    Noelalee and her team just completed a major project at our house and I have so many great things to say about them. I have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.Ours was a significant project, involving tying into our current roof, building a 4 or 5 foot deep foundation that extended 30 or so feet from the house, with lighting, fans, etc.1) Quality: the details are handled meticulously. Over the course of the project, my detail oriented husband (an engineer) and I only had a handful of minor corrections/changes that her team handled with skill.2) Customer Service: in this day and age it is refreshing to work with a company that truly thinks the customer is always right and puts your satisfaction above all else. They were prompt any time I had a question and were genuinely kind people. They understood what it would take to transform our porch into what we envisioned and they executed the entire project down to the small details in a timely and professional fashion. I have never said I would miss a contractor after a project is over but Noelalee and her team are people I’d have over for dinner.3) Craftsmanship: We gave them a drawing of what we wanted and they came back with a detailed mock-up and build out plan. I barely had to double check the details because they got it right the first time. They understood, without me having to ask, what materials and style we were seeking. They used quality materials and craftsmen. I was impressed when they came back to improve several times to the job site to improve something they didn’t think was up to their standards that I hadnt noticed.4) Prompt and honest: they didn’t nickel and dime me and always showed up when they said they would.In short, they were great, 5 stars all around.

    We had an outstanding experience with Austin Outdoor Living. They worked with us on a design that fit our budget. They communicated with us every step of the process. Their payment plan was fair. And when we decided to change some small things at the end, it wasn’t a problem. We had a minor issue with the ceiling construction which they fixed promptly and without hassle. They had ideas for my patio which I hadn’t thought of and suggested and it turned out great. They’ve been finished for about 6 months and there are no issues and we’re loving the patio. I had an outstanding experience with them and wholeheartedly recommend them to all my friends and family.

    There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with my new outdoor living space!It is the most wonderful addition to my home!Working with Dan to customize the space to work within the confines of my small backyard was seamless! He is an amazing architect!The construction crew was professional and happy to answer any questions I had!My neighbors and friends cant stop talking about how beautifully it all turned out!It has truly been a delightful entertaining space. On cool evenings we sit by the fireplace. We can watch TV even if its raining with the pergola covered with polygal. Of course barbecuing is a breeze with all the counter space and seating Dan put into the design!I truly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend Austin Outdoor Living!Cheers!

    Last year we called Austin Outdoor Living Group to get some idea of what a new patio would cost. At the time it was not in our budget and I was clear about that when I left a message for them. That afternoon I got a call back from Noelalee and she really took the time to walk me through what it would cost and why.About six months later we had the money put together so we called them to setup an appointment for an official quote. Michael Foster came out took the measurements and put together our proposal. We like what he did and contracted with AOLG.From start to finish the process has been very smooth. All of their contractors take the the time to do things right. All throughout the process Michael was great to work with. He was very responsive to questions, concerns and small changes we wanted to make.Overall my wife and I could not be happier with the service of the entire team at AOLG and the job they have done. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have an outdoor space built!

    We had an outdoor patio remodel done by AOLG and we are so happy with our new space. They integrated this project by expanding our back patio, giving us more space, and tying into our existing roofline to make it look like the home was built this way from the beginning. It makes our backyard so much more enjoyable now. We even bought a grill for the new space because we actually feel like we can entertain guests with our new upgrade. The team is professional. They take care of all the paperwork and permitting. We were constantly updated with project timelines. They designed to our specifications without pushing things that we didnt want. Noelalee is very personable and was a great person to interact with. They did such a great job that our next door neighbors want what we have and have asked for their contact information. We couldnt be happier with the work completed and would do it again.

    We had a great experience with AOLG to build out a patio structure and pergola in our backyard. it was our first time to do any sort of construction project, and Im thankful everything went so smooth. Michael was our main point of contact from start to finish, and we appreciated his communication and attention to detail. the planning and design process was by far the best compared to other companies we got quotes from, e.g., like being able to meet a couple times to go over design plans. I especially appreciated that extra dedication in the beginning so that we were all on the same page right off the bat. and once construction got underway, all workmanship was top notch. would like to thank Myron and his crew for the carpentry work, and a thank-you to Bubba for always checking in on the project and giving us updates as well. the quality craftsmanship and friendliness by AOLG employees also extended to any subcontractors who came to do painting, masonry, electrical, etc. were so happy with the final outcome. were going to be enjoying this patio for a lifetime.

    Great people. Amazing quality work.We first worked with Noelalee and Ralph 18yrs ago when we built our home and they built us a two-story, three-level deck with stone columns and spiral staircase. We brought them back this year to add fireplaces, glass rails, and a roof tied into the house. They were very collaborative on the design, great at communicating throughout the process, and couldn’t be easier to work with. And the quality of work and attention to detail was amazing. We love our backyard and are so happy with what they have done for us. We cannot recommend them enough.

