Miguel showed up on time with a smile. Like he was happy to be here. He gave me a small education on my issues and the construction of the afterthought pluming in my home. We Had some leaking I didnt think was serious, but it progressively got worse, I went to the yellow pages and saw they gave a senior discount and a free estimate and same day service. Luis came out and advised what should be repaired and quoted a reasonable price. He started immediately, left no mess! Offered to do a free estimate for our other plumbing needs, but I had to decline do to scheduling! Luis was professional, friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them ask for Luis

Julian recently did a service call for and came to assess our issue that we thought we had leak below our house which is a crawl space; and to our relief there were no signs of any. Communication around scheduling and ETA was excellent, and I was informed of who exactly to expect and when, with identifying visuals. Dayvid quickly identified and solved the clogged kitchen sink issue, suggested future maintenance approaches, kept a tidy workspace and left the kitchen pristine. In addition, he was flexible about the dogs presence and most importantly I felt comfortable with him working in my home. Highly recommended.

As it turned out it was only some pressure buildup. Aaron diagnosed the problem and recommended installing an expansion tank and gas sediment trap to relieve the pressure. Were very happy with his work and professionalism.

I work a Home Depot where this install was fine. Juan did an excellent job and was very thorough. However, the office who dispatched him, failed to advise him he needed to pick up the toilets from The Home Depot which I had paid for that service. This resulted in wasting his valuable time. In addition, it would have been very helpful if when the appointment was confirmed, to advise me, the client, what additional parts the installer would need and prefer to use. This didnt happen resulting in me, the client, having to leave my house, go back to Home Depot to get the correct parts... again wasting Juans time. In the end, he did a great job installing 2 toilets. I was very happy with his service and expertise. Juan didnt complain about the inconvenience, just completed my install. Even Home Depot want able to tell me what parts to buy. Truly needs to be far more organized.

I called to request an estimate for a water heater replacement. The next day I received a call and text advising me who my technician was and when to expect him. David came to our home and assessed then presented us with 3 options. At first I thought the rates seem pricey but we quickly realized that we were not just getting a new water heater the value comes from the excellent customer service, quality work, and quality materials. David and Urisal arrived as per the notification I received. They reviewed the plan with me again and they quickly got to work. I thought this was a quick and easy swap but the level of detail these two gentlemen worked with was impressive. They checked all of the lines, installed new sediment traps, put in earthquake straps, new supply lines & valves, they cleaned the area before installing and after, everything was done up to code. They came into the house (following all safety protocols and he wore booties) to flush the water lines out because they were full of air and to ensure everything was working as it should. They emailed me pictures of the final product, explained that we have an 8 year warranty, and showed me where to look for instructions in case we need to shut the heater off. The office staff (Gladys and Angel) were equally professional and delivered on their promises. We have been extremely fortunate that we have not needed a lot of plumbing work in our home but if we ever do in the future, this company definitely gained our business with their sheer professionalism and top notch customer service.

This review is about Powerpro Plumbing Heating & Air but more specifically about Luis Aguilar. While the staff answering my call was exceptionally polite and professional, Luis sets the bar substantially higher. He and his team installed my HVAC unit a couple of years ago and I was fortunate to have Luis be assigned to respond to my service call last week. Luis is the epitome of excellent customer service. He arrived on time, asked relevant questions, got straight to task and kept me informed of every step in the process. He kept things at the right level of complexity for me to follow along, demonstrated what he was doing and gave me all the information needed to make decisions. I have to admit that my standards for customer service are very high and Luis does not disappoint. While working on my HVAC, he got a call from another technician asking for advice and guidance and Luis noted he was with a customer but this made it very obvious that he is the expert other experts seek knowledge from. He is very generous in sharing his wealth of information. After the service call, he called to check to ensure things were working and, while a couple of things remain on my side, he was more than willing to offer help, guidance, knowledge, and options. PowerPro is very fortunate to have staff like Luis and he is the reason for my repeat business and recommendations. Thank you PowerPro, and Luis, you are most appreciated.

When Aaron from Power Pro showed up , he was very professional about everything he did. Explained everything to me. I know I was looking over his shoulder asking what was going on and it must has drove him crazy. But being a senior citizen, you what to know every little detail. Its like grandma look over your shoulder.I was comfortable asking him questions and he answer them. Very respectful. Wouldnt hesitate in calling Power Pro again. Thank you Aaron!

They installed a complete HEAT/COOL package unit complete with the replacement of the correct electrical wiring and panel. They were very timely, efficient and professional. Before they began, they explained in detail what work was being done, gave an update midway and at completion walked through the paperwork and details for a follow-up inspection visit. Excellent service and will be our go-to should any other needs arise.

PowerPro Plumbing has undertaken some major repair work - tree roots clogged our main sewer line! Marlon was the first employee on the job. He communicated everything he was doing clearly, he was efficient, dedicated, and helpful. Alvin came next with a camera to insert into our pipes - and thats when we discovered what an issue we had. He made sure I viewed the video and explained exactly what I was seeing. He spent a long time explaining it to my husband on the phone, to make sure all of our questions were answered. The two men (whose names I unfortunately did not get) who did the major repair work really impressed me with their focus, communication, and hard work. Angel, who works in the office, has contacted me on several occasions to coordinate schedules and make sure they were completely transparent about all of their work.Overall, this is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

Tim was amazingly professional, knowledgeable, and considerate to our family during the service call! It was a complicated multiple toilet and closet flange replacement involving truly ancient and dilapidated equipment. He kept us informed the entire way and managed to complete the work in one afternoon, even with multiple trips back to the office to pick up the new toilets and flanges. The work was flawless and cleaned up spotlessly afterwards. Would definitely call Power Pro again!

Marlon the technician knew exactly what he was doing! He had to re-plumb the piping to/from the new garbage disposal - something that would have taken me half a day and a trip (or two) to the hardware store in order to get the pipe sizing just right and align all the joints/connections. Marlon worked super-efficiently and was professional. I was very happy with the experience!
