    I had a great experience with Martinez Plumbing. When my hot water heater unexpectedly broke, I found Martinez Plumbing online and gave them a call. The owner, Carlos, came to my house within two hours, quickly assessed the situation, and provided me with several options. His pricing was very reasonable and competitive.Two days later, Carlos came back and installed a brand new, high-quality tankless water heater.     I needed a plumber the same day I called and I was so relieved that Carlos could do that. He diagnosed the problem, talked over the solution options with me and let me decide what solution worked best for me.     I had a very positive experience with Carlos Martinez Plumbing and I would highly recommend them! Carlos returned my phone call the same day I requested service to have a kitchen faucet installed. He scheduled service for the following morning. He is prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant, and provided quality service at a fair price. The faucet I bought had a defect, so he even waited at my house on his own time until I returned the item to the store and bought a new one. This required him to rearrange his schedule to accommodate our needs. I will definitely use Martinez Plumbing in the future!

    Had an issue with a leak from my boiler. Called my oil provider and told me the next time they can send someone to take a look at it was Wednesday. And they mentioned that there was a possibility that the person may not be able to tackle the issue because it may be a problem that a plumber would have to fix. I researched my options and Martinez came up as a recommendation on Google in my area. Am I glad I took the decision to connect with Carlos. I sent an email since on Google it says that they were closed (reasonable since its Sunday). But I was surprised to get a response from Mr Martinez pretty much in within 20mins. He told me to send him a video of the unit so he can recommend what to do in order to stop the leak until he is able to show up. I followed his instructions and he was able to show up about 3-4hrs later. Really quick turnaround!And he was able to point out the issue and offer the solution, and that he could do it within an hour!!! Great service! Reasonably priced. Thank you soo much Carlos!Will definitely call again.

    We just used Martinez plumbing. They are the trifecta of a great plumber. They are fairly priced, do all kinds of plumbing and their work is clean and efficient. They will also work within your budget and give you pricing before the work is even started.Unheard of nowadays. Very helpful if you’re on a fixed income.They show up first thing in the morning as well. We have a lot of work that needs to be done and he will be getting all of it. I have had some good plumbers over the years and some bad, Carlos trumps them all. I recommend him highly.
