. If only CDC did pool fencing as well the whole pool area would be perfect! The remodel was a great update to our 1991 pool and we would absolutely hire CDC again.The only reason for 4 stars out of 5 is that the company didnt always proactively communicate to us when a crew wouldnt be out as scheduled, and at times were unaware that a crew hadnt shown up as promised. This created some unnecessary delays in the project, but it was still completed in an overall reasonable amount of time. Also, there was a section of tile that wasnt laid correctly, but CDC has looked at it and plans to repair it when the weather cools down.Thanks, CDC, we are really enjoying our new pool this summer!

We did not feel pressured at any time. Work started at the time we had agreed upon.     My wife and I have been looking to remodel our pool and wanted to hire a company that does not cut corners, consistently on schedule, within our budget, and a highly reputable company that has been serving the community for a long time. Cassie Selle was able to come to our home and talk us through the process and explain all the little details, this made my wife and more comfortable with the process. There was never any pressure for us to sign the day she came out, unlike some companies that come to your house and want you to sign immediately. We explained that we were going to get a couple of bids and told us this was a good idea with any home improvement project. Though they were not the cheapest nor was CDC the most expensive, I feel the quality of the workmanship is worth the extra money, peace of mind, and the amount of experience they have at remodeling pools. Sergio was our supervisor for the remodel, he is very respectful always calling you sir and picking up the phone or returning your call asap. The only advice that I could give if you are reading this is to go and look at all the tiles from their suppliers. My wife and I ended up switching because with certain tiles have a wide variation in patterns. I am more of a visual person and like to see the tiles in the whole box laid out in front of me. Other than that we had no negative issues with CDC pools, I would recommend them to my friends and family.

    At 20 years and one previous pebble tec repair by my very popular Arizona pool builder I was getting slow-rolled on warranty service for another needed pebble repair. After a 4 month delayed quote I decided to search and request complete remodel quotes from other “elite” remodelers, and received three. A local professional pool supplier recommended I check with CDC Pools in Chandler. After submitting an online request I received a prompt email reply and followed up by contacting Cassie. She was great during our contact and I messaged her including a few photos of our pool showing several surface cracks and also the blueprint of the pool. She was able to provide an approximate estimate within a day and we set up the appointment for the on-site inspection. In the interim, my wife and I visited their store and were pleased to see it so professional appearing. The sample pool finishes in a shallow pool was very helpful. We discussed our desires and Cassie assisted with our tile, mini-pebble, and enhancements. Pool construction soon followed, and each stage proceeded quickly.     On 4/14/2020 Cassie from CDC Pools came to our home to give us an estimate. She took measurements and outlined our choices. She was professional and personable and everything she said was the truth. Cassie stated that it might take a week or two to get us into the schedule and then the work would be completed in 5 weeks.Luis, our Construction Manager, took over then. He texted me in the evening to let me know when his team was going to arrive the next day and what part of the project they would work on and whether there was anything I should know about. The workmen came, worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Luis came by frequently to check their progress. On 5/12/2020 they came and tested the water and all functions and added the appropriate chemicals. It is finished. In 4 weeks instead of the 5-6 that we anticipated. it is completed, and completely beautiful. There were no hassles, no surprises, no extra expenses.We got 4 estimates for this project. CDC was in a tie for the least expensive and they won because Cassie was such a good and responsive communicator. I am so glad that we chose CDC - they pulled off a perfect project.

    We had CDC bid on redoing our pool. Cassie was great and suggested some travertine pavers on a patio that we had not considered doing. Their bid was better than others and it turned out beautiful! We love the completed redesign. All of the workers who showed up were nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after they completed a days work and we love our pool! The timeliness could have been a bit better as the overall job took longer than we expected.

    We just purchased a new house last summer and only got to use our pool for about a month before the black algae set in. We decided to have the pool resurfaced and obtained multiple quotes. We were referred to Cassie at CDC and I am so thankful. Cassie was very professional and timely.     We had a very good experience with CDC pools. We had been putting off getting the work done because we couldnt decide what exactly we wanted to do. When we started working with Cassie all of our questions were answered and everything was explained. There were a couple of glitches with the laborers and the schedule but everything was addressed.     I contacted CDC Pools for a quote on a remodel. Several of my neighbors had their pools redone by CDC Pools and all are happy with the work. I have a big Master diving pool, which is 20x40x9. I visited their showroom in Chandler to look at samples. My contact was Ms.Selle, and from beginning to end, CDC Pools has been FANTASTIC! Ms.Selle kept me informed as to when crews were coming, what to expect, and if I had any questions, she was always available to answer them. The destruction / demo went quick, and the construction / rebuild went just as quick .All the crews who were involved, took great care in cleaning up when they were done, and allowing me to take as many pictures / videos as I wanted. All in all, I can see why my neighbors are satisfied, as I too am now a very happy pool owner and a proud member of the CDC Pool family.

