    I’ve had Gary and his team complete two projects at my house, and both times they have exceeded my expectations. The first was for window and roof repair, and the second was for fence and siding repair.Rich did an amazing job repairing my fence and making it look as good as new. He was also very kind and made sure that I was satisfied with the work.Gary’s quoting process is easy and fair.I highly recommend them for any odd and difficult jobs that most contractors would not be interested in.They use good materials and have great attention to detail.

    This company is excellent. I would highly recommend them. I had them do some odd jobs like hanging some larger art on the walls and putting up a couple of fans. The biggest job was turning my balcony into a screen room. My idea was a little different, but they figured out how to do it and they did it well. The guys who came were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped me decided where to hang some of my art work. My neighbor liked them and what they did so much, she has now hired them to do some work for her.

    Communication was excellent, timing of the work was spot on and the installation and end result met/exceeded expectations. Installed glass pane doors in the front room which I had converted to my office. Highly recommend using Gary the Handyman!     I have hired Gary’s handyman service few times to do several jobs for me around the house over the years and I was never disappointed. From the painting the interior and exterior, to hanging the curtains and changing out light fixtures, everything came out very nice and his crew was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very professional.     This is the first time we have used Gary The Handyman; it will not be the last! The entire experience was amazing. Rich was prompt and professional. He was able to realign my screen door so it would finally latch. He placed lattice around the bottom of the shed, and reinforced rods in my master bedroom. If you have anything around the house that needs fixing give them a call. It is nice to know I have reliable professionals to help me stay on top of household projects.

    We have used the Gary the Handyman team for multiple projects ranging from a Main Closet shelving/layout improvement, tiling laundry room and butlers pantry backsplashes, installing shiplap and molding in a half bath, and replacing light fixtures. From the quoting to the project planning, to ensuring the customers vision and expectations are achieved, their priority is a quality result that meets or exceeds your expectations. Both assigned workers were very professional and really cared about our satisfaction. Garys team is not the cheapest in town, but their skill, timeliness, and attention to the customer are very much worth the cost. Highly recommend them!

    I hired Gary The Handyman based on the great reviews I saw here on Google and also on NextDoor and I am very happy I did! Gary was very professional, courteous, on-time and communicated perfectly so I hired him to widen an interior door to accommodate wheelchair access to a bathroom. Mike, the employee that did the actual work, did a fantastic job taking out the old door, modifying the opening and installing a wider door. He was done much faster than expected and cleaned up and hauled away the construction debris when he was done. I would not hesitate to use Gary The Handyman again and would recommend him highly to anyone else in the area that needs work done.

    Needed some help patching my kitchen roof and re-installing a toilet after I noticed some minor water damage. Gary was able to quickly come out and review the work required and quote it.     This company was a dream to work with from the original estimate process to the actual work. The estimate process was quick, transparent, and thorough. I really appreciate that the entire scope was broken down line by line with an estimate for each various service. No hidden fees.As for the jobs themselves, Logan did an OUTSTANDING job. He was meticulous, detail oriented, and quality focused. He was also just super friendly and helpful. Corners were not cut and he kept me in the loop when any changes potentially had to be made. I cannot believe how good a job he did. 10/10!I will for sure be using Gary and his crew for any future handyman work.

    Our project was to replace fixtures, (Except for the Tub and Shower) put in new floor and paint 2 bathrooms. Very professional, work done in a timely manner. Invoice was very detailed so that we knew what was being done and cost at all times. Mike was the gentlemen who did all of the work , obviously very experienced, outstanding customer service. Mike also had outstanding communication skills and kept us informed of any issues/changes .

The two gentlemen who worked on our house were extremely courteous and professional even when there were more work than originally planned. They made it possible to get the job done before Christmas.     Joe and Mark came to my house to replace rotten wood around windows, as well as installing an exhaust fan. They were friendly and easy to work with, helping to figure out the best way to install the fan and make it look good.     Gary was very responsive from my first request. Rich did great work. I got new carpet and 10 doors were stiff to move, Rich trimmed the doors to proper size so they glided over the carpet to my liking. He took great care of my doors but also my new carpet.     Gary the Handyman provided excellent service for the repair of our front doorsteps. I got a couple of quotes for the work which came in really high, but Gary the Handymans quote was far less and the work was completed without issue. I was really impressed with the tradesman who came out to do the work, and with the follow up from Gary himself to make sure we were happy with it. I would not hesitate to use Gary for any of the handyman work we need done around the house in the future.

    In getting our house ready to sell, we had a few vendors not return phone call or show up the day work was scheduled to start. Gary was the exact opposite of those horror stories. I was easily able to use his website to schedule a convenient time for a quote, he showed up promptly and provided a detailed quote. He said he does quality work and after it was complete, I definitely agree. Jeremy was amazing and made those work items look like new. Their painters service were infinitely better than any of the dedicated painters Ive hired in the past. I would call Gary again without any hesistation

    Gary sent Robert out for a few tasks - hang a storm door, repair a door jamb, and install crown molding - and Robert did a fantastic job. I was going to upload a photo of the molding, but the picture cant convey the care and craftsmanship of Roberts work. He was initially concerned that I didnt have enough molding on hand (wed bought 64 feet for a 58 foot job with a few too many corners), but he planned carefully and mitered judiciously and made the molding not just work but look great, too. Ill be calling Gary again for my next job. Highly recommended.