    We had Austin Outdoor Living Group do a tear down of an existing structure, and build a pavilion. The design process was great! Noelalee had excellent suggestions, provided sketches, and ensured that all materials were ready for the build. Even with an extremely busy summer, they got us on the schedule. The work was done in a timely fashion. All the workers that came out were professional and friendly. This is the second time we’ve used them…and will absolutely use them again. Everything turned out perfect.

    We highly recommend Austin Outdoor Living Group! We had AOLG build a new covered patio deck and a new cat enclosure (a catio) and they did an excellent job with both structures. Communication with Noalee, Bubba, Enrique and their entire team was very good. They all are very accommodating, professional, quality-oriented, and customer satisfaction focused. Noalee has excellent design ideas and Enrique has outstanding craftsmanship. The building materials, painting, electrical, roofing, and gutter contractors were all very good and they used quality materials.     Had the most amazing experience with AOLG. Picked them based on reviews and a friend who used them too. I knew our roof extension patio project was going to be complicated because our two roof lines to connect to were not at the same height, so to make the covered patio look like it was built with the home was going to be challenging. Noelalee is super friendly and was so educational when we were first planning out what size the covered patio should be. When we received the drawing, you couldn’t even tell the roof lines were two different heights and she planned it so we could keep the transom over our back door, which I really wanted. Bubba, the project manager, is super friendly and responded quickly with any questions I had. He frequently checked on the project to make sure it was being done right. The main crew that built the structure were super friendly and you could tell the head guy was super knowledgeable and highly capable. I feel like he rarely looked at the schematics but built the patio beautifully! I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. They are so professional and really care about your project and your happiness. We are waiting for the pool company to finish up, so will post pics after that’s done. Can’t wait to enjoy this patio year-round!

    Phenomenal quality! AOGL did a great job, which is an understatement. The work was perfect! They built the entire project ahead of schedule and coordinated seamlessly with another vendor who installed the shades. Michael who was the designer gave us a patio cover that no one else offered, which was an attached cover instead of a standalone. Hire now AOLG for any of their services that they offer.

    Austin outdoor group gave me exactly what we were looking for. The finished product was exactly what was shown in the plans and the porch looks like it matches the house very well. They finished in a timely manner and use the same subcontractors on a regular basis - so they are familiar with the work product. The folks are very friendly and do aim to please. They addressed any concerns we had before the project was finished. I would recommend them for outdoor remodeling projects as this is definitely their specialty.

    I did not end up getting a patio cover from this company, but I appreciate that they didnt BS me. Michael Foster was very professional and came out to my house to talk even though he probably knew that their work was outside my price range, and he gave me some suggestions for more affordable options. If youre looking for a solid patio cover, be aware that the cost for a relatively small one will be north of $20k.

    I had never heard of Austin Outdoor Living Group and a friend told me to give them a call. We were looking to upgrade our little 4’ x 10’ back porch to a bigger screened in area with a grill, TV and refrigerator. Their Design guy, Dan came over and discussed our requirements and within a week came back with a plan that blew us away. It was perfect. He was able to take our words and turn it into a beautiful design. All in 3D, so we could really “feel” what the space was going to be like…. And it turned out even better when it was finished.The AOLG folks, from Dan up to the owners, Ralph and Noelalee over communicated everything that was happening and when it would happen. Our project was pretty significant and took several weeks - and of course weather came into play. But we always knew the schedule and when workers were going to be on the property. All the guys that came out to work on the project were excellent.They had a stone mason that was a pure artistic magician. He did some unbelievable things with flagstone, limestone, brick and our Aolean counter. The carpenter, roofing and paints guys were all top notch friendly folks that did a really great job, too.With any project this size, some things were bound to come up, but we never had an issue that wasn’t resolved right away by either Dan or Ralph. And the end of the project, AOLG delivered exactly (actually more than) what we asked for.I just signed a contract for my 4th project with them today. They are really good folks over there.

    Just finished up our second project with AOLG and just like the first we are very happy with the finished product. First project was 10 years ago, large two tier deck redo which went very well. And now just finished a roof overhang project with AOLG to provide some upper deck sun protection. This was a complicated project given the roof line, but the AOLG team came through with flying colors. Hats off to Noelalee Ragle and the team at AOLG. Fair price, attention to detail, quality craftmanship, creative design, with a customer focus.     We had several deck contractors come by to provide bids and design ideas but were not comfortable until we discovered Noelalee and Austin Outdoor Living Group. She was the only one who was able to provide a well thought out design and a bid using the best materials for our outdoor living space.     After speaking with three other landscape and hardscape specialists, we contacted Noelalee and her team at Austin Outdoor Living. From our first telephone contact to our final walk-through, our experience was outstanding. We wanted an elegant patio and we got elegance, beauty, and useful space. We decided to add an extra smaller patio out front and AOLG enthusiastically worked with us to add this piece onto our contract. We received updates on project dates and were kept informed on all aspects of how the project would be completed. The men who work on the job site were all friendly and more importantly, cleaned up every evening before leaving. Finally, the costs were all put in writing, no hidden costs and payments were set up so that we were not out of pocket all at one time a large expense.
