    Very glad I found Sparks! Jeff and his team were recommended by another contractor I trust. They did an amazing job on the electric for our shop. Everything was neat as a pin and the State Inspector said gold star for Sparks. Jeff is super professional, but also friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and even gave us advice on a generator, lighting, and more. I also appreciated that he sent us links for the fixtures because they are cheaper online - he could have marked those up but hes just not that kind of guy. Highly recommend Sparks and will be using them again soon.

    From the moment Jeff answered my call, to the moment Steven arrived promptly for our appointment, I cannot say enough praises about this service call. Professionalism, and excellent work! 45 minutes to handle a problem I saw as a nightmare, and Steven took the time to explain what/how/where.....I am just so relieved to have our issue taken care of. Im even more relieved to know the kind of people I will be hiring for our next two projects. I cant thank you enough!

    Had Jeff add power to an outbuilding. Most of the work was fine but when he decided to adjust the frame I made for the panel he did a poor job adjusting it. I had to readjust it later.My biggest problem was with the billing. As I see it he overcharged me $110 for the supplies. All my attempts to contact him have been unanswered but one and that one response did not address the cost of supplies. Im still hoping to hear from him but in the meantime I thought I should suggest getting a detailed invoice before paying your bill.Response to Jeffs response:The floors were removed and the only part I supplied was the panel and none of this has anything to do with my complaint.Jeff assured me he could get parts cheaper than I but he charged me $110 more for parts than what they would have cost me. He has ignored every request for a detailed invoice.I shouldnt even have to ask for this as I have always received one from all other vendors I have used. Its the normal way of doing business. And I did not threaten, I merely informed.Perhaps other clients are not concerned where their money goes but my financial situation requires that I be a penny pincher and to know where every dollar goes.  Basic bookkeeping services and communication goes a long way to make a happy customer. Im not here to attack Jeff but to offer a review. Without his cooperation in helping me understand his invoice I cannot offer a better review. A personal reply from him and not to a review, I would think, should be the professional way of doing business.Date: 1/21/21Even though I never heard back from him my questions were answered through BBB. His work was good and on budget.

    Jeff is great! Super helpful, regardless of the job, and communication was amazing! I called several electricians, left voice-mails and never heard anything back. I called Jeff once and he made time that day to come out!

    I had Jeff and his son come out today to do a couple jobs on our home they did an excellent job they are very nice I enjoyed their company as they worked. They are very efficient on everything that they did and explain things very well for me for somebody that does not understand how certain things work when it comes to the electrical end of things they’re pricing was Right on. I’m going to have them come out later on this summer to have them do some more work for me I highly recommend them I really enjoy them. I appreciate good people like them to come and do work for me and if anybody says anything negative about them I beg to differ about that because I don’t think they have that in their personalities. Thank you so much once again

    Called Sparks Electric to install some security cameras. Jeff came to perform the work. He went above and beyond to make the experience a good one. Definitely will be calling them the next time we need electrical work done. Highly recommend!

    Amazing father and son team! I had an emergency in the middle of a cold snap. No power, no heat, no internet...nothing. I called them up and they were quick to respond. They managed to get replacement parts ordered overnight (I stupidly tried to fix it myself and didnt call them until 4:30 PM) and came back the next day to get it fixed. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and quick. They managed to get everything fixed much cheaper than I expected. They are my number one call for electrical work in the area.

    VERY HAPPY with Sparks! Bought and started developing 5 acres a year ago, which meant I had to talk to lots of contractors for lots of reasons to get things done. We just finished our property and Sparks is the only positive review of a contractor I was willing to give. From first contact to the finished results Jeff was on it and was easy to work with. He had the best bid, communication was always smooth, his attention to detail was impressive, he didnt try to up sell me, my questions were always welcome, I quickly trusted his judgement and his professional mannerism made it all a great experience. I can not give this type of praise to any other contractor I dealt with during this process. It was a great way to finish our project by having such a positive experience. His sons work with him and they have a lot of fun doing their job. This was a bonus to have such a positive atmosphere as well.
