    Darryl and his brother Evan were very responsive and professional to work with right from the start. They both explained the whole process in detail and made sure all of our questions were answered. We got our porch and deck stained. Andre, came out to do the job and boy did he out-do himself! His work is very nice, clean and detailed and you can tell he loves and enjoys his work. The wood now makes our house pop! I will definitely be recommending Darryl and his team to friends and family.     We had a great experience with Chagrin Falls Painting. This is the second time I’ve used this company for exterior paint (first time was our deck). They are professional, priced competitively, and do great work. I’ve had them out numerous times for touch ups without any issue. The owner Daryl, is fantastic to work with!!!!     Great experience with this company. Definitely happy to hire locally, and Darryl was a font of information and assistance. Once John began the work (with Jordan and Eric assisting), we could see the professionalism and quality right away. I am thrilled with the way the exterior has been brought back to life. But, more importantly, we are happy to have created an on-going relationship with a local company...who will continue to help keep the house looking GREAT!!     We first used Chagrin Falls Painting in 2016 when we had our house repainted and our deck stained prior to a wedding. The work they did back then was top notch and we were quite happy with the results.This year, it was time to stain the deck again and we decided to go with them after speaking with Daryl. When we agreed to have the work done, his time line looked like it would be a few weeks, but they were there cleaning and staining within a week. Once again great work and a very professional team! We are very satisfied with their work!

    Daryl was prompt and professional throughout the our experience before and after. His quote was detailed and he went through the various steps of the cleaning, taping and painting process verbally and in writing.The team of painters he used, Jimmy and Tim, were outstanding. Very experienced, talented and thorough painters, great guys too. I feel like they treated my house as if I was someone they knew.I have a lot of weird roof angles, and a number of different ladders were needed and they handled it all with no problems.Overall they did everything we asked, and we’re thrilled with results. Our house looks amazing.

    We were impressed with Daryls knowledge of old houses and his recommendations on the best type of paint to use on our 107 year old house. Brett and Chuck did an excellent job of painting and left our property exceptionally clean at the end of every day. Daryl came by daily to check on the progress and to make sure we were satisfied.     Recommend Chagrin Falls Painting. Daryl was a pleasure to work with throughout the job back in July. Having experienced other contractor remodeling job setbacks his crew (jimmy) was professional and patient through the painting process even returning to touch up brushstrokes & missed areas an trim work also made several siding improved repairs. The color we ended up with together with Daryl transformed the house appearance better than we thought it would. Overall very thrilled with the results the house looks amazing.

    CF Painting worked close to two full months to bring back our 1830 Greek Revival home. Not only did it need a complete paint job ( pressure wash, almost 90% scrape off and prime), but extensive woodwork including replacement of clapboard siding and repair of 4 embedded columns. Our home looks magnificent now. All of the crews were unfailingly polite and worked diligently and proficiently. They never failed to make sure daily clean-up was thorough. Our personable salesman was upfront about overages and any add-ons. I would not hesitate to recommend Chagrin Falls Painting to anyone who wants to work with a company that truly wants to do the best fro your home.

    I have used Chagrin Falls Painting for over 5 years for both interior and exterior painting projects. They painted the entire exterior of our home, replaced all of our shutters, painted our garage doors, and painted various interior rooms in our home. Owner Daryl runs an exceptional business. He is highly communicative via phone and email and keeps you updated throughout the entire process. His crew is timely, professional, and clean.     Daryl is very responsive, personable and truly cares about his customers. He makes himself available seven days a week and gives great guidance around color selection and how to correct your own painting mishaps.Kevin is the best painter, interior and exterior, I’ve ever met.     Overall great experience from the initial quoting of the job through its completion.     Chagrin Falls Painting is a rare find and I could not more highly recommend. Daryl was professional, respectful and enthusiastic. He communicates every detail with a call or in person visit. Daryl and the crews led by Jason & Mike were on time, every time. They were quiet, neat and efficient. The interior painting was done is less time than estimated, touched up upon request and finishing details were perfect - adding a caulk line that was previously missing and painting air return covers. The deck was power washed, stained and repaired. Again, the experience exceeded expectation. The carpentry for repairs was a bit more complicated than thought, but Jason & Mike tackled it and the finished product looks amazing. I will be calling CF Painting again with confidence that any painting project I have will be handled with the upmost professionalism and completed on time to my complete satisfaction.UPDATE: I must add to my review! I used CFP for an additional project after they did such an awesome job with the first two. I had built in bookcases added to my home and CFP gave me a phenomenal factory quality finish in a timely fashion within the time frame that was estimated. Beyond the excellent workmanship, professionalism and respect for my home, all previously mentioned, Daryl and Jason went well above this time. I had a very difficult contractor who left the project incomplete. Daryl and Jason patiently waited while I had another contractor complete the project, returned and painted the remainder. This project was expected to take 2-3 weeks to complete and be ready for painting. It has taken over 3 months and CFP has been very flexible, returned many times to assist in every way possible. The company is a true pleasure to work with and I would recommend without hesitation.

    Excellence from start to finish. If youre looking for painting, you need to let Chagrin Falls quote your project. Daryl got things started and helped with paint color advice. Bob came to the house and did another walk around with me and took notes as to what I wanted/needed. Bob always contacted me with updates on time frame of job being started. Joe & Cory were great ! Showed up on time and worked through the weekend to complete job. Cleaned up each evening before leaving. I took a few breaks and went out and talked with them, some about the job and some just about life. Great crew ! House looks like brand new. Neighbor called after the 1st day and commented on the color and work. Friends also cant believe the change. Always felt as if I was with friends or family. I was also surprised when Bob called about a week later just to check on me ! (he new I was having medical issues at the finish of the project and lived alone). Never had anyone do that-Thanks Bob !!Chagrin Falls Painting is more than just a company, they are very compassionate and down to earth people. Thank you to all !! You all were great !

    They painted the house and shed and stained the deck a few years ago. Now they are installing a new door and restraining the deck, and power washing the patio. Everyone is courteous, kind, professional and very knowledgeable. Darryl is always sure that you are aware of everything that they are doing. I wouldn’t ever call anyone else. They are amazing. I have had so many compliments on the house!

    We hired CFP to wash and restain our deck and do some trim restaining on the house. Our deck is multi-level and has stainless steel railings. The CFP team did a great job cleaning the deck and railing. They filled some small holes in the wood and resecured some loose boards.The staining work was great. Darryl kept me informed of their schedule as we were delayed a bit by rain.When he came out to look at the job, Darryl told me that they want customers for life. With the job they did for us, they demonstrated this and we will be long term customers.

    We are very happy with the work and extra effort done by Chagrin Falls Painting. Our home has aluminum siding from 1974- not vinyl. It not only needed painting, but also some repairs. Daryl worked hard to match the pattern, researching and finding extra pieces all the way on Clevelands west side. We also needed some advice on color choices, and that advice turned out to be spot on. Daryl kept us informed, the crew arrived on time and were very particular about doing a complete job and cleaning up each day. Our house was transformed and looks great. Before they left, we hired them for our next painting project! The company offers fair pricing and is a pleasure to work with.

    This team is amazing, Chagrin Falls Painting brought our deck back to life. We neglected to refinish it for years because we thought it would need to be replaced, but we are now thrilled we chose to to have them restore it.
