    I called NOLA Flow Plumbing for a busted pipe on my hot water heater. They were able to get to me within 2 hours of my call. As soon as they arrived I pointed them to the problem, then went to have a seat until they were done. By the time I made it back to my seat, Cory(the owner) was saying, “you’re all set”!! Excellent customer service, great response time, and very thorough work! I really appreciate the work that was done!!

    Amazing customer service can sometimes be hard to find. Nola flow plumbing takes the cake. Cory was a joy to work with, and I will be using him for any and all services he has to offer. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

    I’ve used company’s like roto roota for years and had so many poor experience and wasted so much money believing in some of the misleading “expert advise”. Yesterday I finally made the leap to try to find a local professional and after my initial call with Nola Flow plumbing and Cory, I knew immediately we were in good hands. With all the information I provided him, he had a logical approach and thought process. Cory didn’t make assumptions and quote me outrageous prices. He provided some next steps where to start to identify the root cause and work further (if needed). All in all, great honest company and working people. I couldn’t have asked for more.

    I want to give a huge shout out to Cory with NOLA Flow Plumbing. I reached out to him after a plumber recommended to me became unreliable. Corys communication was excellent. He was on-time and friendly. A little issue occurred during the installation. Cory was honest, pointed it out to me and made sure to fix it later. Hes very proud of his family and dogs and will tell you all about them if you ask. It speaks volumes about him. Corys prices were in line with other quotes but his positive attitude, reliability and his spirit to serve pushes him far ahead of the competition.

    Ever have a hot water heater go out on a rental property when you are on the other side of the country? CHECK!!I called Cory and he patiently took way too much time talking with me about options. As soon as I said go, he immediately contacted the tenant and was at the house within hours.It would be easy to have charged a “convenience fee” or just jacked up the price since I was in a bind and 1200 miles away, but fairness and honesty is what I got. He even sent videos along the way making it clear what the problem was and then having a new hot water heater installed quicker than I thought possible.Cory, with Nola Flow Plumbing is who I will call if and when I have a plumbing issue arise in the future and wholeheartedly recommend him to family and friends.

    I had the best experience with NOLA Flow Plumbing recently. Cory and I would speak several times before he accurately was able to answer to service my home. When we finally was able to coordinate a day and time I was very impressed with his mannerism and professionalism. He needed to return back to my home and without hesitation I left my key for Cory to enter unattended. He needed to return yet another day and again his mannerism and professionalism was top tier.     Mr. Cory with Nola Flow plumbing came out when I had a break in my water main after the recent freeze. I was so worried that it was going to cost me more than I could afford but Cory came out promptly and assessed my problem. He walked me through the process of what he needed to do to fix everything and even pointed out a few other problems he noticed while under the house. He fixed everything quickly and even insulated my other water lines that were exposed free of charge.Price was amazing compared to the other big name companies Ive used in the past! I couldat be happier. He is now my go to plumber!!

    My old toilet has been running for like a year despite me replacing the fill valve and flapper. With my parents coming to town in a few days I finally decided to get some professional help. Cory came the day after I called, made a few adjustments, and advised on a part upgrade that would fix my problem. Toilet is no longer running! Just in time for weekend guests. Ill be calling NOLA Flow again for any future plumbing needs :)
