    I drove over 2 hours because they had a party that I needed for my dock. Kim was very knowledgeable and a sweetheart. She provided installation and helpful tips to help me through party installation. I would drive this distance again, without hesitation.

    I just purchased my second boat lift from Marine Dock & Lift and I cant believe how great their customer service has been. My lift was ready when promised and the condition of the lift (it was a used pontoon lift) exceeded my expectations. Alden was great to work with and I cant say enough about how happy I am with my experience dealing with these wonderful people!

    I found a USED pontoon lift on Facebook that was for sale at Marine Dock & Lift. Messaged Chad about it and he went out of his way to provide picture and videos and answered many questions. I wanted some add-ons and he bent over backwards on getting me the right accessories installed onto the lift. Had great conversations with him via telephone and he truly puts the customer first! Providing a trailer to haul the lift is amazing and so convenient for the buyer. I highly recommend this company. Many dock and lift places are a take it or leave it company but not Marine Dock & Lift. A+ Review

    They have everything dock and lift. Sales guys are knowledgeable and friendly. They couldn’t deliver my jet ski lift for 3-4 weeks but they let me use their trailer, no charge!

    Dwight and his team were amazing! What great customer service! Our 20 foot aluminum ramp was damaged and bent due to too much weight on it. I emailed and called Dwight Sunday afternoon. He responded to me that day! On Monday he sent his team to Lotus Lake to remove the ramp, brought back to Center City had it repaired and was back in place by Tuesday noon! If you want someone that can follow through, care about you after the sale use Dwight and his team at Marine Dock and Lift!

    We snapped a cable on our lift on a Sunday afternoon and dropped an email to Alden. By the same time on Monday afternoon, the cable was replaced and the boat was up in the air again. Excellent service and response time.

    Great place for a small operation. The staff was busy and we had to wait a while, but when they got to us, they were very helpful. Their products arent cheap, but appear to be high quality.

    Big thanks to Caleb at Marine Dock & Lift. My boat canopy supports snapped on a windy day. leaving the canopy askew and on the boat. Caleb and team custom cut and welded me new support arms in a couple of hours. Was able to get things repaired the same day and the boat back out on the water again!

    The customer service from Alden and the team at Marine Dock & Lift is the reason I keep coming back. They help us every year with lift install. Theyve helped a few times on short notice between torn a torn canopy from a bad storm and a fixing up our lift jack before the start of removal season, theyre always willing to help out as best they can while charging very reasonably if anything at all.I always recommend Marine Dock & Lift whenever dock/lift services come up among friends.
