    We are extremely happy with our decision to choose Seamless Exterior to complete our patio project. The retractable screen system has given us an entire new room to enjoy completely free from bugs. From our initial contact with Dan it was just a great experience - very professional, responsive, and just great to work with. Brett, Tyler and Gavin did excellent work on the install - all finished in around 4 hours. Extra shoutout to them as it was 100+ heat index that day as well. We now have our new favorite hangout spot, couldn’t recommend Seamless Exterior more than I do. Fantastic work!

    Excellent work and service by Seamless Exterior on our siding, windows, front door replacement, and gutters/covers. Calley and Gary were awesome and efficient. These guys are the best at what they do and really work as a team should. Ryan did the entire house gutters/covers in 2 days! Now I don’t have to worry about the hubby falling off the roof cleaning gutters in a storm. The curb appeal on my house is now beautiful thanks to Seamless Exterior. This company has been the best to work with through our entire remodel-hire them!!

    We had Seamless install new siding on our house, and we are very happy with it! Their estimate included lots of details about how they would trim around existing fixtures on the house, as well as how they would compensate for the depth of the siding against the window trim. I was kind of expecting the aluminum trim they would install to be kind of plain, but they did a really nice profile on it. The crew was fast, efficient, friendly, and overall did a fantastic job. They were very good about asking what we wanted when they came across challenges. We had a minor issue at one point, and Seamless took care of it completely to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them!

    Thank you seamless exterior for our new facia covering and gutters on our top level of our split level home. Gary Fairbanks did an awesome job removing our old gutters and replacing our facia covering on our top level home. Gary was very hard working,professional and very knowledgeable.     We had an incredible experience with Seamless Exteriors. They resided our old farmhouse and replaced all the windows and doors and added a slider.     The Seamless Exterior crews recently finished a three phase project on our house--- installing new windows, new steel sidng and new gutter helmets. Abeilos siding crew was very pleasant, hard working and efficient. They got the work they were responsible for completed in six days and did a very good job of cleaning up. As with any renovations, there were a few unexpected issues but the important thing is that they, with the help of the job manager, Tom, adjusted on the fly to provide a satisfactory solution. Calley and his crews completed the other two phase of the job --- new gutter helmets and new window installation. Great job on both of those phases as well. I highly recommend Seamless Exterior!     Dan gave us a very competitive quote for the patio screens we were considering. Once we made the decision to go with Seamless, which we are glad we did, Dan stopped at our house and showed us all the options for colors of the screens and power units. He took laser measurements to ensure everything would fit perfectly.The installers, Brett, Tyler & Gavin, did a great job and only took a couple hours. They explained how everything worked and made sure we were satisfied before they left.

    My wife wanted to have a privacy/wind screen for our back porch. We got a few estimates and decided to use Seamless. Best decision. They were on time on budget and went above and beyond.     We worked with Dave after I called for information, he came out and answered all our questions. We ordered our awning and when it came Brett, Tyler, and Gavin installed it.     Seamless Exteriors replaced a sliding glass door and the full size glass that was part of door to my 4 seasons room which included the entire wall. They were great to work with and did a great job removing the side of that section including all existing framework and the damaged door. The damage occurred during the Deracho. They installed all new framework and the sliding doors on my schedule. They cleaned up everything. The billing was also very flexible and worked with me for the balance insurance didnt cover. I would recommend them highly.

    We reached out to Seamless Exteriors for an estimate on updating the siding and gutters on our house, and we are very happy with our experience. Dan Davie came to our home, and we discussed what we wanted to do. Dan left us with siding samples, took pictures of our home and set up an appointment to meet with him in his office a few days later. When we arrived, he had a preliminary cost for us based on our conversation. Since he had pictures of our house, we were able to change out siding colors and textures to get a clear picture of what it would look like. We ended up going back another time to make some changes, each time we were given an updated estimate of costs the following day. Dan was very patient with us and didn’t pressure us at all into making a commitment to purchase. Once we had finalized what we wanted we received a final estimate that we could review and sign electronically. Materials were ordered and work began on the siding the following week. Avillios Crew did the installation of our siding, and they were great! They were very communicative, answering any questions that we had and pointing out any problems they came across so we could decide how to proceed. Each night they would let us know when they would be working next, and they cleaned up every night before they left. Everyone was polite and professional. The work they did was superior, especially the metal work around the windows. They took their time and did it right, but they also were quick. We have a large home, two stories with an addition on the back and a separate two stall garage; they were done in six days. Dan was also available during this time and conveyed costs of any changes that we had decided on. Our gutters were installed shortly after and that work was done quickly.I had requested a bid from a couple of other local companies, one didn’t even respond and the other sent us a quote in the mail that was more than twice what Seamless Exterior was asking. We are very pleased with the personal interactions, the work that they did, and the cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend Seamless Exteriors and would hire them again.

