    I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Josh Newell came out and installed our dishwasher and fixed our shower and did a PHENOMENAL job! He was courteous, very knowledgeable, and super super helpful. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the service received today! AMAZING customer service! AMAZING job performance!

    Had a leak between my house and the meter at the street. The tech arrived on time and called me promptly to discuss what was needed and an estimate. Within a few hours they had the repair made. Considering all he had to do, the price was reasonable. Will definitely call again for any future plumbing issues.

    We decided to replace our countertops with quartz in our kitchen and bath. We stopped at Countertop Solutions and met with Jay who was extremely professional. He advised us to contact The Plumber Guy who could help with painting our island along with plumbing, cabinetry and electrician. We contacted Danny who came out to provide a quote for the entire project. It was certainly fair and we went with them. We have to say that Danny was very responsive to our requests and made sure our needs were met. We were immediately contacted by Jodi, who would paint the island, and set up a start date and time. Jodi came out and worked with us on a color to match our flooring and cabinets. She convinced us on a certain color and boy was she right. To say that Jodi is meticulous is an understatement. She made sure that we were completely satisfied with her work and she went over and above to ensure our satisfaction. Complete professional!!!Everyone from this project was fantastic. Working between two companies went smoothly largely in part to Dannys help and coordinating with Countertop Solutions. We are totally satisfied with the entire project and process and owe that all to the outstanding work of The Plumber Guy.Top notch and highly recommend them for your project. You wont be sorry.

    I the thought I could fix my toilet & found out, nope. I called The Plumber Guy & was able to get an appt the same day. He very polite, knowledgeable & explained what he believed happened to my trying to fix it. He gave me a quote & had everything fixed & invoiced within 30 mins. I will use The Plumber Guy for now on!!

    Great experience with this company. I called early in the day and spoke to Dusty about some issues I was having with some plumbing. He quickly scheduled a free estimate for same day. Technician Blake came out very quickly, heard our concerns checked it out and made some suggestions. Very polite and very professional. I highly recommend! Thanks guys.

    I needed a toilet installed with cast iron pipe. Ive done job myself before but it did not tighten correctly. Called The Plumber Guy and they gave me starting price on the phone unlike the other companies that needed someone to come out and give estimate first and then schedule job. The Plumber Guy were on time and Blake and Jared were professional and super quick with the install. They explained that there was going to be extra cost due to new flange install which was fine. The Plumbing Guy has a lifetime customer with me and do yourself a favor and call these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Called in about slow draining toilet issues. Non emergency because we had other bathrooms. They got me on the schedule on a day that worked for us, called before they came, and arrived on time. Got the work done quick and affordable. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of plumbing help.

    I agree with the other reviews regarding Josh (there are two but he is the 2nd one they sent out). He was great, knew what caused the leak with my faucet, fixed it, and was able to explain to me the problem where I understood. I was able to return the new faucet I purchased. Their price seemed to be in line what the other plumbers wanted to charge when I called to get prices. Ive used them before and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

    We had water pipes leaking in our upstairs bathroom. We had to cut our water off so we were anxious to have the problem resolved quickly. The Plumber Guy sent Josh out right away. Josh was able to find the leaks in our attic and replace the pipes very quickly. Josh was extremely professional. We are new to the Macon area. We now have our plumbing company with The Plumber Guy and will be recommending them.

    I literally called able plumbing from an alleyway in Italy. Our water heater broke while we were showing our home and another company quoted us an arm and a leg. Able came in, changed the heater and found out our original heater wasn’t hooked up to code and took care of it! You cannot beat the quality or price. Absolutely the best plumbers in town.

    I have used The Plumber Guy twice now, once at our house and then once again during the due diligence period for a property I was considering purchasing. Each time was a very pleasant and professional experience, both in regards to the office staff and the plumber who came out to our home.     I called The Plumber Guy and within 2 hours the technician Dusty arrived and replaced my thermostats in my hot water heater. So grateful for prompt service and now I have hot water!!! YAY! Id recommend The Plumber Guy to anyone....

    They were awesome. We had a leak on our side of the water meter. The plumber lady I like to call her was awesome when we called the office. She got us on the schedule quickly. She was very professional and friendly. They sent two guys( Josh and heath) out. They found the leak, dug out the dirt next to the meter and was very neat. They had black trash bags to put the grass/dirt on. After fixing the leak they put everything back neatly. You can’t tell they was even there.

    This is the only plumbing company you need! Joshua came out and installed a new disposal within 2 hours of calling them. Even had a replacement in the van! Other plumbers Ive used spent a couple of extra hours shopping around for the parts. Very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Also, they wont break the bank. Very reasonable prices. Thanks!

    Thanks to The Plumber Guy(s) I have a working kitchen faucet--face it folks its no fun washing dishes in the bathroom sink so a big YAY to this awesome Plumbing GUY group.     Mr. Joshua Newell, was very professional, informative, and respectful. The gentlemen seems to love his job, and loves educating his customers about the services they can provide. He fixed the toilet, cleaned his area, and checked the meter to verify whether its moving, which indicate leaks. We definitely will be calling again. I received Professional Service from the time the gentlemen answered my initial call, all the way to include speaking to Ms. Tracey, after Mr. Newell had completed the mission. Thanks again!!!!

    Josh came out for an after hours job. My line was backed up. I have 2.5 baths. Neither of my three toilets would flush and water was coming up through my bathtub and shower. He came out and stayed several hours—working through tree roots and other debris. He was polite, professional, and friendly.

    Our hot water went out on a Saturday on a Holiday weekend. These guys were about the only returned phone calls. They came out promptly told us our problem but would have to come back on Monday. Blake came early and installed our water heater within an hour and we were back up and running in an hour. Thank you so much Blake and the Plumber Guy. Very professional and courteous. Would use them again for sure.
