    Had these guys come out and replace a concrete splitter box for the leech lines with a nice plastic box that shouldn’t deteriorate like concrete. They gave me options and wanted my input of what I wanted. They were reasonable. They were prompt. They were fast. They were friendly. And, they did a good job. I would recommend them.

    Chris, the plumber servicing our home, was very helpful in solving drainage problems other plumbers couldnt figure out. He was prompt, neatly dressed, and very personable. Chris is now the only plumber I will call because he does the job right the first time!

    Wonderful experience. I called on a Saturday and was told the price to have my septic pumped. They came out today, Monday, pumped the system (the guy was very honest and polite and told me it wasn’t even full yet). He cleaned my filter and switched my leach fields over. He also showed me how to do it myself so I wouldn’t have to pay to have someone else do it. The price was exactly what I was told over the phone. No surprises. I am extremely happy !

    We had years of good experience with them. They arrive on him and do the work as they suppose to do. But I like the most is they call me and tell me in detail what they going to do and explain clearly I can understand. Very good work ethics.

    Highly recommend Alexanders!! I called due to a small drip from my outside spigot. Im a single mom & 1st time homeowner. They came out same day, Rob was excellent. He explained everything before he did the job. He even showed me where my water shut off valves in my basement were after job was finished. I will be calling Alexanders for all my future plumbing needs!!!

    I called Alexander plumbing with a plumbing emergency and they came to my rescue. My main drain was clogged and they cleared it quickly and for a heat price. I will be reconnecting them to all of my friends and family.

    Excellent experience and customer service. Our main line was clogged and flooding the basement of our new home. Alexander Sewer and Drain came out on a weekend morning and opened up the line. Reasonable rates- especially for emergency/weekend services. We are highly satisfied and will call again should we need their services in the future.

    I had a main line that was clogged. I called a major chain company that specializes in cleaning drains. They came and could not get it open. Saying it was a collapsed pipe and wanted to charge several thousand dollars to fix. I called Alexander Plumbing and they were out when they said they would be. They had the drain open in no time. The 2 gentleman that came to the house were very courteous and professional. Plus the price to clean the line was several hundred less than the other company. Highly recommend Alexander Plumbing!!!

    After driving past Alexanders Sewer and Drain for years, I finally stopped in to get an estimate to repair collapsed downspout drain tile. The office staff sent Rob out to evaluate what was needed and to give an estimate on the cost. While on site, Rob pointed out a nearby downspout and asked if it drained properly. We didnt know and agreed to find out before he returned. Sure enough, it was not working. Since it only added another 15 to tie them together, we decided to merge the two lines.On the scheduled day, Rob and Jared showed up and worked hard in hot, humid conditions. They were careful to minimize damage to the extensive landscaping and cleaned up and removed debris without needing to be asked to do a better job.I am very pleased with the work Rob and Jared completed and will not hesitate to use Alexanders Sewer and Drain in the future.

    Alexander Sewer & Drain went above and beyond helping to find and fix my outside draining issues. Part of the issue was the Metronet had bored through one of my pipes and they could have located the problem and then left, but they made sure I had all the photos and video that I needed to get Metronet to take care of their part. They even spoke to the City Engineer when he came onsite to look at the issue. All is well and now all I have to do is throw some seed down and wait for the grass to grow.

    I had home warranty company to my residence twice to fix issue. They couldnt get it done. Warranty company suggested running new pipes, all kinds of craziness! Would have cost hundreds..So in desperation I called who I knew would get issue resolved. Alexanders. I called and Gale was right on it! Nick was right on time, fixed the issue within 45 minutes. On top of fixing what was so hard to resolve he repaired the fitting my home warranty company broke. They saved me HUNDREDS!!!Needless to say, I wont waste time or money any longer. Just go straight to Alexanders from now on. Thank you!!! AGAIN!!
