    Adam J came out to repair our torsion springs, but we needed a new spring system. He did the job quickly, professionally, and answered all of our many questions, all while being very personable. He also performed a few minor maintenance issues and made sure our opener was functioning properly. Weve already decided that when we upgrade our opener, we are going to request he be the one to install it. Hats off to A-1 as well for getting somebody out the same day, and actually during the requested window! We didnt have to wait around wondering when they would show up.

    Eddie Mendoza quickly and efficiently removed our old garage door and installed our new rails and door. He was friendly and polite, answered any questions we had, and explained lubrication necessary to keep our new door moving smoothly. He cleaned up so well afterwards that we didn’t need to do anything but pull the car back in 😁We highly recommend Eddie!

    This entire experience has earned them my loyalty as a customer for life! I was having one of those days where your belt loop gets caught on the doorknob.. right? It only happens when youre frustrated. Im in my garage trying to load something into my car. My dogs love car rides so they squeezed into the garage and tried to jump in the car while Im trying to load it. I had to usher them back into the house and my kids were helping me. Once the garage was clear, I decide to back the car out of the garage and then load the item. I hit the button inside my car to open the garage door at the same time, my daughter hit the button inside the garage to open the door to help me out. Totally not her fault, but I prematurely backed out of the garage before the door was all the way open.. my stomach sank as i hit it and I knew this was going to be a crazy expensive repair.. AND I felt stupid. The second I called A1, the lady on the phone laughs a soothing dont beat yourself up kind of giggle explaining to me that Im the third person whos done that today. It made me laugh to know that I wasnt alone. She was able to send Kevin out SAME DAY. They send you a picture of your technician before they arrive along with a bio. I really appreciated that little touch. I felt like I knew him a little bit and could relate to him before he even got there. At this point Im feeling SO MUCH BETTER. To top off the whole thing? He was able to repair the damage for less than $300. I didnt have to buy a new door. All of my hinges broke in the middle and it was like 25 bucks a hinge. There were a few other things he had to repair but total out the door was way less than I was expecting. What could have been an absolutely horrible day has ended up being one of the best experiences I have ever had in this kind of situation. Kevin was extremely professional and personable. He had me laughing through every step and made me feel really comfortable and secure with the work, future repairs that might be needed and even walked me through their financing options, which are by the way, out of this world if you have a bigger expense! We might find ourselves calling them sooner than later just for a prettier garage door, totally for fun! No matter what problems I have big or small with our garage door going forward, Ill be calling A1 and I will find out if you can request a technician because I would definitely appreciate Kevin coming back out! Hes good people and extremely helpful and knowledgeable in his field.

    The technician did come to fix the problem Monday , Mario was great he is friendly knew his job got the problem fixed . I’d call him back any time the problem I had was I had to wait 5 days for him to come back which to me sounds like a company issue and they need to work on that. My garage keyless entry was not working, he installed a new one and got it set up, showed me how to do it and worked fine next day when i tried did not work so i called to see if he just could give me a call to see what and if i was doing wrong, easy enough right , well thats not the case i have to wait til Monday afternoon when he works next, now today is Thursday so i have to wait 5 days for him to come out thats insane and this customer is not very happy and i will let others know thats not good business if you want repeated service for your company 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    Tony Parson was the installer of my new garage door opener, and was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. My old opener had broken beyond all repair, which I wasnt aware of until Tony explained it in detail. I was given a list of options for new installments, but wasnt pressured on any. I choose the one I believed I would need the most, and the installment began then and there. Tony made sure to go over all the new equipment, and answered any questions as they arose. I would highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service to anyone with similar issues, and should you receive Tony as the installer, rest assured that hell help you throughout the entire job.

    My garage door springs broke so it wouldnt open. Couldnt get my car out to go to work. Panic. Who do I call? How am I going to pay for the repair? Well, A-1 garage to the rescue.     (Throw away email) Cody did an outstanding job at breaking the process down, super knowledgeable, very funny guy, made it quick and easy. His work was thorough and precise. Definitely give the guy a raise or at least a nice bonus. I want to ensure his work gets recognized and is appreciated, dont know about the other guys there but Cody strikes me as a very hard and top preforming worker. I would recommend sending him specifically to new and reoccurring customers too. -7th Level guy 😉

    Nic was the best. He came for the appointment in a timely manner and notified me by phone, text and email of his arrival time.I had just signed up for tune up but after he inspected my door he went over all the places that could need fixing/upgrading. We discussed everything and he proceeded to correct the deficiencys. After he completed the work he went over everything again with me.He seemed very knowledgeable, proficient and professional. I would highly recommend him and his company.

    Tyler came to my house and greeted me with a smile and firm handshake. Told Tyler my issue and he immediately went to work. Tyler did an awesome,outstanding job on fixing my issues and even took time out to explain and showed me the parts he replaced. Tyler is an awesome tech.     This was my first time encountering garage door issues, waking up to head out early and having these issues is not an ideal start to the day. Thankfully I was able to contact A1 even in the early hours of the morning, and they managed to get Cody (my technician) over to my house in just a few hours. After answering all of my questions, being extremely cordial and prompt I was able to get my new lift and spring installed. No one likes to spend unplanned money on things like this, but if youre going to do so you might as well make it a enjoyable experience and go with A1 Garage Door.

    Our garage door spring broke, A1 Garage Door Service sent out their tech Gabe Rogers. Super nice young guy, he knows how to fix garage doors, did a great job. The only issue I had was the super wazzu lifetime spring A1 sold me is at least 5 6 long and 60ish pounds, it requires two of them. Now Gabe is probably the same height as the springs and both springs need to be slid onto the door rod on the less than two foot wall space because we have side mount openers. No way one guy can do this. I watched him attempt it. No way hes getting it on by himself, so Im 61 and offer to help. Im mechanically inclined and didnt mind helping, but for the cost of the project A1 should have sent two techs out to do the work.

    10/10 josh was great for the install and super informative!!! even set up an old remote we had to the new system so we would have access with all 3 vehicles. even tidied and fixed some things that were broken near the new unit. eddie on the phones was amazing too. all around great customer service and experience. will be utilizing them for all servicing going forward :))