    We met Seamless Exterior at their Iowa State Fair booth and had a visit the following for measurements and color choices. There are dozens of fabric color options to choose from. Dan was very helpful and patient as my young son garnered attention during the visit. He did not pressure us or push options we didnt need, in fact he was realistic about our needs and budget. The installation was about 5 weeks after the initial visit and was completed in less than an hour. The awning looks great, works well and is exactly what we wanted.

    The crew of 2 that came out to repair our soffit and fascia (that had come loose) were prompt. My only issue was the minimum charge, which was pretty costly considering the work took only 20 minutes including setting up the ladder.     We recently had the pleasure of working with Tom and Muhammed from Seamless for siding, windows, gutters, and the installation of new doors. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Tom listened to our needs and was patient in answering our many questions. He provided us with color samples and addresses of homes to help us make an informed decision about the color of our siding. He also worked with us to select the right windows and gutters to complement our home.Muhammeds work installing new doors and storm doors, as well as replacing all of our windows and siding, was meticulous and impressive.     I dealt with Dan and Bret, and I apologize if I spelled his name wrong, when they were with Community. I knew Dan had moved to your company so when I needed a new storm door I contacted him. I was informed that Bret had moved to your company also. Both of these guys have been involved in several jobs I’ve done over the past couple of years and they’ve always done an awesome job. The installation of my storm door today was no different. From placing the order of the door, to the installation, the job was professionally done and the quality of work was top notch.     I had some storm damage to siding and facia on my house. I called Seamless Exterior as they sided my house when it was built and we set up an appointment for the first day I was available. I was given a time for them to come out, assess the damage and give me an estimate. I accepted and five days later the repairs were made.     We used Seamless Exteriors to install new aluminum soffits, fascia, gutters, and leaf guards. They were prompt to reply and came when promised.     Years ago our local utility company had installed a box on the back of the houses for internet/cable. Later the house had new siding installed, and it had to go around this box- much like your utility box would be. Well, there was an upgrade to the system and the box no longer needed. The only negative was the large amount of screws around the perimeter of the house that were not picked up. I used a friends large magnet and ran it along the back of the yard and collected 16 large screws. Didnt check the front as it is all Rock and bushes. Overall would recommend and will go with them next time I need exterior work done.

    I contacted Seamless Exteriors shortly after the Derecho in 2020. We live in Cedar Rapids so we had reservations about using a contractor from another city—although our concerns were immediately put to rest.A little backstory. Our 27 year old home was vinyl sided, and not Tyvex wrapped, as we were just prior to that being mandated by code. In the 27 years of living in this home, we have has many issues with the vinyl siding, leading to water intrusion. After the Derecho, we knew we had to reside. We had the partial support from our insurance company, but we wanted to get away from vinyl.Jim Jones from Seamless showed up at our home and we discussed options. It was clear that he was an expert and had been down this road many times. I worked through the details and pricing with Tom. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of these two Seamless Exteriors employees.Amid all of the materials price increases due to Covid and the Derecho, our project was closely monitored. The crew showed up to do the work just after July 4th. Melvin, Avelio and the team of installers were total professionals. We ended up going with LP SmartSide with the DiamondKote factory finish, new soffits, and gutters. Everything on the outside of the home was new.The craftsmanship of this team was off-the-charts good. They were onsite for about 2.5 weeks as the LP is much more tedious to install than vinyl. I watched every step of the process as I had become very paranoid about water intrusion issues. I could not be happier with the work that was done! The crew was pleasant to have onsite. They worked hard. Every single detail was done the way it should be.Our house looks terrific and I am confident our old vinyl siding issues are behind us. I highly recommend Seamless Exteriors.
