Wow! What a wonderful surprise! We reached out to Tehran Lee for electrical work required by the city for our commercial property. Not only were his rates reasonable and the quality of his work excellent (hes worked for a large commercial electrical company, so he knows his stuff), he showed up on time and did what he said he would do! Needless to say, our little job turned into something much more, including grounding our electrical panel and more recently adding an electrical line for our new lighted monument sign! He was always willing to do the difficult and not-so-fun items as well. He understands city codes and how to work with them to get the needed approval. We now refer to Tehran as our electrician. He will be the ONLY electrician we ever call! Thank you, Tehran!
