    Oh my gosh, these guys were fantastic. They installed a self bought transfer switch and even upgraded it to make everything safe. Price and service excellent and I had two previous estimates for the same job. They accommodated my schedule and really nothing couldve been done better and with more professionalism. Finally found a reliable, honest and reasonable company for my electrical needs. Highest recommendation.

    I had an excellent experience with the two electricians who came out to install a Ring Floodlight. From the moment I called, they were prompt and accommodating, scheduling my service for the very same day. They arrived on time, were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. I really appreciated their attention to detail and friendly service. Highly recommend!

    Sean was amazing. I called so many other electricians who gave me the run around. He was nice, respectful, came out immediately, looked at the problem, and got us all hooked up after the line to our house broke. He stayed and talked with city to make sure everything was in working order. He will be our one and only call for all future issues and he will be our #1 referral when others ask for an electrician. Thanks for getting us our power back.

    I couldnt be more satisfied with the work done by 1Best. They were doing a job at my neighbors house and I asked them for a price to install a 220 line to run some equipment. I had been procrastinating on this for nearly 3 years. They gave me a great price and when I asked when it could be done they replied now. The equipment I intended to run with 220 was also damaged in the electrical starter, they fixed that and within 2 hours of meeting them, I had a 220 line done perfectly and repaired equipment ready to use. Perfect.

As in any renovation, he ran into challenges with the work of previous craftsmen. He found great options to correct these and was meticulous in satisfying our concerns.     We can’t say enough positive things about Sean. He helped us out by coming to diagnose our issue the same day we called. He was able to schedule us for the next day to replace our faulty electrical panel. He was very communicative. He and Jay couldn’t have been any nicer and they were both a pleasure to work with. We feel so fortunate that we were referred to 1 Best Electric and feel great about the work they did. They even labeled all the breakers for us so no more guessing!     Mr. Stemper and his guys exceeded all expectations and came in budget wise exactly where I needed to be. He took a tough job of a total rewire in an early 1900’s home and I only had to fix 10 4 inch holes in plaster. He truly treated this home as it was his own and went above and beyond for my family. I cannot recommend 1Best electric enough.

    I had Sean come out to my home and replace a chandelier in my two story foyer. I haven’t had lights in two years or longer. At my age, climbing a ladder was out of the question. Sean was proficient, professional and a very well mannered young man. He took the old chandelier off so I wouldn’t have to worry about hauling it away. My foyer looks wonderful! What a delightful experience. I would highly recommend Sean and his company to all my friends and family. I will definitely use Sean for any future electrical work I may need.

    I had a limb fall and destroy my service entrance. They came over after hours, coordinated with the power company, EMC, and replaced the whole service entrance. The help they gave me was above and beyond. Unfortunately, when we called EMC to come back to restore the power, the little boys felt it would be better if they just slept in their truck instead of doing the work. The after hours call representative was a horror. An angry early morning call to the CEO of EMC in Dalton prompted a better response, especially given the CEOs desire not to have me show up in his office in 20 minutes. But I digress. The work of the 1 Best Electric was excellent and prompt. If only EMC had this top quality of service ….

    I had a wonderful experience with Sean & 1 Best Electric. Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and trustworthy. After the first project Sean did for us, I knew I found my electrician for life. Hes changed out my electric panel and even suggested a surge protector for it, which is definitely worth it. Hes installed several outlets, light fixtures (indoors and outdoors), my EV Charger and Whole House Generator, as well as handle my whole lighting layout in my basement when we remodeled.     Sean originally installed my home security system and did a fantastic job, however the reason I am posting is due to my recent experience with a Hotwire GFI trip that took out my entire backyard lighting and sprinkler systems. I couldn’t figure out how to reset myself. Rather than waiting. Hours, days and expensive calls to Mr sparky…Sean got on a call with me asked to FaceTime and walked me through a potential fix myself. If that didn’t work he offered to swing by. In an age of slow unresponsive and overpriced services Sean stands out for bias for action and prompt remediation that feels more like working with a neighbor than a contractor. Will definitely use and recommend him again.Paul
