My husband and I used Biagio to replace our hot water heater and toilet. Rob was professional, personable, and on-time. We made the appointment with Lori, who called to confirm the date and also confirm the appointment yesterday. She said Rob would be here at 8:45am. He was outside waiting before 8:30am. Its so nice to have people who arrive on time. The team was respectful and a pleasure to have in our home. I hope I dont need a plumber for a while but I would definitely have Rob back and would recommend his services. Thank you!!
