    Shane was very knowledgeable and kind. Paschal helped me with problem the next day of call. Had been without heat for a week. The Carrier certified places hadnt been very helpful (Lamar Clements). But the Mt Vernon (Dions), location helped me find your number. Dions said Carrier Payne warranty owed them money and couldnt do service.

    Don’t waste your money!! Go get another plumber, they “fix” something, then when it fails, they won’t even call you back. Nothing like having sewage all over your basement on a Friday night and being told someone will call back and then never hearing from them. I guess any plumbing problems should only occur Monday through Friday between 8AM and 5PM!! AND don’t pay extra money for their “Member Warranty”, it doesn’t get you anything extra!!! They still ignore you!!!EDIT—They reached out for me a day after I left this review. They were very nice and realized they had been out twice before about this problem with no solution. Bottom line, they made it good and repaired the issue correctly. AND never charged me!! I didnt like leaving this review the other day, but they made it good!!! Thank you Paschal!!

    Our technician, Seth, was on time for our maintenance appointment and made certain that both of our Furnaces were functioning at their best. He also gave us the information needed to upgrade our maintenance to include 7 X 24 remote monitoring of our systems and explained how to use the phone app after installing the sensors. Paschal has once again proved that we made the right choice when we selected them to replace our old HVAC systems.

    Back in November of 2023 I had scheduled a tune up for our heat pump unit. Mr. Jorge Diaz showed up to perform the maintenance required that day. He showed up on time. Jorge was very professional and detailed with what was going on with the unit. He found that there was a defective schrader valve that was slowly leaking freon. He immediately told me about the issue and went into detail about what was happening. He replaced the defective valve and resolved the problem. Jorge is a top notch employee and we were pleased with his professionalism.

    We had a new unit put in this past March, we have had a couple of hiccups since then but Shane came out today to do a coil cleaning on our unit, he did a wonderful job and explained things and didn’t try to just sell us more stuff.     We built a new home in Colleyville, TX and have been using the builder HVAC contractor who installed our units. I have not been happy with them so I called Paschal to check our units this summer because we had used them before in our previous home and was very happy with them. I’m so glad I did because they are thorough, on time, reasonably priced and honest! The honesty aspect is the most important to me! I would recommend them to the whole world but I might have trouble getting them back again because they would be so busy!!

    We just moved to MO and into our new house. While attempting to install the washer I realized the safety valves leaked if not turned off completely. I called Paschal and they were able to send someone to the house within a couple of hours.Our technician was Austin. He called ahead to provide an ETA. He arrived on time and was professional. He quickly troubleshot the problem. He provided a couple of options and allowed me to make a decision as to what I thought was best while leveraging his expertise. He was efficient and wrapped up the project in short order. He cleaned up when finished. Very positive experience!

    Thank you for your service. Repairman was on time, and his service greatly appreciated. We had called several places and was told they couldnt get out to even look at what was needed for 2 weeks to 3 months. You got him out in 2 days. Thank you.We had a leaky shower head but it was more complex than just changing the old one for a new one. I was impressed with his smart thinking on how to repair the problem. Its a 100 year old house. Eventually I will re do entire bathroom, but we needed the repair done now until we can get to renovations later on.     We installed a new furnace and air conditioning system this summer, and had a great experience with Paschal. Everything was scheduled promptly and construction dates happened when the company said they would. The office staff responded to texts and emails the same day. Everyone was friendly and professional. Our entire job – hardware installation, vent cleaning and handyman touch-up – was complete in just five days spread over about a month. Everything is working like it should. Our whole house hits the temperature we set to within one degree! We highly recommend Paschal – thanks guys.

    Our AC quit working in July on a Saturday night. We left a message Sunday morning for service. We received a quick response and had a technician at the house by Sunday afternoon. Kevin was professional and friendly and very helpful and he answered all of our questions. He worked quickly to find and fix the issue. The cost was reasonable, especially for a Sunday afternoon. We had previously purchased a service agreement with Paschal which saved us money, so we recommend having a service agreement in place for emergencies.

    Incredible response time and quick diagnosis/repair. While Paschal is a tad more expensive it’s like a “buy once cry once.” They have stocked vans, don’t charge by the hour, and have quality parts and well-trainer friendly people. Dillon let me hang around and even learn about what was going on (I’m nerdy like that). It was nice to learn what I could do as a homeowner and what I should leave to the professionals. He also was able to estimate the remaining life of our unit and give a reasonable suggestion for a replacement unit. He was dispatched to a town that he had already been to, and it was well past 5:00, and he was not the least bit salty about it. That’s work ethic and professionalism in my eyes!I recommend Paschal if you are someone who pays a little more for rapid response, quality parts, and good customer service.

    Skyler did a great job of servicing our 2 heating units for the first time since installation. He found that the gas had been left on high from when the unit was installed (by another company) and put it at the right setting which should save us money on the gas bill. He also discovered that a pipe was bent in the attic and that kept the hot/cold air from going to the master bedroom area. He fixed that problem, too. I appreciate the great service from Pascal and Im glad that I purchased the annual service contract.

