Locksaw Construction recently completed a job at my family’s cabin in Fryeburg. Old, outdated, wood paneling was replaced by beautiful knotty pine walls. I could not have been more pleased with Scott and his workmanship. His attention to detail is phenomenal and his prices are very reasonable. Not to mention, Scott is just a great guy and very easy to work worth and communicate with. I’m looking forward to using Locksaw Construction in the future! Look no further! Scott was great to work with on my recent new construction home. We had some delays with site preparation, and he was willing to work with me on the delayed start date. Once they started, he and his crew showed up everyday. Site was kept neat, scrap was kept to a min, and they produced quality work all the way around. Scott was responsive and always got back to me within hours. Highly recommend.

Work with Scott on various projects. Me doing the roofing him doing the framing. Very knowledgeable and pleasurable to work with. Super nice guy If you need any framing, hes your guy. Also his crew is well kept and extremely nice all around good company.

We are very pleased with the work Scott did for us. He gutted 2 bathrooms, moved plumbing and walls to give us 2 beautiful full bathrooms. Scott is so easy to work with. He is professional, hard-working, detailed, and always emails and calls when he says he will. His estimates are accurate and his work is high quality. Even through covid, Scott pushed forward as best he could with delays beyond his control. The subcontractors he works with (plumber and electrician) were equally professional. We would hire Scott again without hesitation. Thank you Scott!

Scott re-built our back deck. He helped us choose the proper materials that would complement our home. He was professional in every aspect when he was dealing with us. His work was excellent and very detailed oriented. He has great communications skills and would check in with us throughout the job in order to be sure we were happy and things were to our liking. Scott was always on time and would always communicate when he was coming and never left us wondering if he was going to work on the project. He even worked all through the Labor Day weekend in order to finish the job so it would be completed in time for a family visit. He is professional, hard working, exact in his craft and we were very fortunate to have found him to work on our home. Thanks Scott!
