    I would definitely recommend Jrs Quality Tile & Hardwood to my friends and neighbors. Last summer, Jrs updated my master bathroom, including a tile shower and quartz vanity top. Many thank yous to Fred for coordinating all of the moving pieces for the update of the bathroom.Fred, the owner, will work with you, giving you choices and recommendations in materials and plumbing fixtures. I visited with him several afternoons and communicated my choices in a number of emails. Fred was very congenial and patient through the entire process.Allen was the tile master tiler, also a patient person, organized tools each afternoon before leaving and took care to ensure the path into the bathroom was covered. He worked carefully to plan and place the crash blue tile in a specific flow of pattern and color. I had no idea of the time that would be dedicated to planning the tile in the shower.

    My experience with the owner and his crew was exceptional. The project they undertook with our property was met with a long list of challenges. However, they came in assessed the job with out the box solutions, great confidence and competence. At the end of this project I can honestly say I’m sad I won’t be working with them as they did a phenomenal job.     We had such a great experience with the team at JRs we asked them to do additional work! Our initial project was not only remodeling an out-dated bathroom but also adding a second bath. Everything from the initial showroom visit to the finished project was a very pleasant experience. With Stephanies help, we were able to provide ideas on what we liked and she immediately showed us something we loved. Fred was very conscious about staying within our budget while also making sure everything was done right. His team was so easy to work with and when space proved to be slightly challenging, they provided solutions that worked out beautifully.While are bathrooms are not large, they feel spacious and the tile looks amazing!     Jrs is a top of the line organization! Fred, Bill and Stephanie could not be more friendly and accommodating. They are thorough, detail oriented and operate with a high degree of integrity. Their pricing is fair and provided with an extreme level of detail. To some, the level of detail could seem overwhelming, but for me, it allowed me to tweak and tune my plan (as well as complete part of the project myself) while knowing ahead of time how the changes would impact the overall time frame and price. The project is not totally complete, but the glass shower doors are expected to be installed soon. We are very pleased with the results of our project.

    I would highly recommend Jrs Quality Tile & Hardwood to anyone who is remodeling. They have a wonderful selection of ceramic tile and hardwood flooring. Good quality too. Sometimes it can be overwhelming with all the choices but they were there to help me make my decisions. They allowed me to take some samples home so I could see how the colors would match up with my vanity, granite, and cabinets.Once I made my selections it was ordered and came in within a week or two.     By word of mouth we heard about Jr’s Quality Tile and Hardwood. The person who referred them provided a very positive account of the workmanship of Jr’s renovation. Subsequently, we contacted Fred and discussed our vision of our bathroom renovation. He provided us with an estimate (which seemed very fair to us) and a projected start date. Once started, his two man crew performed a stellar job from demolition to finished bathroom. They were meticulous in every aspect of the job. From installing flooring to the installation of a vanity, tub, tiling of walls, his crew were exemplary.     Our project would have been on hold for a week if it werent for JRs. A box of our tile was dropped and many broken tiles left us short to complete the project already in progress. I contacted at least 6 other stores and, no, they dont keep tile in stock or leftovers from other projects. The closest place that had it was Pittsburgh, a 3 hour drive. Someone suggested calling JRs. They were doing inventory when I called. I gave them the info on what I needed and they had it, enough to finish the project with some extras. I cant thank them enough for helping us out. Thank you, thank you!!

    An overwhelming amount, styles, manufactures and colors of tile to choose from. I recommend you have a good idea of what style of tile you are looking for, otherwise you may be overwhelmed with the choices. They will help you and guide you through your needs. Once we chose our tile and grout color, the tile and other supplies were quickly ordered and received. I definitely would recommend Jrs Quality Tile & Hardwood. You wont find a better selection of tile in our area. Very friendly and helpful.

We worked with JR and another associate at different times but found a great choice of engineered hardwood for the floors.     We recently had the oak floors in our kitchen and family room refinished by Joe of JR’s Quality Tile and Hardwood to repair some water damaged caused by a leaking dishwasher. About 600 square feet in total. The completed work was outstanding. Joe scheduled the job to be done while we were out of town for a few days. He started on a Wednesday and applied the new finish on Friday. We returned on Sunday to a floor that looks better than when it was new. The equipment Joe used kept the dust to a minimum. For a small fee, they moved and returned the refrigerator and range. We highly recommend JR’s for your hardwood floor needs.

    These guys are professionals. They have procured special order tiles and had them installed by true professionals. Now theyre working on sanding and refinishing my floors. I cant say enough wonderful things about them and the pros they bring in to do the work. After becoming thoroughly confused with all the samples and trying to decide on color, size and patterns, I noticed a shower display in the store that hit a home run for me. Some of the items used in the display were discontinued but JR found sufficient quantities in Florida to do the job. He went out of his way to find what I needed. I was quite impressed dealing with someone who knew his product and could offer suggestions to make the finished project better than I had anticipated. JR’s knowledge, variety of tile available and expert advice on installation is the type overall service that’s become very rare. I will return to purchase tile for the next bath without question.

    Jrs Quality Tile went over and beyond to help us out. We bought tile at another store and was going to start the project when my husband had an accident and we had to put it on the back burner. We got started with it recently and discovered we did not have enough tile. I called the place where I bought the tile and they were not helpful at all. I started calling around and the only place that would even entertain the idea of helping me was Jrs. They promptly returned my call with bad news that tile had been discontinued, but shortly after called again telling me they had found two boxes and could get it rather quickly.     We have used JRs for both a large project and a very small project over the last few years, and we received the same level of service regardless of the extent of the work involved. When we had our downstairs kitchen, dining, and laundry room tiled along with a backsplash throughout the kitchen, Fred gave us all the time we needed to choose the perfect tile for both, offering up many options until we found just the right one. We never felt rushed. And he worked seamlessly with the contractors doing the rest of the remodel so that it all went smoothly - no small feat! As soon as the tile was in, Fred was right there, making sure we were happy with what wed chosen. He even went the extra mile to have his crew lay a nice piece of oak at the top of the basement stairs as a finished border. A few months ago when we needed a strip of our extra tile inserted behind a stand-alone sink in a small bathroom, Fred stuck his neck out to make sure this fairly insignificant little job got done - insignificant in the grand scheme of things but not to us!
