    I recently had the pleasure of working with Lehigh Valley Electric, Inc. to run an electrical line to my shed and complete the wiring inside. Bobs professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise were evident throughout the entire project. The work was done efficiently, and everything was up to code and functioning perfectly.A special thanks to his office staff (Tracy) for her excellent communication and follow-through, particularly with the Township’s permit process, which was not easy to navigate. She handled everything seamlessly, keeping me updated every step of the way. The whole team truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them for any electrical work!

    We hired Lehigh Valley Electric when we were having issues with our outlet to our electric dryer. Bob H. came out and he was courteous and explained everything that he was doing. He was also able to find/fix some shotty work that was done on the home previously that could have potentially lead to a fire if not intervened.     From working w/ Tracy in the office on coordinating quote, work to be done, and required permit paperwork to Bob conducting the work on-site, all around great experience, as they both are extremely polite and professional which is hard to come by these days. They really know their stuff and are experts. Ive had them do several projects at my house and most recent here was hooking up a hot tub which you want to make sure is 100% right, because water and electricity can be quite dangerous, and have passed township inspections without issue each time. Highly recommend!

    These guys came clutch for a high-ceiling install on a late notice after my previous electrician said he could not do it. Called Thursday, quoted on Friday. Installed on Monday. Could not have asked for better service. Installers were professional. They made sure to protect wooden floors by placing mat down and using booties for shoes.

    Lehigh Valley Electric is excellent! I called to request a same day appointment and Tracy did an amazing job keeping me informed about if it would be possible to squeeze me in.     I hired Bob from Lehigh Valley Electric to replace the two service panels in a newly-purchased house. Getting an initial estimate was easy. Bob even came out to evaluate the job on Christmas Eve. Throughout the process, all communication was handled very professionally and promptly. For those to whom its important: Bob works in the 21st century with email and SMS, in addition to more traditional phone calls. Scheduling was very flexible, adjusting to dates and times that were best for me. Additionally, Bob was always prompt, arriving at the agreed time.The work performed was of the utmost quality. Im a perfectionist, and its the little things that really bug me, but it seems that Bob is as well.Everything on this job was done right, and when something wasnt quite right, like the parts house shipping the wrong cover for one of the panels, it was fixed without my even having to mention it, even though he could have forced the wrong cover to serve the purpose.Lastly, on personality, I found Bob very easy to talk to, courteous,professional, and knowledgeable. I have no regrets about this job, and Ill definitely go back to Lehigh Valley Electric for my future needs.

    We have been using Lehigh Valley Electric for the past two years for various projects around the house. Nothing has been too big or little for Bob to do. From installing tech lighting to new outlets to finding parts for an old exhaust fan that fits in a custom made hood to landscape lighting to adding circuit to installing a GFI in basement to installing outside outlets and bringing our house up to code. All done in a very professional manner. He is prompt, courteous, efficient and his price is very reasonable for the high quality work he performs.     What a breath of fresh air it was enlisting the help of Lehigh Valley Electric, Inc. Im located in South Carolina and my parents live in Emmaus, Pa. Their home hadnt been serviced in over 40 years and their electric was going off and on. Obviously, this caused me great anxiety being several hundred miles away and worrying about the house catching fire. Having to act fast, I didnt know who to call and was fortunate to stumble across Lehigh Valley Electrics on-line listing. My point of contact was a woman named Tracy. After explaining the situation, she sent a technician out immediately to assess the problem. This husband-and-wife run operation had my parents issue resolved in a few days time. Not only that, but Tracy reached out to my mother AND myself several times to update us on the repairs that were being made. Tracy said that they prided themselves on providing outstanding customer service and I have to say, that was exactly what we received. In this day and age, that can be extremely hard to come by.     Bob and Lehigh Valley Electric (LVE) came out to my home to do some electrical work that involved installing two lights and a ceiling fan, and the job required new boxes to be installed, wires to be run, etc. We had called around for estimates and settled with LVE based on their online reviews and their estimate, which was cheaper than all the rest. I was worried that the price would indicate cheaper quality work, but that was not the case. Bob and his associate came and installed everything in a few hours, and it was like they were never even here. The quality of work was excellent, they took care of the home around them as they worked, and for the price we paid, LVE is a real bargain. Bob took some time to instruct me of some other potential issues as well, which is always appreciated. Bob and LVE go the extra mile and I would recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work to be done at a reasonable price in the Valley area. We would definitely call them again should the need arise.Update: Used LVE yet again for a bigger job, and they were once again excellent. By far the only electrician in the Lehigh Valley that Ill ever use.

Initial attempts at repair failed due to tension in our flexible tracking lighting not being fully alleviated, as they were put up incorrectly before we moved in, but Bob was quick to return to correct it and only charged for the visit the second time, even though part of the ceiling had to be repaired in order to move the electrical box and rid the tension.

    Main breaker failed in our electrical service. The part isn’t available locally, but electrician Bob Holland ordered the parts and installed them as soon as they arrived. He also answered lots of questions about our system and had some suggestions for future improvements. The service was outstanding and we appreciated being kept updated on the status of the project along the way.

    I had four light fixtures to be installed, two of which presented some challenges. After reading all the glowing reviews I called for an estimate, and from that point on the experience more than lived up to all the high ratings. The estimate was competitive and accurate, and the service was on-time, professional and of the highest quality. One challenge was the installation of a large fixture on a 16-foot ceiling, and the other required the relocation of an electrical box for a dining room chandelier. Bob did a great job, handled both challenges to perfection, and we couldnt be happier with the result!!

    This is the second time I’ve used Lehigh Valley Electric and I am very happy with them.They maintained communication with me through the entire process, including the planning phase, which took some time. Bob actually came up with an idea/solution to get power to my garage and saved me thousands of dollars!The workers wore shoe covers in the house, as well as rolling out a red carpet to walk on when they would be going in and out frequently.I am also very happy with the quality of the work performed and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others!

    I called Lehigh Valley Electric to replace a couple GFI receptacles. I called around noon. I was pleasantly surprised to talk to a real person. She took my information and said “ Bob would be out between 1:00 and 3:00.” I said “today?” She said “Yes.” Wow! What serves. Bob was at our home within an hour and a half. He found the problem and did the needed repairs within an hour. Very pleased with the serve and price. I will definitely use their services again.
