    I had a wonderful experience with Cape Cod Renovations. They replaced and upgraded the (very damaged) trim and gutters on my house and built a 4x4 front step. Professional customer service from the start. Estimate and schedule was thorough and clear, no surprises at the end! Vladimir communicated clearly throughout the project and completed on time. I love the finished product and will definitely use them in the future.

    We hired Cape Cod Renovation to reside our house and add an extended deck. Overall, we are very happy with the work! The siding work and framing of the deck were done by subcontractors. Throughout the whole process, Vlad was very responsive, always returning my questions with a phone call, almost immediately. We finished the project this past winter, and before we could even use the deck, a tree fell in the winter storm and destroyed one section of the railing! Vlad and his team came out in a very reasonable time to fix that for us! The only part of the process that was frustrating, was the permitting, which we were advised to do ourselves to save some money. I was grateful for the suggestion, but I dont think I would do that again. A bit of a headache and time suck.Professional crew and a job well done!

They worked with us through two complete bathroom rebuilds, replaced windows and doors, did painting throughout, and were just a pleasure to have around.     I am delighted with the work that was done by Cape Cod Renovation. Vladimir and his team did a highly professional job replacing a bathroom- total gut rehab and pipe repair. Most pleasant team to work with- the work is scheduled and the schedule is respected or I was informed if there was a change. As well as the bathroom I had cedar shingles replaced on several exterior sections of my home. I am delighted I can depend on Cape Cod Renovation to maintain my house and I’m fussy.

    We had two old French doors replaced with sliding doors. Vladimir was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The cost was reasonable. The work was done quickly and efficiently--both doors were completely replaced in one day. Vladimir came back the next day to personally make sure that the work was done to his and our expectations.     We reached out to Cape Cod Renovation, LLC, about a major remodeling job. Prior to doing so, we had been in contact with a couple other construction businesses. None of those companies were able to do the project we needed done prior to the Summer season. Neither the time they quoted nor the costs were acceptable. Cape Cod Renovations, on the other hand, were able to very rapidly (the neighbors were amazed too) complete the job: with elegance, timeliness, budget-friendliness, and professionalism. After several months, we still are unable to find any flaws with how well-built and designed the property is. We are more than satisfied with Cape Cod Renovation and strongly recommend it to our friends and neighbors.

    We recently had Cape Cod Renovation replace the cedar siding on our house. The experience from start to finish was great. The proposal was provided in a timely fashion, it was easy to understand and the price was very competitive. They worked around my schedule as we were having other work done at the same time and accommodated my request for when to get the work started. They came when they said they were going to come, the work was done efficiently, the men were neat and courteous and the final product exceeded expectations. There was an attention to detail that was above my expectations - things could have been “done” and I would not have know the difference but they did them right and explained why things should be done a certain way.     My previous contractor messed up all my kitchen and bathroom tiles and all the baseboards. It felt apart a year after I paid top dollar for it. Then I found Cape Cod Renovation. They started by fixing my floors. Then they installed basement and first floor floors(vinyl and hardwood). Replaced my doors and windows and now they are doing my bathroom. Next I will be renovating my kitchen. I couldn’t be happier. They are fast, neat, detail oriented, professional, knowledgeable, innovative and most importantly very affordable. After working with Cape Cod Renovation I don’t want to do business with anyone else. They are my go to guys.

His next project for us is remodeling our bathroom - cant wait !************************************************************************January 2019Vladimir finished our bathroom remodel right before the new year. Once again he hit the ball out of the park. Upon demo, they ran into a couple of issues which would have to be corrected because of code, and this actually led to a couple of changes to our plans with Vladimirs suggestion that made the final product even better.They showed up when the said they would, kept us updated each day and finished when they said they would. At the end of each day, they cleaned up, vacuumed and made sure all tools and supplies were out of the way.Again a 5 star experience!!