    Awesome is the word I would use starting with our salesperson and ending with the final product! Had a plastered pool that couldnt be acid washed the stains were just to bad! The company we called for the acid cleaning actually recommended CDC Pools once we decided to resurface it.     This is the fourth or fifth time weve used CDC. They replaced our old filter, repaired some tile and did an acid wash to refresh the pebble surface they did for us maybe 15 years ago. The pool looks like-new. They went above and beyond on the tile repair, suggesting we seal the bottom of the decking lip. Hard to explain, but that was causing some of the tile to loosen. So, tile repaired AND the cause fixed.Weve always felt they are very knowledgeable and able to diagnose issues and give us options. And they are happy to do what we decide. Never pressure. We appreciate that. Thank you Blue, Hector and his helper and Ron. Our 35+ year old pool looks brand new. Again!

    I used cdc for the tile and pebble finish for a pool i built myself about a year ago. work was good. but a problem developed with the tile separating in the spillway between the spa and pool. probably more a problem with the design than with the installation.l but cdc stood by their warranty, which meant a lot. their warranty guy, luis, even came out to help install a metal spillway trough that hopefully alleviates the problem even though it had nothing to with their original work. all this right before memorial day during peak season.appreciate the help. thanks guys.

    CDC exceeded expectations. They were knowledgeable and thorough. Cassie was prompt and courteous. They nimbly worked their scheduling around us and the pool progressed steadily, in spite of juggling our two pups. The finished product looks amazing!The only reason we cant give them a 5-star is that we didnt always know they were going to show up. Better scheduling communication would have been helpful on several occasions in the process. However, overall quality is extremely high!

    We had a great experience with this company. Our pool is probably 50 years old and looked just that. Desperately needed a redo! Rafael made excellent suggestions to a color vision challenged customer. I told him sorry, I can’t picture the result. We went with Acapulco blue and Italian gemstone blue tile.Work crews were amazing in their speed and skill and the quality checks were there.It’s beautiful and I love it!

    I picked CDC pools based on several factors. quote pricing, location, response time, customer service and design selection. They topped the list on everything I was looking at compared with several other similar businesses. I got pebble Tec, new tiles and the step tiles in an upgraded banded type. The pool looks fantastic, they got done as scheduled, left no mess and were a breeze to work with. Any questions I had were responded to very quickly. Seeing as I have no clue about pools, I felt confident with choosing them to do the job and me no having to worry about anything. If I ever have to do another pool, I would pick them in a heartbeat.

    We had our pool resurfaced due to a leak and went from plaster to pebble. I looked at five companies, two never bothered to get back to me and three quoted. I went with CDC, they were the middle quote and my pool service recommended them. They quoted four weeks which the other companies did as well but completed the job in two weeks. The communication from the supervisor Sergio was great and they showed up with their own team when they said they would. The pool looks beautiful too.I highly recommend them.Update. Still give them a good review. We noticed some white spots on the bottom of the pool and called them. Sergio said to wait until it finished curing. Waited a month and still there. Asked me to send in pics numerous times. He finally came out and he said they would fix it but I told him we were in the middle of the season and I wanted to wait. Fast forward to April of 2024. Called Sergio and he wanted more pictures and I said no had sent enough. He sent crew out to acid wash and nothing. He said they needed to resurface. Had to prod him a little for date confirmation but he kept his commitment and honored the warranty and resurfaced.White spots are gone and it does look beautiful.

    CDC Pools really did a great job on our 14-year old pool. The original pebble tec was old and faded, streaked and rough. CDC re-did the pebble in a beautiful light blue, with new blue tile and matching diamond accents on the steps in the pool and in the spa. It looks like an inviting, cool pool now. One we can be proud of.Their project supervisor was great and explained everything and answered all our questions (thanks, Sergio!), and the crew was on time and got the work done efficiently and expertly. Also, they would call the day before and tell us which crew would be here, and what they would be doing.