    Zack (of Gary the Handyman) completed several small jobs requiring use of a ladder, which I can no longer climb, with professionalism, efficiency, and set of skills/experience needed. I will use Gary the Handyman (and Zack) again in the future to maintain my property in the future with no hesitation. Jobs completed were (1) change 5 outdoor flood light (bulbs) on 1st story and 2nd story lamps, (2) repaint siding around two 2nd story windows where shutters were permenantly removed, and (3) repair/repaint the rotted bottom inch of window trim (brick mold) on one of the 2nd story windows.

    I have used Gary the handyman twice now. The first time was about a year ago. I called an Gary was at my house that day to do the estimate and by the next week his guys where here repairing a bunch of rotten wood around my home. The work was excellent, his crew did a great job and always cleaned up at the end of the day.This last time I used him, I had them inside doing drywall work and installing new trim. Once again, I was very pleased. I would recommend him to anybody needing this to be done.

    Gary built out some amazing space saving shelves in our garage units. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the tall ceiling space and have Gary build out some heavy duty shelving.     Rating is a 10 for Gary and crew (Robert and Daniel). Robert replaced rotting wood on fascia; very courteous and professional. I was very impressed with Daniel and his expert painting crew. I have light stucco panels and dark trim and was very nervous about how straight the lines would be between the two colors. I am so pleased with the finished product. The painters worked very diligently in hot humid weather, were professional and polite. I will definitely hire Gary for future projects.

    Awesome experience working with Gary and his crew. We needed two busted skylights removed and filled in on our porch.     The job was to repair the backdoor frame which had 3 posts of rotted wood. Cost was ~$480 + tax. I took some photos and sent in my request to Gary.     This was our 5th project completed by Gary and his worker, Jeremy. All of the repairs have been first rate and completed in a timely manner. I would gladly recommend Gary the Handyman for a variety of repairs or light construction. We have had roofing repairs, skylight replacement, pump house construction, lots of siding and rotted fascia replacement and painting to give an idea of the breadth of repairs that can be done.     Robert came in on time to fix the door lock jam. He tried different methods to remove the old door lock so that I could put a new one in. He then went ahead to put in the new lock that I bought. Very reasonable price.I have also used Gary the Handyman before.The First time involved a bathroom drain issue and a faucet leak. Robert came in to fix them. Very reasonable price.The second time was for some double pane window replacement. The estimate was very reasonable and the work was done beautifully by Rudy Glass.

    Our under cabinet microwave oven with hood vent finally gave out after 17 years of service. Since we had to replace it, we decided to install the one with the vent to the outside rather than filtered and venting inside like before. We cook often and hard and venting to the outside will exhaust oven/stove heat while reducing the amount of odor in our home.The old microwave was failing over many months in which I contacted no fewer than a dozen handymen and installers (from big box retailers). Most never responded and the few who did stated they werent interested because of the complexity of cutting a hole through an outside wall etc. We were dumbfounded and nearly decided to give up on venting to the outside.We did one more search online and came across Gary the Handyman and I reluctantly contacted them about the job. Within hours they responded and within a couple weeks the job was done and it was done well. The exhaust vent on the outside they installed looks like it was there all along, and the duct work they ran up and through the cabinet above is perfect. We rarely run the vent on High since the exhaust flow is so strong.We love our new microwave and we are excited to write this review. Yes, yes, and yes we will use Gary the Handyman again on a future project.

    As a homeowner, I decided to act as the GC to save some money. I was finishing an unfinished basement. Gary acted in a very timely manner to the request for quote and the quotes were very detailed on the work to be completed. He also broke up the quote into separate projects that fit the other contractor’s tasks.Gary was not the one that completed the work but the person that did come was very professional and checked with me constantly to ensure that the I was getting exactly what I requested. Framing changes took about 6 total days of on and off work.Plan on using Gary in the future for any other items that come up.

    I had two issues that needed to be fixed. Both of them were related to when I had to have another meter box added to my house. The first was a hole where the old box was in the back of the house in the siding and a literal hole. The second was the paneling in the house was cut out and didn’t fit back in correctly.     I hired Garys company to do a fair amount of work on our house. Gary came out, walked around with me as I pointed out what needed to be, and emailed me estimates a couple of days later. His pricing was competitive. The first week Gary sent out Richard as the carpenter to do some much needed work, and the results were better than Id expected. The second week was painters, and Garys painters were meticulous. The work was excellent in every respect (except for the color my wife chose but thats another story).     We had some miscellaneous work (painted exterior door and shutters, caulking, repair exterior door jamb, fix crawl-space vents) done around our house recently by Garys crew. He was on-time for the estimate and communication was good throughout the process. The handymen (James/Brandon) who actually performed the repairs were extremely friendly and courteous. The quality of the work performed was good overall, however, there were a few minor issues with some of the repairs. But on a positive note and to their credit, the crew was very responsive and diligent in addressing these issues after the initial job was completed. Overall, I would give them 4 stars on the quality of work and 5 stars on friendliness, integrity and customer service.
