Marcelo and his team did work on both the interior and exterior of our home. We initially asked for an estimate to replace our roof. Marcelo took the time to inspect our roof and determined we still had life left in our roof and only needed a cleaning. The money saved we were able to invest in other home improvement projects! We are very pleased with their work and professionalism!

Without a doubt the most flexible company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. With an ample work force that covers all the trades, they have worked on various projects for me over 4 years. In terms of professionalism they have received more positive surveys from our residents then any other company we had work at our 700 unit housing facility. They are able to respond to emergencies with an absolutely fair price and have over 10 years of experience in dealing with tenants. I have never received a negative review from a tenant in the 4+ years they have worked for us. I would definitely recommend these professionals for projects and unit turns for new tenants.

We hired Marcelo to paint the exterior of our home and replace some rotted trim. Reasonable cost and solid work, he is also a pleasure to work with. Honest, responsive and always kept me updated on progress. I wouldnt hesitate to call on him and his team again.

Marcelo and his team did an excellent job on my house in Brewster. They replaced old clapboard on the house front wall, painted the wall, replaced broken storm door and fascia around the door and replaced the rake boards. Good attention to details, good work ethics, very reasonable price. I am very happy with the job WM Home Improvement did. Marcelo was very responsive, showed up exactly when he said he would and did a great job!

We had Marcello and his team install a shower drain and dry well for us. His pricing was very fair and his work was excellent.He showed up when he said he would, and did a great job.He kept updating me with facetime and pictures of the project.I would highly recommend WM Home Improvement!!

They were flexible, had good ideas for issues that came up, and left the area clean when they were done. And their prices were more than reasonable.

I met Marcelo last summer. I purchased a new home on Cape Cod that was definitely a fixer. I contacted him and asked what he could do for me. Well to my surprise, he could do it all. Installed new floors, new windows, removed popcorn ceilings and more. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. He is fair, honest and I can count on him. He had a crew working at my house every day for a month. I would recommend him for any project big or small.

Edgar and Klinger were professional and courteous - they did a great job, and they cleaned up before they left. Excellent communication throughout the project and fair pricing.