    This business would have received 5 stars if the rating only included the repairmen. They were excellent! Very knowledgeable, professional, and personable and they finished the job by cleaning everything up like new. The big drawback with Paschal’s is their cost. I had this same repair done on another toilet in our house 2 years ago. I realize costs have gone up since Covid wreaked havoc with our supply chain but this was beyond that. I paid $222 the first time, $417 this time. I would love to use these same repairmen again and again but simply can’t afford it. A big company has big overhead, I guess.

    This is a company that employs veterans and helps veteran families!!! We had a water leak days before leaving on vacation. They were able to come out the same day we called. They diagnosed the specific problem. Financing took minutes to apply online, and they booked our service for the next afternoon! They also left us with cold water until they could return. They were on time, the installation took a few hours, and we where back on track. They were so professional and interacted with the kids and our pets. Thank you gentlemen!     Brandon and David were on time, courteous, Covid-conscious (wearing masks in our home), and took the time to listen to our issues. They were thorough in their analysis of what caused our leak. They took the time to explain everything with photos of the leak. They had a possible solution to a problem we’ve been dealing with for at least 2 years. We’ve had several companies come out to try to fix our humidity/mold problems, but nothing was ever looked at this thoroughly. I have confidence with with recommendations they’ve made that we are finally going to see some results.They also didn’t assume that we were doing to do everything they’ve recommended, however, They were humble stating, “...if you choose us to do the work...”. I like the one stop shop idea!! We will definitely be using them to complete the job! I highly recommend Paschal to anyone with heating/air/electric work to be done!

    We received excellent service from Paschal! We had a leak that had to be found and repaired. The plumbing and hvac services were utilized. They are the only business that I received a timely call back or update from when trying to find someone to come out to our house. They were even able to have same day service.     We have have used Paschal Air, Plumbing and Electric 4 times in the past 6 months for 2 different issues, and We are very pleased with everything they do. We have called them for a plumbing issue, an the tech was professional, clean, punctual and knowledgeable. The other visits were for our HVAC System. They came by and surveyed the system and talked with us about our wishes and gave us their recommendations. About a month later, they came and installed the system in 1 day. About 6 months later (today) we had our first of 2 free maintenance checkups for the first year and they certified the installation also. Again we are very happy with Paschal.

    I only took 1 star off because the day of installation I was called after taking the day off work to be told the installation wasnt happening because the unit was damaged. But they explained that they wanted us to have the best possible equipment available. When they arrived to do the installation 3 days later they discovered the new unit was also damaged and had to order a new one. Which another employee brought just an hour later and everything went great after that. As frustrating as it was considering I was without ac for over a month. I have to say the folks at Paschal really gave us their best despite things beyond their control. I would highly recommend them in the future.

    Enrique and Eduardo were our installation techs and we cant say enough good things about them. They arrived on time and worked throughout the day; if they even took a lunch break, I didnt notice. With the help of a few others from the Carthage warehouse (sorry, did not get their names) they installed a new unit and pad, replaced all ductwork and hauled away the old equipment. Very personable and professional. Thought we might see Dallas to inspect the work, but Im sure he was very busy. We HIGHLY recommend Paschal!

    I like the communication tools with text/phone/online options. Often I can’t take a call. The appointment was made via text message. The tech called and texted when I didn’t pickup to say that he was on his way. The tech had lots of good suggestions and ways to save money and improve things.     Juan was the first technician to come work on my furnace. With the problem only occurring randomly it made it difficult to diagnose. He stayed with it and with the help of Kevin was able to get it fixed. They could have charged me with several different parts, but instead when it was determined the part was not faulty they went to the next one. Very fair, upfront with what they were doing the whole time and did not replace anything without getting permission first. Will definitely use again.

    Our heater wasn’t working upstairs last winter and we forgot about it until about a month ago because it’s just guest bedrooms and an office up stairs. We called Paschal Heating And Air and they came out to look at it. Well, turns out when we built this house in 2018 no one turned to gas on to the upstairs heating unit. They found that right away, turned it on, checked for carbon monoxide and checked all the vents to make sure everything worked and we were safe. The service call was less than 100 dollars and we got the best service from the two technicians that came out. I can’t tell you how satisfied and happy I am with their service. They will be the only place I call if I have a problem in the future

    Paschal was our one stop shop. Our first encounter with paschal was with Dallas for a consultation. He was informative and respectful especially durning our toddlers nap time. Because of the great price and warranties paschal offers, we decided to schedule an install. They were able to get on the books within a timely manner even with the summer rush. Durning our wait, our already struggling AC gave out completely. My husband called and they said they didnt have anyone available but, would make sure we got worked in. We were more then grateful because Im currently eight months pregnant and we have a toddler.     Andrew replaced the fan motor on the outdoor unit and cleaned the unit. This required his driving to Springdale to retrieve a replacement motor and then return to Bella Vista. His work ethic and attitude is excellent. Both of these attributes are sorely lacking in a great majority of service providers.
