    We utilized Team Builders for two build projects - a kitchen remodel and a new addition project for MBR, laundry room, bathroom and hallway. These were large projects.Team Builders was very good to work with. Their staff is friendly and attentive to our needs and wants. They did a good job of coordinating the efforts of the sub contractors to make scheduling and interactions go well. The quality of their work was high. They were receptive, conciderate and accomodating to our changes as the projects progressed. The finished projects speak for themselves. We are very pleased and recommend them to others.

    I have had Team do projects for me in the past. I had a large project for them to tackle taking the Cedar Siding off my home and fixing some problem areas, installing new siding, fascia, window trims, gutters on my home. The home is a two story with difficult roof lines and many windows.I NEVER before in my life have been so excited about how I feel about the completed work. Every single thing from the beginning when talking with Trevor or John B, was really a delightful experience. Being in manufacturing for over 40 years and selling product across the globe I have a little experience in dealing with different companies, and people. The initial call and set time to meet, getting a quote, a start date, and the communication was great. I felt comfortable thru out the process because they performed on every level. I even had a few ideas and Trevor said that’s a great idea and had product returned and obtained different materials.Over my career I have been in quality control and every time I look at my house I smile! Every little Henny Penny item that bothered me or I didn’t like the look of was taken care of. EVERY single one!! And done with an attitude that it’s the only way they do it. It’s so refreshing in today’s world to be able to obtain the quality of work they did, all at an affordable no nonsense pricing structure. Any extra items I added along the way I was also treated fairly on with no negativity and was priced so competitively.If you are looking to have work done I think you will find them busy but it is worth the wait to get on their work schedule. Peace of mind and less stress not worrying and knowing they have your back is priceless! I hope everyone can experience their ethic, business model, kindness, professionalism, and quality of work so you too can experience the Team “Smile” like I do every time I come home!     TEAM Builders has worked with us on two projects now - kitchen glow up and deck/patio over haul. Deck/patio involved tearing out old and replacing with much larger. TEAM Builders is responsive and excited to collaborate on projects. We felt informed and cared for throughout both projects. Love the finish projects! We are very happy we went with TEAM and highly recommend.

    We are so incredibly happy with our custom deck/screened in porch addition to our house! The process was smooth and the craftsmanship was top notch. What impressed us the most was the level of communication. We were given consistent updates and always kept in the loop on timelines and decisions being made. We felt very comfortable reaching out to Trevor and the Team onsite, and they always made themselves available to answer questions and brainstorm ideas. We love our new space and can’t wait to enjoy it for many, many years!

    COMPLETE Roof replacement!Living in Cedar Rapids after the Derecho left a majority of us with damage to our home! Ours included. Fortunately, we were able to wait until spring to have the damage fixed.After contacting T.E.A.M Builders, I was pleasantly surprised at their quick response! First via Zoom we discussed my needs. Then, they came to my home to review the needs and show me options of materials available to use. The quote ended up being more than insurance initially gave me (because material costs increased since last fall!). But no worries! Their staff contacted my insurance and I had a check in hand my the end of the week for the variance!Materials and dumpster were dropped off on Tuesday. Crew was at my home by 7 am. They moved anything near the home and placed a tarp around the parameter to keep the mess to a minimum. They we done by mid afternoon. Cleaned up all items, cleaned any marks from my siding, ran a magnet to pick up nails from the yard. When they were done, you wouldn’t have know they were there. Except for the brand new roof!!

    We needed a fence, and TEAM Builders came to our rescue! I was so impressed with how sturdy and beautiful it turned out, given how quickly they put it up! Every single person I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was significantly lower than we had expected! If you need a fence like we did, you cant do better than TEAM Builders! We love our new fence, and so do our dogs!

    We really enjoyed working with Team Builders on our basement project. They were attentive and responsive to our vision and budget. Jasmyne took our vision and created multiple layouts for us to choose from and helped us pick out all of our materials. Trevor was very transparent with us on every detail from the beginning and checked in with us weekly and sometimes daily to ensure we were on the same page. The crew was also great to work with and very professional. We are extremely happy with our finished basement and highly recommend TEAM Builders.

    I have Team Builders built an home extension along with a composite deck 2 yrs ago and they did an excellent job. This year they set a pad for my swim spa and put a pergola over it. They worked hard to get everything perfect and I am more than pleased with the finished product. Trevor and his team are amazing and I recommend them highly.

    We just finished our basement remodel with Team Builders and they were amazing to work with.From the planning stage, they were more than happy to re-do our bid multiple times that allowed us to tackle parts of the project that we were comfortable with, as well as put the project within our budget.Throughout the construction, John was always in contact with me and giving me updates on the timeline. Communication is huge for me and their team WILL call/text/email you back.The Team crew and outside subs hired were always polite and respectful of our home. Our questions were always welcomed and they made it clear that they would go above and beyond until we were 100% satisfied.

    Derecho left us, like many, with damages to our home, inside and out. It was difficult to find a trustworthy contractor. I heard about T.E.A.M. Builders from a co-worker and contacted them right away after looking at their Facebook page. Kim was really sweet! She emailed me information, let me know what was required from me, and scheduled a meeting. John came to our home to assess the damages, got us an estimate, and worked with our insurance company to get things squared away so we could get started on repairs.John was absolutely amazing to work with. He answered all my questions- there was a lot of them! He was very quick to respond. He called me with updates often and always kept me in the loop with things.All the crews that came to repair damages were amazing; roofing/siding/gutters, drywall, and insulation crews. They were always here early, worked hard and were fast, they always cleaned up after themselves, and were very respectful and professional. They did a really great job. I couldn’t be happier with the repair work they did.If you’re looking for a contractor, 10/10 recommended T.E.A.M. Builders! They’re an amazing group of people who can really do it all.

    Had TEAM out to replace our skylight that was damaged due to previous contractors error. They were so easy to work with. Had quotes back in a quick manner. Answered all questions I had. The crew arrived on time and got the job done fast. I think they might have left the place cleaner than when they came! Highly recommend this awesome group of professionals

    I contacted Team Builders to do a roof replacement on my newly purchased home. They got the estimate to me within a couple hours, explained everything to me and were able to schedule the repair super quickly! The price is extremely competitive and they only use the highest quality of materials! They were able to get my roof done in one day - and the roof looks amazing! Every interaction I had with them was great! I won’t trust anyone else to do my home repairs!

    Trevor, Kent and team were assume to work with on our four seasons room and deck/patio. Trevor helped us with the design and shape what we were wanting to do and was patient with us as we kept changing our minds. Kent and team were a blast to have onsite, they were eager to get the job done and the job done right. They kept us posted throughout the entire project and even kept our puppy entertained. This is a great company that delivers quality work!
